The doctor patted Romano's shoulder as it passed from the man's presence. Romeo can be sure it will be difficult to heal, because the cancer is spreading again and this time it is stage 4.

Romano was very confused and stressed. If anything happens to Romeo, he'll really be a kara.

"Rom..get up quickly.You must not die first." whispered Romano right to Romeo who was lying weakly with a breathing apparatus. The doctor said that Romeo's life is likely to last only 10-12 months. It was the biggest blow of Romano's life.

Romeo's phone rings. Romano wiped away the tears that did not feel sliding down, then took Romeo's phone inside the nightstand. The one who called was Cassie Sebastian. Cassie called Romeo a hundred times. Of course the woman was anxious because she immediately took Romeo away to Japan without telling her family.

Romano stared long enough at the phone that was still ringing it. He didn't know what to do with the Romeo family. Does Romano need to tell Cassie or Dimas this?

"Hello, Cass." said Romano.

"Romeo, where are you? Why did you disappear? Are you all right?" Cassie sounded so panicked.

Romano did bring Romeo to America, not to Japan. He wanted to get the best handling for Romeo, so he was desperate to go to America and not tell anyone. He also activated his phone after 3 days in the hospital.

"Cass, sorry. I went suddenly to take care of my company. I'll be right back, you just wait."

"Rom, but you should have told me. I've been looking for you everywhere. Sean cried constantly looking for his Daddy." Cassie's voice was shaking. I can confirm Cassie is crying.

Romano stared at the unconscious Romeo. He hates this situation. I want Romano to tell Cassie, but Romeo will be mad at her.

"Cass, I'll be home later. Yes, I'm busy."

Romano turns off the phone, while deactivating Romeo's phone.

Romeo's hand moved. He only responds occasionally if Romano talks about Cassie or Sean.

"Romeo told me a while ago."

"So, what did Romeo say?" jo asked while sitting next to Cassie.

"He said, I'll just wait for him to come home." Cassie took Sean, then handed it to Jo who had been staring at Sean who was so fat and adorable.

"Please take care of Sean for a moment. I have a headache." Cassie walked to the toilet. He could not stand all this anymore, and he broke his emotions by crying there. Although he already knew the whereabouts of Romeo, but he was so worried about Romeo. What else is Romeo hiding from Cassie?

"Sean, you should always entertain your Mommy." Jo said to Baby Sean who was babbling is unclear.
