The grandfather took Fang An to a building that looked like a City hall.

"Grandfather can you explain all this?" Fang An was confused as to why he should go to this place.

Inside the building were already seated 5 people of different races. The first were the Elf Race, Demon, Orc, Goblin, Centaur. "Welcome Ruler" They all gave greetings to Fang An.

"We are the City Governing Council and our goal of bringing the Sovereign here is to hand over this City to the Ruler" the Council of the Elf Race opened the vote.

"Thousands of years ago we were always waging an Interracial War, a time when There was a Man of the Human Race who reconciled all Races and made this City" This time the Council of the Centaur Race spoke.

"The man became the Leader of our ancestors, one day he died because he was too old and he predicted there would be a young man of the Human Race who came and replaced him, we have always waited for the young man to come over the years and finally you came" The Council of the Demon Race explained with a smile.

"Wait a minute, aren't many human youths entering this place?" Fang An asked them all.

"According to the prophecy of the previous Ruler the human youth who was to come had Two beasts with him when coming to this City, those beasts were Wolves and Dragons" the Council of the Goblin Race explained the prophecy from the previous Ruler.

"I felt the air of the two Ruler beasts' existence upon entering my shop" the Dwarf Grandfather this time who opened his voice.

"We will hold a feast tomorrow to celebrate the coming of the new Sovereign and will give the goods entrusted by the previous Ruler" the Council of the Orc Race finally opened its voice.

Fang An also realized that the entire town was gathering around the City Hall. Fang An continued walking towards the City Governing Council standing up. "Welcome Ruler" The 6th City Governing Council saluted Fang An.

The council of the Dwarf Race gave a sizable Box to Fang An, it gave off a powerful aura.

"From this moment Freedom City has a new Sovereign" the Council of the Demon Race shouted out loudly.

"Honor to the Sovereign" Everyone on their knees Saluted Fang An.

Fang An was currently sitting with the City Governing Council. They were all sitting in front of the City Hall with all the residents.

They partied very festively, they played music, sang and fancied very happily. Fang An was happy to see the peace that was here. "Our previous rulers have not introduced our names, let us introduce ourselves, This old grandfather's name is Zwerg" the Council of the Dwarven Race became the first to introduce ourselves.

"My name is Aelfric" The Council of the Elf Race spoke briefly but remained polite.

"My name is Diablo" the Council's Cap of the Demon Race said.

"My name is Rath Ironguard" said the Council of the Orc Race.

"My name is Grazeel" The council of the goblin Race spoke very politely, the other Council smiled looking at that, the other one, Because they know the goblin Board is only polite at official events but he would be very disrespectful if not in official events.

"My name is Chiron" The council of Ras centaur spoke gallantly.

Fang An had never heard of a name like the one they mentioned earlier "My name is Fang An" Fang An introduced himself briefly.
