Romano hung up because Cassie was moving. He forgot to call Cassie.

Romeo and Romano Smith. They are twin brothers. Not many people know about their identity, because they have never been seen together. In addition, because of something, Romano was forced to make news that he was in an accident and eventually everyone believed that Romano was no longer there, including Dimas. Romeo agrees to marry Cassie because of her second plan. Romano wants to uncover the truth about the mastermind behind his father's accident while also saving their company. But the Romeo-Cassie household storm wasn't just there. Romeo was sentenced to lung cancer one day before his departure for Japan. So, Romeo had to undergo chemotherapy there. And, finally Romeo had to ask Romano who was in Indonesia to disguise himself.

Romano was initially quite happy, because he could carry out his duties more freely, but he was difficult to play Romeo. Romeo is quiet and thoughtful, whereas he prefers to play and joke. Cassie was so beautiful during her pregnancy. He looks chubby, but it's adorable and makes Romeo want to pinch his cheek.

"Yes, we'll have a kid in a minute. But, I don't know if I can see my son later." said Romeo sadly.

"Master don't talk like that. You will definitely recover and be able to play with your son soon." comfort the nurse again.

Romeo nodded. He's been desperate to get home, but he needs to undergo some more chemotherapy. For a while, Romeo entrusted Cassie to Romano. Although not willing, but at least Romano will not mess with Cassie.
