"Good morning, Auntie.." greet Sarah to Margaret who is currently having breakfast.
"I don't know what your name is yet" Margaret said after she fed a spoonful of porridge into her mouth.
"Sarah" Sarah replied with a smile, Margaret who heard the name felt familiar immediately craved and even stopped chewing.
"Sadah?" he asked while trying to remember the name.
"Yes, Sarah" answered Sarah still maintaining her smile, she even held Margaret's shoulder gently "Tante don't be afraid, I'm not evil and won't hurt Auntie" he continued.
"Do you know my son Caitlin?"
"Yes, I know. Caitlin is a good girl, sweet, beautiful, smart, likes music" Sarah replied straightforwardly and immediately Margaret smiled widely.
"You praised Caitlin, yes, when I heard you hated Caitlin" Margaret said, and she returned to enjoy her porridge.
"Who said?" ask Sarah gently.
"Let's see, like someone whispered in my ear and said you hate Caitlin"
Sarah immediately bowed sadly, Margaret must have remembered what Karin had instilled into her thinking.
"Nobody hates Caitlin" Sarah said, and she said with a smile, "Caitlin is a very nice girl, so there's no way anyone could hate her. We all love him"
"Yes, my son is a good boy" Margaret murmured.
"Mrs Sarah, Baby Neo has been bathed" said Bi Eni who came to follow Sarah "At this time she is with Aldo and Nandini"
"Om Aldo and Nandini?" asked Sarah and Bi Eni nodded.

"Okey" cried Sarah then she asked for her baby.
Sarah sits on the couch, holding a baby who is now a month old. Every week the doctor will come to check on Sarah and Baby Neo. Sarah's condition has improved greatly, but not with Baby Neo. However, Sarah and Devano strongly believe that their son is a strong child.
Sarah fondles her loving son, kisses him gently.
"Growing up to be a strong boy, son. Prove to those who want to hurt you, that they will never be able to hurt you" Sarah said.
Devano and Dominic who had gone shopping had come.
Nandini and Aldo rushed to clean up their groceries.
"Hey, Daddy's son." said Devano and he was about to kiss Baby Neo but Sarah kept him away.
"Bring first, Dev. You from the outside, bring germs" grumbled Sarah who made Devano chuckle.
"Yes yes, my dear. Take Baby Neo to the room. Two hours to see he's been like two months, misses." said Devano who made Sarah laugh.
The two of them returned to their room, Devano hurried to clean himself up to the bathroom. Sarah put Baby Neo to bed.
The doctor has allowed Sarah to breastfeed Baby Neo, but Sarah is still in fear.
Toxins, that's very much Sarah's afraid of. It's like leaving a trauma all within him.
"Darling, why?" asked Devano who has now come out of the bathroom with only a towel covering his body.
"Baby Neo like he's not going to drink formula anymore, Dev" said Sarah sadly. Devano sat down by Sarah's side and watched her child.
"Give him ASI, dear" his pinta however Sarah shook her head, still clearly frightened on her face and saw that, of course Devano felt sad, feeling a failure being a husband and father.
"Doctors say your breast milk is safe, but breast milk is much better for the growth of Baby Neo than formula. Trust me, yes." persuade him.
"But I'm still afraid, he's still a little boy, still weak, how about..."
"Nothing will happen to her, trust me" Devano said.
Sarah was silent while looking at her husband, and Devano continued to persuade her until Sarah nodded.
"He'll be fine, there's nothing better for him than what comes from his mother" Devano said.
"Yes, I'll give my best to our son"
"Yes, our son is strong" said Devano and he kissed Baby Neo's forehead and then tipped Sarah's temple.
Sarah threw herself aside, unbuttoned her pajamas and thrust her milk at Baby Neo and Baby Neo directly devoured her. Baby Neo drank the milk so greedily, as if he was so thirsty.
Sarah felt a sense of relief when she saw her suckling son, he stroked the head of the child, kissed her affectionately.
Baby Neo was still nursing when Devano jumped into bed and looked at Sarah with a different look.
"If it's one of my rations, may you?" devano asked, which made Sarah tick.
"I want to, too, dear" whined Devano again.
