The LOVE Of Guardian's

The LOVE Of Guardian's
Chapter 44. Gift Introductions

The next morning Alfin woke up feeling calmer and refreshed. It's thanks to his good sleep last night. Alfin really missed this kind of sensation. Looks like he should thank Kenanga later.

After taking a shower and getting ready for work, Alfin came out of his room. He's looking for the whereabouts of Kenanga that can't see her nose. Alfin finds Kenanga in the kitchen.

"Good morning." said Alfin.

"Morning." Reply Kenanga briefly. He was busy doing something.

"Roved brother?" ask Alfin hesitatingly. Because he was quite distrustful of his vision when he found Kenanga wearing an apron.

"Yes" said Kenanga. He then walked to the dinner table carrying two plates with a spoon and fork.

"Eat." said Kenanga after arranging all the food she cooked at the table.

Alfin approached the dining table, his gaze full of suspicion.

"So, you cook all this?" ask Alfie again.

Kenanga nodded, "There are omelets, fried rice and capcay. Which one do you like?"

Alfin seemed hesitant because the last time he saw Kenanga cooking was when she helped him. It was only half way because Kenanga immediately splashed oil when frying fish.

"Son can't cook." Alfin said.

Kenanga let out a peck of annoyance, "That used to be now that I've started learning."

"Why?"

"Because there's one other mouth that I have to feed on the food." Kenanga replied ketus.

"Oh." said Alfin. That's himself.

"Eat, I want to know what you're judging." Kenanga said. The woman sat at the dining table.

Alfin also sat down after that began to taste one by one. It starts with fried rice.

Alfin only fell silent as a mouthful of fried rice entered his mouth.

"How's it?" ask Kenanga.

"Lumayan." lied Alfin when the original inu is very oily. But he didn't want to hurt Kenanga's feelings.

Kenanga restrained her smile, "Try the others" she said looking enthusiastic.

Alfin directly scooped a piece of omelette into his mouth. He only chewed a few times and directly swallowed it. Alfin tried to keep his expression.

"How's it?" ask Kenanga.

So salty! answer Alfin in the heart. "Good buffet." lied it.

She couldn't help but smile, "Try the capcay."

Alfin drank water first to clean his mouth and throat which was invaded by a very salty taste. Once it feels clean, Alfin tasted his capcay.

Now Alfin was really not strong to pretend to be calm. Alfie closed his eyes once. It's so sweet. How many spoons of sugar does Kenanga put in this capcay stir fry?

"How's it?"

"Lumayan." replied Alfin with great difficulty.

"Seriously? From then on you just said enough." said Kenanga in disbelief.

"Indeed is good." at least it can still be eaten even though it must strengthen the mental first he continued in the heart.

Kenanga narrowed suspiciously, Alfin's expression looked fake in her eyes.

"I don't believe it." said Kenanga immediately tasted fried rice.

Alfin was still waiting for Kenanga's reaction.

"Geez-neck." Kenanga coughed softly when the rice touched her tongue, "Oil it once" he frowned.

Kenanga then tasted the others.

"Cure it!" it almost vomited. He took out the omelette from its start with a tissue.

"Sweetness!" again when tasting capcay. Kenanga hurriedly drank water to neutralize the taste shock coming from her food.

"Why aren't you being honest?" sambar Kenanga's.

"It's still edible." replied Alfin.

"What can't be eaten?" kenanga Sentak.

"At least the taste can still be defined." Alfin replied grimacingly.

Kenanga let out a rude sigh, "Just throw it away. Don't eat it." he concluded want to take food one by one.

"Eh, no!" prevent Alfin.

"Why? It can't be eaten anymore!"

"Could still. This is your first meal for me anyway, I have to appreciate it." Alfin explained.

"By eating it? You'reinsane. I cook it and don't even want to eat it." said Kenanga.

"The most important thing is sincerity." Alfin said. He sat back down and spooned the fried rice onto his plate and the other side dishes.

"Alfin, I appreciate your kindness but this is overkill. This food can't be eaten unless you want diarrhea" Kenanga said.

"Then let diarrhea." Alfin replied lightly. He fed the fried rice and omelets to his mouth. A shock of taste struck him but Alfin tried to keep his expression.

Kenanga fell silent at Alfin's attitude. He might be quite touched because Alfin was willing to appreciate his efforts. Kenanga quietly sat back down.

"If so, let's have diarrhea together" he said.

Alfin smiled slightly, he then nodded.

"The medicine is ready." he chuckled.

Kenanga smiled faintly.

Kenanga arrived at her headquarters but she was instantly shocked when all her comrades seemed to surround someone.

"What's wrong?" tanya Kenanga interrupted.

"Eh, Lieutenant. Good morning." said Angga.

"Morning. What are you guys doing?"

"Look, who's coming." Bagas suddenly pushed someone in front of Kenanga.

Kenanga immediately rounded her eyes.

"Wood?" yangka.

The man named Bayu immediately scoffed, "Hi, Kenanga Brother." he said.

"What's he doing here?" ask Kenanga.

"All this is blame Bagas! He suddenly chased after me and directly dragged me to the headquarters." Bayu fought quickly.

"That's because you're a delinquent! Kenanga, do you know where I found this kid?" Kenanga.

"In a narrow alley that was once a former casino!"

"Woody, what are you doing there?" ask Kenanga.

"That's.I'm just messing around." ringisnya.

Kenanga immediately hit Bayu's ear, "You're really a delinquent huh. It's worth your brother dragging you home." - Kenanga's nag.

