These 2 months, Cassie was so frustrated. He just stayed in the room doing nothing. Every day, the aunt delivered food to Cassie's room and accompanied the woman to a meal. But, every food given to Cassie is always not exhausted.The child of her employer is like a person who is experiencing heartbreak because of frequent daydreaming and no appetite.

Siska and Dimas are also confused as to why Cassie changed so drastically. In the second trimester Cassie was so happy.

"Ren, is Cassie having a problem with Romeo? " ask Dimas suspiciously.

"That's it." replied Reno pretending not to know. He told Dimas yesterday that Romeo wanted to focus on improving hotels in Japan as a manager and not take care of anything else. Dimas believed it and granted Romeo's request even though it sounded quite strange.

"Did Romeo not come home? Cassie was supposed to give birth this week." Siska was worried because her daughter-in-law was so busy working that she forgot her own wife.

"Mom.try asking the mother's daughter-in-law." Reno was feeling uneasy because Dimas and Siska asked like police were interrogating her.

"The number is off, Ren" said Siska, who called Romeo.

"Well, maybe he's interested in other women there" Reno said.

"You're crazy! Romeo loves only Cassie." Siska hit Reno's back hard. Reno is so reckless.

Dimas also hit Reno because his son was brash. Dare his Reno accuse things that are not true to Romeo. Romeo is busy at work.

"Dad.. Mom.." Reno protested. "It could be, Romeo's cheating. He's so at home in Japan."

"Hush, don't be noisy, your sister will hear." Siska pressed her index finger against the chatty Reno.

Yes, the three of them are currently waiting for Cassie in the corner of the room, while the woman is doing an examination with Doctor Mega.

"Mr Sebastian.." Call Doctor Mega.

The three of them approached. Siska sat on the edge of the bed, while Reno and Dimas stood facing Doctor Mega.

"We have to do Caesar, because the baby is breech. This must be because Miss Cassie hasn't moved much lately." Dr. Mega showed Cassie's USG images of the three people waiting in the room.

"Yes, just do your best. The important thing is that my daughter and grandchild are safe" Dimas said quickly.

"He said he agreed." said Reno.

"Huh? when did you call Romeo? Can the phone be active?" Dimas looked at Reno curiously.

"I mean he left Cassie to me before he left" Reno said nervously.

"Already.. There you guys come out. Mom wants to get Cassie's clothes ready."

Siska pushed Reno out. Dimas inevitably also went out to follow Reno before being sprayed by his wife.

Cassie was relieved that Reno and Dimas were out of her room. Cassie's head is dizzy to hear Reno, Dimas and Siska arguing over Romeo. She was also shocked to hear that her baby was breech and had to undergo surgery now.

"Mom, did the surgery hurt?" ask Cassie worried. He clasped Siska's hand firmly.

"No dear, you'll be sedated. And we'll have the best operation. So you can heal quickly."

"Cassie's scared, Mom."

"Honey..We're all accompanying you. But, how's Romeo?" Siska remembered Romeo who did not know this news.

"Leave it, Mom. Doesn't Dad want him to focus on his work? He will come too." Cassie tried to speak reasonably. In her heart she wanted to cry.

"alright.. Mom will pack your clothes first, you wait here."

"Yes mom.." Cassie took her phone. It's been 3 weeks that Romeo hasn't called or texted as usual.

Cass, I want you to name our son Sean Alexander Sebastian. I don't know if I can see him, so please take good care of him.

That's Romeo's last message. Cassie is really sliced every time she reads a message from Romeo that she never replies to, or only responds briefly. All the messages from Romeo show like he loves Cassie a lot, but Cassie knows it's because Romeo's goal hasn't been achieved.

"Baby Sean, we'll meet soon.." Cassie spoke while rubbing her distended stomach. "Mom was so scared, but don't worry.you could have been born safely."
