On Sunday morning, Dinda was waiting for Bagas' arrival as usual. Bagas likes to come in the morning, between eight and nine. According to Bagas's confession, he was used to getting up early and most happy to move in the morning. Dinda herself is also used to the same thing. He is still diligent with his kungfu exercises. Especially now he is both with his father, so that there is a push his spirit. But that day until ten Bagas had not appeared yet. Dinda became agitated. If it's an obstacle, it must be Bagas calling first.
"You're the one who called, Dinda. Who knows if the phone is broken again" Johan suggested.
Dinda followed that advice. The one who received the call was the maid. He already knew her because he had visited Aunt Maya's house several times. "Oh, Non Dinda. Mr. Bagas is not awake yet, he said. I usually wake up at this hour. I don't know why it hasn't."
"Aunty Maya?"
"Same, non. Not awake yet."
Linda thought for a moment. "I intend to borrow the same magazine mas Bagas."
"Then just come here, Non."
"Yes. But not sure, Bi."
Then Dinda conveyed her intention to her father. "The truth is Bagas won't come, Dad. It's noon already. But I'm gonna take the magazine he promised me."
"Let me give you Dinda. How about we go on a trip of three? We go to Bagas' house first. From there we go for a walk, then find food. It's been a long time since we've gone all three on Sunday" Johan suggested.
Dinda agrees. So did Irene. Within half an hour they were already on their way. And a quarter of an hour later Aunt Maya's house was reached. The quiet road conditions as usual on Sunday make them smooth on the way.
Dinda down by herself. Her father and Irene decided to wait in the car. If all enter the house then the effect is like a guest, when it is clear the occupants of the house are still sleeping or not ready to receive guests.
The maid opened the door. "Some in, Non. Still not awake yet."
"It's okay, Bi. I'm just gonna grab a magazine, keep going."
"Non knows the place? Can you find it yourself?"
"I already know, Bi. In the attic, right?"
"Non just ride it himself huh? I'm busy in the kitchen."
The maid left Dinda alone. He rushed up the attic. He was once invited there by Bagas to be shown his collection of books and computer magazines.
The atmosphere is very quiet. He deliberately took off his shoes under the stairs did not make a sound. In the attic he went straight to the corner where there is a work space Bagas. Along one side of the wall facing the table and chairs there is a bookcase. He went there and started looking for the latest computer magazine. But he didn't find it. Berkel's view. On the table is Bagas' computer equipment. The table is very neat. He did not dare to mess up. He finally decided to end the search. It doesn't feel good to find yourself like that when the person doesn't know.
He chose a door that was closest to the Bagas workspace. Slowly he turned the door handle. Not locked. He so pounded when he remembered that Bram used to do it like that. He opened the door a little, just enough to put his head in. Immediately the coolness of the room air installed by the cooler hit his body. Although it was already quite day, but the atmosphere was dim and dim because the thick curtains closed the window. But Dinda can still see the objects inside. For a moment his eyes glared towards the bed. He thought he had opened someone else's room wrong, which he should not have opened. His face became hot. He was shocked and embarrassed by the feeling of having made a big mistake. His mouth was smothered with his hands so as not to let out unwanted voices.
On the bed were two men. So for a moment he felt for sure it was not Bagas' room or Aunt Maya's room. Maybe those people are staying guests. He intended to pull back his head and hurriedly leave before being discovered. But in the next moment he canceled his intention and returned glaring. His eyes were getting used to the atmosphere in the room. Now he can recognize the figures on the bed. The two people there are Bagas and Aunt Maya!
That realization hit him really hard. He was in shock. His body became cold and then trembled. It was hard for him to turn his eyes away. There was a sense of disbelief in what he saw. How could those two people, Auntie and nephew, sleep together? They both covered their bodies with a blanket. From the state of the blanket being pulled down it could be seen that they were not dressed. Both positions are also held. The shame! The shame! Dinda screamed in her heart. He closed his mouth tighter. Don't let that scream come out.
Finally, by forcing himself, he pulled his head and closed the door. His body is so limp. Even to close the door slowly it takes effort that is not easy. He succeeded. After that he squatted down for a while to recover his energy. Out of fear in case he was caught he quickly stood down the stairs and survived to the bottom.
"Nooon...! Have you seen the magazine?" exclaim the maid who saw it.
"Not seen, Bi. I just go home, right? Thanks."
Dinda had already run out before
the maid spoke again. The maid took a moment. After thinking for a moment he decided not to tell Bagas about the incident. Only now did he realize that he had let Dinda take Bagas' own goods. What if something is missing? It's safer if he keeps his mouth shut.
Johan and Irene were shocked to see Dinda's pale face. As soon as he got into the car, Dinda dropped herself in the back seat. Both of his legs were bent so he could lie on his side.
"Why, Dinda?" ask Johan. Irene quickly got out of the car to move to the back. He crouched down near Dinda and rubbed his head. "What's Dinda?" tanyanya gently.
"Go ahead, Dad! The road! Hurry along! Hurry along!" exclaimed Dinda while lashing out at the seat with her fists.
A moment Johan looked at Irene. "alright. Just walk first, Mas," said Irene. He closed the door and sat down at Dinda's feet.
"Where?" ask Johan like a fool.
"Just walk. Stay away from here" Irene said.
Johan drove the car towards his house. In such circumstances it would be best if they just went home. A few minutes after the car was running Dinda got up but only to change position. Now his head moved to Irene's lap. Both of his hands hugged Irene's hips. Then he cried bitterly. Irene stroked her head and decided not to ask first. He grabbed a tissue and thrust it at Dinda who received it without stopping her crying. Johan watched from the rearview mirror or looked back at every opportunity. Irene gave a hint rather she did not ask much. "Fine concentration forward, mas."
"But Dinda..."
"Give Dinda a chance to vent her emotions."
