Ch.53 Challenges to a duel

Fang An and the others were enjoying their meal. All looking happy, they ate voraciously while telling stories about many things.

Suddenly a guard came hastily "Master of the Wu family sent people to search for the person named Fang An. They killed the guards who didn't let them in" said the guard with fear visible on his face.

The Great Elder wanted to come out and finish them off, yet Fang An held him "Elder, let me face them" Fang An walked out empty-handed. Outside he saw about ten people who were already in the Initial Layer of the Core Formation and one person who had already reached the End Layer.

"You're Fang An?" Said one of them when he saw Fang An coming. That person directly approached toward Fang An. "You deaf? You're the one who said "That guy wanted to scold Fang An, but suddenly his head was already separated from his body.

"You dare to kill a member of the Wu family?" The strongest among them looked very angry.

"You're from the Wu family?" Fang An pretended not to know who the person in front of him was.

"Yes we are from the Wu family, are you afraid? But it is too late to apologize, I Wu Sha will kill you this time As well" Shouted that person named Wu Sha.

"Just calm down I won't kill you, go back to your houses and tell the Wu family I'll fight against them" Fang An let all of them stay alive, unless one of their dead friends is beheaded by Fang An.

The Wu family's residence had a commotion due to the news informed by Wu Sha.

"Because of your spoiled son all the members of the Wu family will get into trouble" One of the elders of the Wu family looked angrily at the head of the Wu family.

"We only have problems with Fang An, we don't need to fight. I've thought of another way, we'll challenge Fang An to a duel with Wu Zhenxiang in the arena, I'm sure Fang An won't be able to defeat Wu Zhenxiang" The head of the family looked very confident with his idea. "Send a message to the Fei Family, I will challenge Fang An to a duel with Wu Zhenxiang in the arena" Family Head Wu ordered one of the elders there to send a message to the Fei Family.

"I didn't expect to have a descendant as great as you" The grandfather patted Fang An's shoulder. "I'm your grandfather's father, I want to apologize for not being able to save your grandfather" the old man said, bowing his head.

"You're the grandfather's father? How can you live so long? Aren't you just at the End Layer of the Nascent Soul?" Fang An did not stop asking.

"In short I hid my true cultivation level" The grandfather replied briefly. "And don't ask any more" the grandfather instantly cut in when he saw Fang An open his mouth.
