Cassie's phone is ringing. Romeo takes Cassie's bag to see who's calling late at night like this.

It was not a phone call, but a video call from Sunny. Romeo decides to raise him because Sunny's profile is Sean's face. Yeah, maybe Cassie named Sean's contact Sunny.

Once connected, Romeo can see Sean is playing a toy car. The boy is very cute and Romeo is so happy because Sean looks healthy and adorable.

"Hello, Sean.. Daddy's here.." Romeo calls Sean.

Son looked. He stared at the cell phone screen.

"Here, Daddy Sean.." Romeo repeated.

"Dad. dad.." Sean spoke clearly to his Daddy.

"Yes, sorry Daddy still has to be away from you. Daddy promised after this we'd play cars together."

Sean laughed as he clapped his hands, as if he knew what Romeo was saying. Romeo is grateful that he can still see his son who is getting smarter and funny.

"Sir, are you sick?" a woman suddenly appears on the screen along with Sean. Romeo had never seen the petite woman with the dimples. But Romeo soon thinks that Sunny could be Sean's baby sitter. It's not impossible if his in-laws give Sean a Baby sitter because Cassie must be so troubled to take care of Sean himself.

"Yes, I'm in treatment right now."

"What pain do you have, sir? Why is your face pale?" Sunny started to panic.

"Why do you ask such a personal question?" Romeo, who does not know the recent events, is of course confused by the excessive attention of Sunny. Sunny's expression even turned into that of a sad person.

"I'm very worried, sir." Sunny started crying. "I miss you too."

"Hey, how dare you say that" cried Romeo. He is shocked by Sunny's statement that misses Romeo.

"Darling, why are you yelling like that?" Cassie showed up in her nightgown. He then went up to Romeo's bed to sleep next to him.

"Here, baby sitter Sean.." Romeo hands Cassie his phone.

"Oh, why Sun?" Cassie took over the conversation.

"No, madam. I just called to tell you about Sean" Sunny replied nervously. She was afraid that Cassie would hear what she said to Romeo.

"Ooo.. How's Sean? Is he fussy?"

"Yes, sometimes he calls the Madam, but so far it can be handled." Sunny explained still with mixed feelings. Moreover, now he watched Romeo embrace Cassie so friendly, there was not even a distance between them.

"Rom, stop. Amused." Cassie scolded Romeo who was kissing her cheek.

"Sun, just wait there, we might come back..." Cassie paused, because she didn't know when she'd be back. "How long is it, baby?" cassie asked, looking at Romeo.

"3 more days. I miss Sean so much."

"Take Sean right until we get home." "And don't you dare say such an impudent thing." Romeo picks up Cassie's phone and talks to Sunny, who is silent while watching their affection. And after saying that, Romeo then turned off Sunny's phone unilaterally.

"Speak what, Rom?" ask Cassie curiously.

"It doesn't matter." Romeo fixed his position so he could see Cassie clearly. Cassie had also fallen asleep on the same pillow as Romeo while looking at him. Now their positions are so close and facing each other.

"Cass..if I die, what will you do?"

"You'll live a long time, Rom. Don't talk like that." said Cassie, stroking Romeo's cheek gently.

"Why are you so sure?"

"Because you have me and Sean. We'll encourage you until you're healed." he said.

"You're right, honey. I'll be well soon." Romeo kissed Cassie's forehead.

"Yes, I promise I will always be with you, Rom." Cassie said sincerely.

"I know baby, but I'm actually cured of cancer" Romeo said with a serious face.

Cassie flabbergasted. "You don't joke, Rom."

"I'm not kidding, Cassie. I've recovered and I just need to recover." Romeo repeated.

So, since then Romeo was just acting in front of Cassie. When he hears that Cassie is going to America, Romeo asks the doctor not to tell Cassie this. He wants to see how deep Cassie loves him.

And that was proven when Cassie arrived. She cries hysterically, shaking Romeo's body to wake up soon because she doesn't want to be a widow.

Romeo, who was satisfied with Cassie's confession, was finally unable to hide this any longer. He also could not bear to see his wife continue to cry because she thought about it.

"Your husband's looking for a lung transplant for me." explains Romeo.

He recalled the incident some time ago, when he was desperate. Romeo was forced to call Samuel for help in order to recover from his cancer. Sam gives the option to transplant even though the risk of failure is quite high. And after thinking about the loss of profit, Romeo finally agreed to all the risks he would receive after the transplant.

Luckily, everything went well and the cancer cells were declared gone.

"You mean Samuel?" Cassie confirmed again the man Romeo meant.

"Yes, Sam helped me a lot. He's working hard to find the best doctor, and he's also monitoring the night."

"Thank God, Rom. I'm glad to hear it." Cassie hugged Romeo again with a much happier feeling. Eventually Cassie will be able to live together with Romeo and Sean according to what she hopes.

"Ehem."
