The Minister of Education also gave his input to the teachers.
" The implementation of learning in the field of education, namely the Among method as an education system based on the principle of independence. The way education is applied is to support or guide students to grow and develop in their own nature. This system put education as a tool and a condition for students to live alone and useful for society. Educate students to become human beings who are independent of their minds, free of their minds, and free of energy. Teachers are required to educate students in order to find their own knowledge and use it for public charity. Good and useful knowledge will be used for the purposes of inner birth in living together. According to the mindset of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, the teacher is the servant of the child, the servant of the student, not the master of the soul of the children. The implementation of the philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara needs to be realized through real action that is using a project based learning model through the Padlet virtual board. The real action carried out hopes will be the class culture and school culture. The real action will start from the class of teachers who can handle the subjects. The author adjusted the implementation of real action in the covid-19 pandemic, and implemented online from the homes of each student in the supervision of parents/guardians of students. After the real action is done, then it is necessary to reflect on the activities and follow up to make improvements to the next wider activity, namely the scope of the school.The benchmark of this real action is the existence of an independent learning device according to the profile of Pancasila gotong royong, which is, merdeka learning, centered on students so that there seems to be a change in the character of students when interacting with other students, teachers, and parents or families at home. Of course, the support of all school residents, especially school principals, peer teachers, and student parents is needed so that real action can be implemented. Efforts to realize independent learning, in favor of students and according to the profile of Pancasila gotong royong students who refer to the philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara began by making online learning plans. The results of real action after the implementation of reflection and evaluation with the principal and colleagues are as follows. Teachers know the student's profile map regarding interests and learning styles through surveys. Non-cognitive diagnostics in the form of surveys at the beginning of learning are given to students to find out the psychological and emotional well-being of students, how the interests and learning styles of students, and the condition of students and the condition of the students' families.- By knowing the initial condition of the students and survey analysis, teachers begin to create learning plans that are tailored to accommodate the differences in interests and learning styles, as well as the demand for the learning process that students want. " The role of the teacher as an educator in online learning is very important by utilizing existing applications. Teacher creativity during online learning determines the learning process so that students are guaranteed independence during the learning process. In the implementation of online learning will arise a problem if teacher creativity is low. There are 4 skills in learning mathematics, namely critical thinking and problem solving skills, creative and innovative thinking skills, communication skills, and collaboration skills. During online learning, teachers cannot facilitate students to interact in the classroom to facilitate these four skills, but teachers can use technology so that students can learn to hone skills even within limitations. A variety of sites are widely available on the internet to support collaborative classroom learning. One of the applications that teachers use in learning is Padlet. This application is in the form of a digital canvas to create collaborative projects simply and easily. The working system resembles a spiritual board in the form of a digital canvas. Teachers and students can collaboratively fill blank boards with various things, such as videos, photos, voice records, writing, or upload some documents, links, and other content. Padlets for students can be used to develop math skills and interact with teachers as if they were in the classroom. The experience of learning using Padlet is able to increase motivation and interaction between students and teachers as well as four math skills. Freedom of students in completing project assignments and producing work Freedom of students in determining how to learn is accommodated by teachers through project learning using padlet applications. In completing project assignments, students are given the freedom to make video works by choosing concepts according to the choice of their respective groups. The teacher gives a selection of themes, then each group selects, discusses, shares roles, designs designs, and works on project assignments. Student collaboration in completing project assignments that instill the education of Gotong royong character is one of the five main character values in addition to religious, nationalist, independent, and integrity. Gotong royong characters need to be built in the learning process. The emergence of a sense of gotong royong to complete project tasks designated the existence of a reporting stage written by students, and video action togetherness of the work that has been created by each group. Teachers must be able to provide implementation of their learning to their students" said governor B
" Plan for improvement for the upcoming implementation and evaluation is very important to do as a self-reflection. Through reflection, the teacher can review the learning that has been done both in terms of strengths and weaknesses. Strengths are maintained and improved, while weaknesses are corrected to achieve optimal learning quality. Future plans for improvement include:
1. develop similar learning that focuses on the profile of other Pancasila students;
2. conduct assessments to colleagues in order to get input for the improvement of learning;
3. sharing good practice by disseminating to fellow teachers in school in order to share good things to improve the quality of learning during PJJ;
4. Creating a productive learning community and collaboration between teachers in innovation with online learning methods (online) by helping each other.
In the 2013 Curriculum, there are many learning methods that can be applied in the classroom. The choice of teaching method depends on the mastery of the technique and the material to be delivered. In general, the 8 methods in the learning process include lectures, questions and answers, assignment and also demonstration methods (practices).
Case Study Methods
Case study methods can be used in active learning. This method makes use of specific situations or cases that can provide students with meaningful and useful learning. Smart teachers can provide a story about a theme or concept to be learned. After that, students can discuss to conduct analysis, synthesis, and evaluation based on the case or problem being studied.
In active learning, demonstration methods are also highly recommended. Students are given the opportunity to come into direct contact with the material being studied and then they demonstrate it in front of the class. This learning method can show how students do something that is then observed and discussed in front of the class.
Discovery Method
The discovery method encourages students to discover for themselves new knowledge or concepts. Smart teachers must motivate how students deduce for themselves the concept or formula being studied. For example, the smart teacher asked students to observe various forms of leaf repetition in plants around the house. Then they can conclude there are different types of leaf contouring in plants.
Jigsaw Method
This jigsaw method requires students to study in groups. Smart teachers can encourage students to collaborate in groups. Each member of the group gets the task to understand and explore a certain part of the theme being learned. Then each group member combines the results of his learning so that a complete understanding is formed. This type of learning method makes students learn to listen and learn from each other. There are several other methods that I will convey later" said the minister of education
