The caesarean operation went well. Cassie could hear the sound of her baby crying so loud. Siska said, Cassie did not feel any pain. Only his heart hurts. Especially when Doctor Mega brought the baby boy who was still red to be shown to Cassie.

"Congratulations Miss, your child was born healthy and complete."

Cassie was crying. His emotions stored for several months were overflowing in the operating room.

Doctor Mega is confused by Cassie's reaction. Cassie's cry is like a sad person, not a person who is happy because he just got a child.

"Miss, I'll clean up the baby first."

Doctor Mega handed baby Cassie to the nurse.

"Doctor, is there my husband outside?" ask Cassie, still sobbing. It's a silly question, but Cassie hopes Romeo will come.

Doctor Mega seems to know what Cassie's worried about. He must be sad because Romeo didn't show up. I don't know what happened to this young couple. Some time ago Romeo asked Cassie about her situation. She asked about their baby as well when their child was expected to be born. Romeo should have asked Cassie that, not her.

"Miss, I heard Mr. Romeo was in Japan. So, he must be on his way." comfort Doctor Mega.

"So, am I the only one who gives birth without my husband next to me?"

"No, miss. There are many like you." "I know this must be hard, but you have to trust your husband, if he actually cares about you." Doctor Mega ventured to advise Cassie. Although not familiar with Romeo, but Doctor Mega can feel Romeo's attention on Cassie. Therefore he was confused as to what was the matter with the two of them. They seem to love each other, but it's like there's a big wall in the middle of Cassie-Romeo that always gets in their way. Is this a new love story? Not Romeo-Juliet, but Romeo-Cassie.

"Sorry Doctor, the bed got wet from my snot" Cassie said.

Doctor Mega who was concerned about Cassie, of course laughed at the innocent speech of the woman who had just undergone the operation.

"Miss, sorry, I'm helping you clean this up." The doctor took a tissue, then helped Cassie wipe her tears as well as her snot.

"Patience, miss..I see you are a strong man. Especially now that there is a little one. That would be the greatest power for you."

"Thank you, Doc, for helping out over the past 9 months. I'll ask Reno to send the doctor a gift."

Cassie was much calmer after hearing Doctor Mega. Cassie forgot that there was another family waiting for her.

"Good darling.." Siska hugs Cassie who is currently in hospital.

"Make Cassie give you a granddaughter for Daddy." Dimas also hugs Cassie along with Siska.

"Already, don't be like teletubies." protested Reno. "You can make Cassie's wounds heal longer" he continued.

Dimas-Siska releases Cassie. They forgot that Cassie had just had surgery and must still be sick. They were too happy to welcome their first grandchild.

"Congratulations, spoiled child.. Now that you've got kids." Reno's turn to encourage Cassie.

Dimas and Siska embrace each other. They cried because they saw Cassie who was breastfeeding her child. They didn't know that time was going so fast. The Cassie they spoiled, is now a mother.

"You are so happy." complains Reno softly.

"Dad will cry when he sees your wife giving birth." "When are you getting married?" quip Dimas.

"Dad, don't take revenge" Reno said.

Dimas did not want to lose.

"Darling, by the way.What's your son's name?" ask Siska curiously.

"His name is Sean Alexander Sebastian." Cassie replied as she looked at her baby who was having trouble breastfeeding.

"What a great name." "Baby Sean.." said Dimas happily. "Welcome Baby Sean.."

"So, these two months, you've been pondering just to think about your son's name?" reno taeck.

"Don't insult Ren. You don't understand how pregnant women feel?" cassie's Nagging.

Somehow Cassie's mood also began to improve after Baby Sean began to suckle. Fortunately, aunty always gives vegetable leaves to cough so that ASI Cassie is also smooth.

"For souvenir business I've asked my secretary to prepare it. And as for Baby Sean's room, you don't have to worry. I've remodeled your room" Reno said, smiling at Cassie.

But luckily Dimas believed. Dimas was focusing on Baby Sean, so he didn't think much of Reno and Cassie.

Cassie looked at her brother in annoyance. If Dimas had come to know the truth that Cassie had been covering up all this time, Cassie was sure her Daddy could have a heart attack.

"I'll wait for you here." Reno takes the initiative to accompany Cassie in the hospital.

"No need, Ren. You just rest. Auntie's going to be here." Cassie replied.

"Well, he's a grown-up, Dad." Reno is amazed by Cassie's change. Usually Cassie would force someone to accompany her, but now she's driving out the kind-hearted to keep her company.

"Because I need calm, Reno. Don't Ge er."

Dimas and Siska were shaking their heads at the two children who were constantly arguing. But, they're happy because Cassie already looks more cheerful now. It may be true, Reno said, Cassie was just afraid of going through this labor.
