“It's been a risk for you baby. Don't be too dizzy. We better eat and join there.” Valerie finally nodded slowly and joined a large family that was able to make her smile rather than having to worry about the news out there.

What pissed him off was that some people cornered him. Telling blatantly as if this was Valerie's fault, many accused her of cheating even she did not have a lover! What if he will find the right man and decide to get married, is not the word congratulations he got? But the derision that says if he left Carl and firmly married another man? How ironic.
