The Part 28

Sarah meets Freya in her office to discuss the case of William, Freya currently can only collect data from Airin. Her full name is Airin Sushmita, 24 years old. His father died of pulmonary disease at the age of 15, and three years later his mother died of an accident that made Airin thirsty to stop school and work to support his younger brother. Her younger brother is 18-year-old Reza. Naysila's sister, 15. Both are in the same high school.

"So the abuse happened on an abandoned railroad track?" ask Sarah after she tries to read William's case file.

"Yes, there's a witness who saw them there. The witness said he thought they were lovers who quarreled so that when he heard the noise he did not care" Freya replied.

"How did the witness think they were lovers?"

"Say they embrace each other before her" hearing Freya Sarah's all-out answer, making Naina and Jacob feel confused.

"Will's brother is in prison on a serious charge, you laugh?" ask Naina.

"Because the guy who framed Kak Will doesn't seem to know Kak Will. First, Will's sister is phobic about anything connected to the train. Hearing the sound of the train on TV, Kak Will was about to faint, what else went to the train tracks. Both..." Sarah glanced at Freya who was currently smiling at her, as if she knew what Sarah would say "Sir Will is not the type of romantic person and she never embraced her boyfriend in public places. Handrails are the most full" said Sarah who was immediately justified Freya as her lover.

"But unfortunately it can't be evidence in court, Sarah. We need more accurate evidence" Freya said.

"Sarah knows, Brother Fe. We'll find proof, no matter how perfect the plan is, there's gotta be a loophole to fail" Sarah said trying to stay positive thinking "Not rape in need of a visa?"

"Yes, but the visa can not be done with the reason that it has been more than 48 hours. So here's the story, after being raped by Airin there for two more days, and after two days Airin managed to escape exactly at 2 am, he stopped a taxi in the middle of the road and asked the taxi driver to drive him to the police station. But because the taxi driver was sleepy, they crashed and hit a roadblock until they both fell into the river and were stuck there long enough for help to arrive"

"Did the accident really happen?" ask Sarah to wonder.

"Yes, many witnesses. The driver and Aira were also injured. This is what makes it difficult for us to defend Will" said Freya in despair.

"Sir Will will be free, Brother Fe. Sarah was sure, but hearing the chronology of this incident was definitely planned carefully. Maybe the accident was real and there were many witnesses. But who was the witness and saw the rape and captivity firsthand? There is no. All comes from Airin's testimony. Stacking it like a drama to buy time, and then Airin splashed into the water. Then all the evidence in Airin's body is swept away by the water and that will be Airin's reason that he can no longer be in the visa. "But when Airin went to the train tracks and the man, they were recorded cctv. And that guy is a lot like Will"

"We can confirm it was William or not if we re-examine the cctv footage" Jacob said.

"The footage was taken by the police and is safe as evidence" Freya replied.

"Maybe Jacob can take her..." Naina chiming.

"That's too dangerous, Naina. Security at the police station was tight. If Jacob finds out trying to hack it, it's done with all of us" Freya said.

"So what should we do? the trial is in a minute?" ask Naina.

"I have an idea, this could help prove a little bit that Will never went to the railroad tracks and this would also delay the trial. So we have time to look for evidence"

After the business is done. Jacob immediately drives Naina and Sarah home before Aldo awakens.

And they breathed a sigh of relief when they got home it turned out Aldo was still asleep. Sarah wakes up Aldo, although Aldo seems to be very sleepy.

"It's late afternoon, Om. Let's go home, Devano will be angry" said Sarah pura panicked and heard the name of Devano of course Aldo immediately opened his eyes wide.

"Sorry, that's..."

"What the hell, Om. Om must be tired, Sarah was watching in Naina's room. So long ago, until Om overslept" said Sarah again who made Naina geleng head.

"Smart acting too"

At dinner, Sarah asks for something that slightly infuriates Devano. Sarah asks to stay at William's apartment because she wants to keep both of her parents. Devano disagrees but allows it. Her conscience has been moved since Devano realized that she loves Sarah.

"Yes, but Aldo will come with you. He will follow you wherever you go" said Devano who immediately made Sarah excited "Oh yes, I have a birthday gift for you"

"What's that?"

"Later to show you, now finish your meal"

Sarah seemed enthusiastic and curious about Devano's gift. So Sarah quickly finished her meal when she saw Devano was done and Devano left the table, Sarah already knew that Devano went to the backyard to smoke.

After finishing, Sarah follows Devano who is in the backyard and looks Devano who is typing on his laptop while occasionally sipping his cigarette. And when Sarah comes, Devano looks surprised and he immediately closes his laptop.

"Where's my gift?" ask Sarah.

"In the room, come on..." Devano pulls Sarah's hand and brings her to their room.

Devano bought bags, shoes and a guitar for Sarah.

"Thank you for the gift, dev. But I just want the guitar" said Sarah, which confused Devano.

"The same bag his shoes don't fit? Or do you want something else?" devano asked and he looked disappointed.

"It's not that, it's all expensive, right? I don't want to hear people commenting on my stuff again and they'll definitely say it's the result of papa's corruption" Devano's heart ached to hear Sarah's words. Once again his conscience feels guilty and this guilt is growing.

"Do you want me to teach you how to play guitar?" devano asked trying to divert the conversation and trying to hold back his guilt.

Sarah smiled and nodded. Then Devano and Sarah go to the balcony and Devano starts teaching Sarah to play guitar. Sarah seemed to enjoy her very much and she could learn quickly.

"You want some music, okay?" suddenly, Devano inherited it because he saw Sarah who seemed to be able to play music but Sarah shook her head.

"You taught me, didn't you?" pinta.

"Yes you can, I where there's time" Devano replied, which made Sarah snort "Yes, later if I have free time, I teach you" it made Sarah smile wide.

"I'm sleepy, I go to bed first" Sarah said later and Devano nodded

"Later to follow" he said. And that simple answer turned out to be another taste for Sarah. Now he really feels treated like a wife by Devano.

Brushing aside all her strange feelings and increasingly wild thoughts, Sarah hit her own head and immediately rushed into her room.

Devano re-wrote something on his laptop, and his expression looked very strange. Sometimes he smiles on his side, sometimes he looks angry, sometimes he feels depressed and sad and sometimes he seems happy.

"He changed everything" he muttered then he closed his laptop and as he said earlier, he went to his room to catch up with his wife.
