Chapters 14. He Rela Offered His Back

Kenanga opened her eyes slowly. He faintly saw a dull wall full of blood with dim lights. He flickered until his sight began to clear.

Kenanga obviously knew where she was. He was confined with a rope wrapped around his wrists and feet in a secret room in the warehouse. He glanced to the side, there was Angga who was also still fainted with the same condition bound.

Kenanga kicks Angga's leg, hoping Angga wakes up. But Angga is still flinching. Kenanga also kicked faster until Angga finally began to realize.

Angga opened his eyes. He frowned when he did not recognize the room he was in. The man turned to his right side, there was Kenanga looking at him.

“Lieutenant! Where are we?” tanyanya panic.

“In warehouse. There was a small room in the hidden warehouse. You see that.” Kenanga sniffed her chin. A large symbol on the wall. Angga immediately shook his head in shock.

“Mi-miracle?” stuttered.

“This is clearly a criminal case. The religious cult and the zombies were just masks. Originally all residents were examined for narcotics that caused them severe hallucinations to suicide. They not only sell ‘toy’ but also narcotics.” Kenanga.

“So that means all the citizens are continuously given drugs and in return they provide facilities and land to develop this narcotics business?” ask Angga.

Kenanga nodded her head.

“Then do you think anyone was involved? I mean the brain behind all this?” ask Angga.

“Nurman, Arman and Mila. They are the culprits. And they must also be members of Miracle.” Kenanga.

“From my knowledge of Miracle, I thought they were a mafia organization that expanded its business government through elite means. Not with a religious cult like this.” comments Angga.

Soon enough, Kenanga managed to open the zipper in Angga's underpants and took out the folding knife. The dog lowered his leg back. He breathed a sigh of relief. His legs were sore but he was quite happy that it worked.

Without wasting any time, Kenanga instantly cut the rope in her hand. After succeeding, he also cut the rope at his feet. And after all the ties were removed, he switched to cutting the rope that bound Angga. And Anga was free.

“This smells rotten once.” Angga's complaint closes his nose. He wanted to close his nose but couldn't because he was still tied.

Angga understood immediately. He took out the same tool and directly pressed the red button. The red screen appeared. If Alfin and Satya were aware of the signal, they would definitely get help soon.

“Now, they are in a state of sadness or anything due to the drug. We can't face them all alone. So the safe way is that we sneak in there and release them one by one without anyone noticing.” Kenanga.

“But it's too risky. Moreover, they are in a state of fainting.” Tukas Angga is worried.

“Then we have a choice what else? Shoot everybody? Or throw smoke bombs?” Suddenly Kenanga woke up. He looked at Angga who was also staring at him.

Angga nodded his head.

“On the count of three, take out all the smoke bombs we have. The critical time of this mission is one minute, you understand?”

“Two.”

“Three.”

Angga started throwing smoke bombs one by one. Smoke spread throughout the room. After the smoke enveloped, Kenanga and Angga immediately ran towards the place where her comrades were bound. Because they had been trained and observed before, they had no trouble finding it even though visibility was limited due to being blocked by smoke.

Amidst the noisy commotion, Kenanga managed to untie Bagas, she woke Bagas up violently until the man finally regained his senses. After Bagas regains consciousness, Kenanga frees Riko and resuscitates him.

There was only ten seconds left, and Angga was trying to untie the Panji. Dani's bond has been broken but Angga has trouble with the rope that binds Panji. Kenanga wanted to help, but she didn't know where Angga was now. He could only predict it through voice.

“From fast!” press Kenanga.

Angga did not answer. He remained focused on cutting the Panji rope which was now conscious of his stings. Inwardly, Angga clucked in annoyance. If he can use a flashlight, then the work will be completed faster. But wearing a flashlight for the current situation is too dangerous. The enemy knows where we are.

“Completed.” Swishing Angga relieved. Angga also helps Panji untie the already loose bond.

After making sure all their comrades were fine, Tim Rajawali immediately ran towards the exit. Just as they disappeared behind the bend, the smoke disappeared. The residents looked confused while still surprised by the smoke and what happened actually.

Kenanga went back to hiding. He's leaning against the wall.

"Is there a way out you know?" kenanga Tanua.

"I've been monitoring it by drone at midnight. There is an underground door that exits from the opposite side. Close to the waterfall." answered Angga.

"Waterfall?" Angga.

Angga. After informing the other team-mates who were separated, they both moved eastward. There is an iron door that is the way to the basement whose exit is near the waterfall.

Along the way, Kenanga and Angga endlessly continue to come into arms contact with their enemies. They change guns, shoot, kill and take bullets. Countless opponents have fallen.

Kenanga and Angga are getting closer to their destination. They shot one remaining person before entering the iron door Angga meant. Angga watched after that following Kenanga who had gone inside.

Kenanga immediately turned on her little flashlight. Angga. The basement was too dark and too bad. The sound of water flowing more and more sound.

Until in the middle, they met Panji, Riko, Bagas and Dani. They wait for each other.

"Why are you guys so long?" exclaim Panji anxiously.

