After going through a fairly heavy struggle finally Jevin can conquer the fasting sunnah on Thursday. He can already feel what Haziq felt when fasting sunnah, which is normal and not feel burdened even Jevin began to enjoy it. It turns out that it is true what people say that worship must be forced even though doing it by force but over time will definitely become accustomed to the same as Jevin experienced today. He has been accustomed to fasting sunnah has even become his habit, of course thanks to the support and prayers of his beloved wife, Kasha.

Kasha nods her head confidently and looks back at her husband's smile and admiration. Kasha did not expect her husband to have the desire to invite all his employees to the good. Return to Allah, be a servant of complete faith.

"God willing, I agree with Mas, hopefully with this policy all Mas employees can balance between pursuing world affairs by pursuing the afterlife."

Today on a clear morning Jevin deliberately gathered all his employees in a hall that had been provided in his magnificent and spacious company. There is an important announcement that Jevin will announce to his subordinates. All of his employees wondered at each other because it was not usual for their Boss to gather them.

"Assalaamu 'alaikum warohmatullah wabarokaatuh."

"Wa 'alaikumus salaam warohmatullah wabarokaatuh."

All the employees wondered at each other. Until then the focus returned to Jevin who had held some paper which was then distributed to his employees to read. 

After making sure all employees read a piece of paper that contains the latest policy in his company, Jevin again spoke up to explain the policy to make it clearer.

"I've decided very carefully to set the latest policy in this company. And I hope you're willing to obey."

Arfan who was in the ranks of employees immediately amazed after reading the new policy set by Jevin, the Boss. Arfan's happy not to play anymore. Because finally in his place of work this not only menomorsatu work but also unite worship. Arfan is grateful to be working in the right place.

While other employees some disagree. And from the look of their faces also varied. Some look happy like Arfan, there are also those who seem to object to the look of his flat face.

"Whoever disagrees please raise your hand and include the reason."

Some of the people who seemed to disagree finally raised their hands. Somehow there are those who disagree when all employees who work in Alhusayn company are Muslim. Then only one person spoke up to represent the opinions of the other karwayan to keep the atmosphere calm. That's what Jevin taught his employees so that later there will be no commotion.

"I apologize sir, some of us disagree, because worship is a personal matter, so it should not be mixed with work, and not if the worship should not be forced."

Jevin sighed for a moment to stabilize his mood to stay calm and not get carried away by anger because some employees disagreed with the policies that would be enforced in his company.

"Well, I appreciate the opinion of you who do not agree with the policy that I will do. I am not mixing worship with work, but I want to balance worship with work. I do not want to sin because I let my employees just focus on their work and ignore their worship. Shouldn't we balance world affairs with the afterlife, should we?"

"Agree Sir." Arfan spoke up. Agree with Jevin's exact explanation. It's amazing this boss.

Slowly some employees who had been less agree immediately nodded their heads as if starting to accept and agree on the policy that would be applied to them.

"And for the problem of forced worship, it is not good if forced worship. But from my own experience and in my opinion also worship it must be forced first, after that we do it by force but over time will get used to it and become a habit until finally worship can be a necessity for us whose status is a servant."

All the employees nodded at each other and one after the other modestly agreed to each other over the policies put in place by their Bosses. And if you think also the policy is not burdensome and they should be grateful because in their place of work can balance between work and worship while other companies out there do not necessarily set policies that are to bring good and reward.

"Thank God if you all agree. One more thing you should know, I enact this policy solely for the good of all of us. And I remind you that work is no reason to neglect our worship of God. Keep numbering God above all else, that our work may also be blessed by God."

Seeing all his employees nod obediently to his serious wobble, Jevin ended his meeting this time. Then allow the employees to disperse and return to their respective jobs.
