The Prince & I: The Prince & I Season 1 - 5
Princess Lyn & Wild Rose of Evertonia

Rey's email response was shocking. May alias Mei never thought it would be this easy Rey familiar with the figure of Lyn. Is she getting interested in knowing Lyn because of her confession of 'knowing who Rey's mother is' ???

Once again Mey read Rey's second email:

"Lyn, well, you answered all my exam questions about the details of the Evertonian palace very well, so I trust you. So, I hope we can meet soon so you can tell me directly about him."

May jerks. Duh, meet me? But I was disguised as Pustakawati Mei, which of course she already knew. It was impossible to appear with this almost identical appearance.

But May was eager to meet her biological son whom she missed so much. All right, so Rey can trust Cousin Lyn, tomorrow I'll meet her.

"Rey, I agree. Tomorrow you meet me at seven o'clock in the cafe Cuppa Mal Evernesia. Just the two of us, I'll wear sunglasses. I'm sorry, my eyes can't be exposed to light or sunlight so I can't take them off. I also have a sore throat so I may not be able to talk much. Warm regards, Princess Lyn your distant cousin."

Rey received Lyn's email reply in surprise. Of course he confided again to Joy who faithfully listened.

"Uhh, he wanted to meet me, but again I would call him wearing sunglasses, like Ms. Just may. Use the hideous faces of all."

"Don't be suspicious, Cousin Lyn might be afraid of him and your secret information will be known to Evertonian intelligence. So it's natural that he's undercover too. Just meet. I'll wait for you somewhere else." suggested Joy.

"Alright if you want me to see him. But don't go all the way from me, yeah, I don't want anything with you." said Rey with a big smile.

"Wow, I can't be far from you. Later you have a crush on Cousin Lyn, you know, she must be a beautiful princess." pouted Joy.

"Cousin far away is still a brother, where could be the heck. Joy is all-in!"

The next night, Rey kept her promise. He arrived at exactly seven o'clock and mentioned the name of Princess Lyn on the waiter, which immediately led him to a graceful woman sitting alone. Princess Lyn. Her eyes were tightly hidden by sunglasses, matching the short golden bob blonde hair, almost like Joy's hairstyle. Although her short pink dress is quite sexy and her body is slim, she is definitely older than Rey.

"Sorry." the sound was a little heavy, either intentional or natural. "I brought a message from your mother. He's healthy."

"Lynn. Where is my mom now?" Rey doesn't want to talk much.

"It's not far from here. Miss you so much and feel guilty for not being able to accompany you from baby to teenager, watching your growth. All of a sudden, you're all grown up." Lyn's eyes actually start to glaze over, but Rey doesn't look like she's covered in sunglasses.

"Why did he leave me alone in the care of King Frederick's father? Do you know his real reason?" rey's voice is shriveled.

Lyn sighed. "That is beyond his will. He doesn't want to go. It is circumstances that force it. Because it's a Wild Rose that must be uprooted from the Royal Garden."

Lyn pulled out a small rose-shaped gold earring. Just one, not a pair.

"This belongs to your mother whom he entrusted past me for a memento. Who knows if God allows you to someday meet again on occasion. And these earrings will be another pair with the one he holds."

"No! I want to meet him right now! Lyn, take me to Mother! Take me where he is!" Rey was more excited even though she was so moved by the gift of one earring owned by her mother.

Princess Lyn stood up. "I'll tell him, but there's really no way you can meet right now."

He can't talk anymore. "Goodbye, Rey. Remember, your mother loves you. He didn't want to meet because he hated you. Except, for protecting you."

"Win..."

Rey was about to ask what you meant, but Lyn got out of the cafe.