Bagas checked his watch, "We don't have time anymore. We need to get out and call for help. The residents were sad and had to be pacified or otherwise the zombie incident was repeated again" said Bagas.

Kenanga and her four comrades nodded in agreement. They also moved back to the exit.

Long walk, the sound of water splashing profusely was increasingly heard. Until they get to the exit.

They were careful before they came out. Bagas was the first to come out as team leader. Once confirmed safe, Dani, Angga, Riko overtake their captain. Followed by Panji and Kenanga.

They made it out. But not yet exhaled a sigh of relief, the problem arose again. This time it was Nurman, Arman and Mila who confronted them at gunpoint.

Their appearance also changed. What initially looked innocent, kind and friendly is now becoming violent and looks like a real mafia. Mila even took off her hijab and a scorpion tattoo was clearly plastered on her neck.

"Well, I can't believe you escaped." said Nurman. Sly expression.

"Blame it on the careless thought of putting two people apart in that bloody room" Kenanga replied.

"Ah that's not sloppy. Purposefully. Besides, you already know what room it is so there's no need to hide it anymore." Arman replied casually.

"Religious cults, toy factories, zombie villages, isn't this like a drama? How could an elite organization like Miracle do this cheap way to build its business?" said Kenanga with twitching lips.

"Ah that, our leader also does not know about this. We did it on purpose because the brains of Indonesians are still dull." - Hina Mila.

"Eh, don't fuck! You think all Indonesians are the same?!" exclaim Panji annoyed.

Mila just sniffed his shoulders indifferently.

Suddenly a shot was fired from one direction toward Arman's left chest. Arman fell down instantly.

Everyone is surprised. Especially the Rajawali Team who did not expect there to be a shot just like that. Everyone becomes alert.

"Damn it." furious Mila was angry.

Mila raised her gun. He shot at Rajawali's team. All the team members ran apart. Take cover from Mila's indiscriminate attack.

But after a few shots, Mila's weapon can no longer be used because the bullet is up. And this became an opportunity for the Rajawali Team to attack. Bagas kicked the weapon Nurman was holding when he let his guard down.

They immediately got into a pretty tough fight. Although Mila and Nurman had to attack more than one person, they did not lose. Their energy is great and fights become draws.

Rajawali's team is losing steam. They started to get exhausted from fighting with hundreds of people in the factory. One by one they started falling. And only Kenanga was left fighting Mila and Bagas against Nurman.

In the middle of his fight with Mila, Kenanga turned her head up, there was Alfin who was running down the hill. It was Alfin who shouted.

Seeing Kenanga off guard, Mila kicked Kenanga hard in the stomach until she fell.

"Yet!" chanted Bagas in the middle of his fight with Nurman.

Mila immediately attacked Kenanga again before Kenanga could wake up. He then pulled out a knife and stuck it to Kenanga's neck.

"Stop it or I'll kill him now!" threaten Mila's.

Bagas stopped the fight until he fell because of his stomach in Nurman's kick.

Suddenly Mila pulled out a Kenanga pistol from her pocket and attached it to the Kenanga temple. All the members were in shock.

"Retreat, all of you back down." Mila said.

Bagas, Angga, Riko, Panji and Dani retreat according to Mila's orders.

"Lift hands!" shout Mila.

They comply.

Nurman joined Mila. They smiled triumphantly, "This is how we kill the cops and the damn agents. This goes for you guys too. After I kill this brash woman, you will one by one follow her to hell." sizzled Mila.

"You go to hell, you son of a bitch." said Panji slowly.

Kenanga knew her life was on the verge of death. And he can't just shut up. As soon as Mila distracted her for a moment, Kenanga immediately grabbed the gun that Mila was holding.

The gunfire is fired from a gun fight between Kenanga and Mila. All the team members even Nurman took cover from the indiscriminate shot. Until the gun's mouth was pointed at Dani. Dani's scared shitless.

Mila flashed her demonic smile, she pressed the trigger but there was no more gun eruption. The bullet's over.

Mila rampaged emotions. He was about to attack Kenanga just before Kenanga pulled out another gun from behind her back-shirt.

He shot right in Mila's left chest. Mila instantly sprawled.

The six soldiers breathed a sigh of relief. Now it was Nurman's turn to stand stiff.

"Give up or do I want to shoot?" ask Kenanga coldly. He pointed his gun at Nurman.

Nurman immediately raised both of his hands in a sign of surrender.

Angga immediately handcuffed Nurman so that he could not dwell anymore. Kenanga walked over to her colleagues. His gun just slipped out of his hand. His strength was exhausted and he was very weak now. Kenanga walked slowly with heavy breathing. He didn't even realize he wasn't holding his gun anymore.

But unnoticed by anyone even Kenanga, Mila is still breathing. The woman tried to reach the gun that Kenanga left with the rest of her power. The blood-filled hand had managed to get it.

And Mila shot her gun straight at Kenanga's running back.

All the members were shocked by the unexpected shootout. Mila the perpetrator immediately breathed his last breath.

And Kenanga turned around when she felt two hands clutching her back. The two hands gradually descended and finally detached from his body.

I remember the shock and her face was instantly blank with blurry eyes. When he finds out who has offered his back to save him.
