Chapter 17: Welcome

During the trip using a transport plane, Ardan and Rafa had to fall asleep in their seats. However, both of them instantly realized when Nadia pinch Ardan's nose and pull out Rafa's ears.

“Admute! Nad, what the fuck, anyway?!” Ardan is struggling because his nose has been pinched.

Nadia pointed to the view outside the window. He was amazed to see a large island filled with beautiful natural scenery in the midst of the blue sea. Around the main island, there are several small islands as well with various forms surrounding it.

Just to the north of the island, he could clearly see two large, tall, wide, and majestic buildings with semi-abstract futuristic-style architecture. One building with a slightly smaller size is the residence hall where the Taruna-Taruni live, while the building in front of the largest complete with two towers on the right-left side is the main building of the academy.

From up there, Nadia can also see several fields in island locations, including those in the academy, and the rest near the savanna and near the beach.

As the plane gets closer to the island, it happens that their plane crosses paths with several super-speed planes. And in one of the vast fields on the island, Nadia also saw one rocket successfully take off through the sky there.

Realizing that a space rocket has just been launched, Ardan had a conversation with Rafa.

“That rocket has nothing to do, huh?” ask Ardan astonished. “This is still no academy entry activities, you know.”

“Perhaps carrying supplies for fourth-level Taruna-Taruni who have started interning in their respective forces.”

“Oh...” Ardan nodded in understanding.

As he recalled, the Taruna-Taruni who had entered the fourth level had started their duties into space as a trial period before being declared graduated.

Later Ardan and the others will also perform the same obligation if it has entered the fourth level. While still level two, he enjoyed only the times that are still quite leisure.

“Oh, yes, Nadia.” Ardan also tried to say, “Welcome to Milderan International Space Military Academy. As you know, this Milderan Academy is an international military academy that aims to teach great warrior candidates from various parts of the world.”

Nadia's bright blue eyes immediately sparkled knowing that the island was where they studied military there.

Ardan briefly explained that the two largest buildings seen on the island are the dormitory and the main building of the academy. He also notified several facilities there.

There are many areas of forest that are still beautiful and well preserved so that they can be used as training facilities. Two large fields some distance away from the academy are specialized fields of flight and the launch of transportation into space.

There are hundreds of security posts scattered across the island and specially built residential housing for civilians working as cleaners, ordinary traders, and academy administrators.

Nadia could hardly believe that she would attend an academy as great as this. Luckily he was able to pass the test with good grades and was successfully accepted here.

On-board audio has announced that the plane will soon land on the Meiran Island airfield, an island of the Milderan Academy known as MI-314. In a matter of minutes, they will arrive at their destination.

Nadia was impatient to see what kind of academy and dormitory she would occupy later, along with the people who were there as well.

Nadia was stunned when she saw how magnificent the building of the Milderan Academy was.

The futuristic-style building looks broad and magnificent. At the top of the center of the building is clearly visible symbol of the letter M with a distinctive design, a combination of black as a background, green and golden yellow to reinforce the emblem. Above it also flutters the flag typical of Planet Ribelo which shows that this academy is indeed devoted to students from all over the planet regardless of their home country.

After arriving at a special airport, all the Taruna-Taruni were escorted to the academy by electric train, through the dense forest and security posts until finally arriving here.

Nadia was still dumbfounded on the spot with her mouth unceasingly gaping in awe in front of the academy grounds that even exceeded the breadth of the national football field. Until finally Nadia's mouth suddenly closed when she wanted Ardan's dysentile.

“Ish! Bang Ardan, what the fuck, anyway.?” Nadia immediately closed her mouth.

“We are told to go directly to the dormitory, said the officer here,” Rafa said as he passed leaving the two of them.

After passing through the academy building just by foot, they arrived at the dormitory lobby as well. The lobby looks like a transparent cylindrical hallway that is still connected between the hallway of the men's dormitory with the hallway of the princess dormitory.

On the transparent wall of the lobby in the middle position, Nadia could clearly see the two main dormitory buildings separated by a spacious courtyard.

The two buildings also had the same M emblem as the one in the academy, but the colors were different. For the dormitory of the sign's son is dark blue, while the dormitory of the princess is pink.

While the Taruna-Tarunis were still gathered in the lobby, one of the officers in black security uniform gave them directions.

“For you, Milderan Military Academy's Milders. Today, you have nothing to do. You guys just rest yourself in their respective dorm units. For you first-rate troops who have just been accepted into the academy, you need to find your own units that are already listed on your Academy Card each.”

“Compare rules! It is strictly forbidden to have Taruna enter the dormitory of the princess, and vice versa. Be orderly, and don't make a fuss. You are also not allowed to use the Power of Resurrection without the permission of the teachers and staff. If caught breaking some of these rules, then you will be sanctioned!”

After the officer gave his instructions, several officers began to stand guard at the door of the connecting hallway to their respective dormitory buildings and immediately scanned the students' Academy Cards with the help of sophisticated robots there before finally being allowed to enter.

“Told to find your own dormitory unit already listed on the card, is it?” Nadia noticed the number on her card. “Number 227, yes? Approximately, I will one unit with whom?”

“Nad.”

Ardan and Rafa approach Nadia, intending to leave because they will go to a different dorm building with Nadia.

Ardan and Rafa nodded in relief at Nadia's decision. The beautiful face that had been moody now looks brighter and lighter without burden anymore.

Seeing the departure of the two young men made Nadia sigh for a moment. Even though she had convinced herself to stay open to new people, but in her heart, Nadia still felt nervous.

While trying to get rid of all negative thoughts, Nadia walked in the opposite direction, scanned the Academy Card on the scanning robot, then entered the hallway connecting the girls' dorm with the Tarunis.