"Aw, sick! Sick, sis!" exclaim Bayu complaining loudly. Kenanga took off her jewelry.

"So what will the captain do to this brat?" ask Panji.

"I will put him in the military academy." replied Bagas.

Bayu immediately glared in surprise, "No way!" his screeches.

"You have no right to protest" Bagas said.

"Son, I'm nineteen years old, I have the right to voice my own personal opinion! No-I don't want to. I want to go home." said Bayu about to walk away.

But Kenanga pulled her back shirt until Bayu retreated to the back.

"I agree, Captain."

"Sir Kenanga, I don't want to be a soldier at all. Thought not!"

"Outside police. I don't want to!" reject Bayu.

"Then what do you want to be?" ask Dani.

Bayu smiled sweetly and it made the four adult men who were there goosebumps.

"Your smile is strange." Panji commented.

"Sister Dani asked what I wanted to be. My answer is clear, want to marry Kenanga" said Bayu staring at Kenanga full of love.

Panji directly menoyor Bayu's head, "Based on High School boy!"

"I've graduated to know! I can legally get married!"

Kenanga just shook her head and sat in her place.

"So Kenanga, want to marry me?" tanya Bayu approached Kenanga.

Kenanga smiled, "No." her look instantly turned flat.

Bayu throbbed, "Why?"

"Because you're underage. Let me take it to your new place." between Bagas and then pull Bayu's hand dragging him out of the room.

"Eh-eh let go, brother! I don't want to!" pekik Bayu panicked.

But Bagas dragged his brother's hand until they disappeared from view.

Riko shook her head to witness Bayu's miraculous behavior.

"The captain is very patient to have a sister like her" he commented.

The others immediately agreed.

Kenanga came home with Alfin who had just returned to work. They took the elevator together and entered the house.

"How sis? diarrhea?" joked Alfin when they entered the house.

Kenanga shook her head, "You alone?"

"I don't either."

"That means my food is safe to eat."

Alfin nodded in agreement.

Drrt

Kenanga's phone vibrated. Apparently his aide called.

"Hello."

"Lieutenant, we're cheated!" panic aide Akra there.

"What do you mean?" ask Kenanga confused.

"The family of Lieutenant Colonel Rizal was murdered."

Kenanga rounded her eyes, "What?!"

***

Kenanga headed straight for Rizal's residence with Alfin. Actually Kenanga wants to be alone but Alfin feels Kenanga will not be able to drive well because of a panic.

Once at Rizal's house, a yellow line of police was immediately caught by Kenanga's retina.

"Om Dimas!" call Kenanga.

A man who was talking to the police approached Kenanga as her name was called.

"Yet."

"What's going on?" ask Kenanga directly.

"When we were on guard, there was a fire announcement. We went straight to him and it turned out that a gazebo was burned not far from here. As soon as we finished putting out the fire, Lekol Rizal's wife and son were gone" Dimas said.

Kenanga and Alfin were both shocked.

"They're killed?"

Dimas nodded, "It looks like the fire was just a diversionary tactic. Because as soon as we arrived, we found them lying stiff with the throat of Lieutenant Colonel Rizal's wife slashed and the marks of gunfire in his son's temple."

Kenanga. Damn, again he was disappointed. They killed everyone right behind him. Kenanga sighed harshly. What should he tell Rizal later?

But wait-but

Speaking of Rizal, Kenanga's feeling is not good.

"Om Dimas, help me sort this out. I have to go somewhere."

"Where?" ask Dimas.

"I can't tell you, I'm sorry."

After that Kenanga ran out of the house. He got into the car but when he was wearing a seatbelt, the door next to him opened. Alfin went straight in and sat quietly in the passenger seat.

"What are you doing?" ask Kenanga.

"Follow with you." replied Alfin casually.

"Alfin, I'm going to a dangerous place. And I don't want to involve you anymore." said Kenanga.

"So, have you ever heard of two being better than one? And that's what I'm doing."

"Alfin, down!"

"don't want. Let's walk!"

"Down."

"Just walk away, I want to help you."

"Alfin, i---"

"Walk or is my brother kissing here?" cut Alfin.

Kenanga was at a loss for words. He could only point at Alfin in annoyance.

"Street." said Kenanga.

Alfin smiled triumphantly. The car is run by Kenanga.

***

An hour's drive, Kenanga reached a small house on the outskirts of the forest. It was Rizal's house that he tracked down once his disposable phone contacted him.

The atmosphere of the house was quiet and dark. Kenanga and Alfin went straight into the house.

"Sir, whose house is this?" ask Alfin.

"This-" Kenanga's speech came to a halt when she saw a pool of blood flowing from the opening of the front door.

Brakes

Kenanga immediately kicked the door open hard. They went straight into the house and were shocked when he saw Rizal lying helplessly with his temple hollow.

"Damn it!" yang yang emotions.

Again and again, tonight he's twice cheated.

"In-dia..." Alfin said trembling.

Kenanga did not answer, she was already surrounded by emotions in her heart.

Drrt

A cell phone lying next to Rizal's body rang. Kenanga took it straight away.

"Who is this?" ask Kenanga.

"How's the Lieutenant my introductory gift? May you be satisfied." a heavy, mocking voice sounded across the phone.

Kenanga clenched her hands hard until her handbooks turned white.

"Who are you really?" hissing Kenanga.

"Don't rush to be curious. We'll definitely meet again."
