Devano can only go back and forth in front of the IGD with a very chaotic feeling. His gaze was unfocused and he felt his body tremble even Devano felt his feet like they were not stepping on the ground.
He was shocked when William called Devano and said Sarah was in the hospital.
What's more when I saw Sarah who was handled by the Doctor and Sarah looked very pale. Devano's fear grew and was reflected back when Caitlin who also had to be handled by a doctor in London first. Sad, afraid and anxious mixed sister in her heart.
While Venita can only cry at this time while hugging Naina who is also crying for fear of something happening with Sarah.
When Naina waited for Sarah in the cafeteria and Sarah did not come, Naina followed her to the toilet. "What's really going on, Naina?" ask Jason to Naina.
"Naina doesn't know, Om. Naina followed Sarah to the toilet, Sarah had fainted and her head was bleeding" Naina replied with a hiccup.
"Maybe she slipped" Venita continued, wiping her tears.
While Devano was still pacing back and forth with a very tense face, even many times he clenched his hands trying to hold back his feelings of worry but could not. What's more when he remembers Caitlin being in the hospital at the time, Devano is afraid that she will lose Sarah just like she lost Caitlin.
Everyone became so tense that a female Doctor came out of the IGD room named Helen, a friend of William first.
"My daughter, Helen.." exclaimed Venita with a very frightened face.
"What a thing, Auntie. He'll soon be conscious. Her wounds weren't too bad either, she was a strong girl. We all know that" Helen said with a smile that made everyone breathe a sigh of relief and give thanks.
"Will, can you come with me for a second?" helen and William followed Helen into her room.
"What's wrong? Is there a problem with Sarah?" william asked when they reached Helen's room.
"I don't think Sarah slipped. When she arrived, I saw her flushed left cheek. I checked it out like a pretty hard slap, maybe he was fighting with his schoolmate. I can't tell this to your parents right now because they're in shock. But I suggest you find out what happened to Sarah, kill her if she gets hurt physically like this. I'm afraid it's bullying"
William couldn't say what he heard Helen say. He was shocked, panicked, and anxious. Who fought Sarah at her school? As William knows, Sarah had no other friends than Naina. And it is also impossible for Sarah to make trouble with her friend until her friend had to slap Sarah and harm her.

"Dec, Helen said Sarah's gonna be fine. Soon he must be aware" said William and arrived suddenly Devano bowed lethargic.
"I'm afraid, Will.." whispered Devano in a quivering voice "My sister used to faint and never woke up"
William who heard that was also sad, now he understood why Devano was so panicked since then. That's because Devano's like his traumatized with his sister.
"Sarah's a strong girl, she just slipped, hit the sink and fainted. Soon he will wake up" said William hopes Devano becomes calmer but like it does not work.
"I won't calm down until he wakes up" Devano said, and he kissed Sarah's hand repeatedly.
"Let's get up, little girl. You make me scared" he muttered.
Venita and Jason also overheard William and Devano's conversation, and now they feel very sympathetic to Devano what else they also think Devano must have been traumatized by his younger brother.
"Like his Devano really afraid of Sarah why napa" said Jason.

William comes out of Sarah's nursery, intending to leave Devano alone inside.
Devano stroked Sarah's cheek, he looked at his wife's heartily.
"Honey, let's dong get up.." exclaimed Devano as he continued to caress Sarah's cheek "I'm really scared, now. It's late afternoon and you don't wake up either. When are you gonna get, honey?"
