The Prince & I: The Prince & I Season 1 - 5
"You are the Most Beautiful!"

"Dad...." Rey glanced furiously at the smiling King wryly as Joy suddenly left the arena of a battle of words between the King and the very opposite Prince of Evertonia.

"Dad hurt the feelings of the woman I love, who has now become my own daughter. I married her in Evernesia because I wanted to avoid the draconian laws that did not legalize royal marriage to commoners in our own homeland. So in Joy's country, everything we do is legal and official, both in the eyes of Evertonian law and in the eyes of God. Why did we choose a remote island? Because in this world too many people want to interfere in the affairs of others. It's not just the commoners like our fans. Unfortunately, even the venerable blue-blooded people wanted to know everything that had actually entered everyone's private realm."

"Ha ha ha ha. I admit I was a fool, marrying your mother here. I lost in that, and sportily enough, you won in this. Win a lot." King Frederick insisted, "But after all, the Sunflower is the Sunflower, and it will never turn into a Rose! An ugly Duckling will forever be a Ugly Duck and can never be a Goose!"

Rey can't take it anymore. "Father, who knows Joy is ugly or not just me. Only I felt and experienced both the bad and the bad of having a partner who was both physically and not. Never pick on someone just because of appearance, because marriage is not just about repairing offspring! I chose Joy who was mediocre not because she was "Sunflower". Because his heart is more beautiful than any rose that grows in this land!"

With his words, Rey immediately withdrew from the King's presence and rushed over to the direction Joy left. Everyone watched with concern, hoping that Princess Joy would be found again.

Joy didn't go far. He sat alone by the lake and the rose garden. Sitting while gazing at the flowers and grass, looking at the white geese that were chatting on the surface of the water.

"I'm the Sunflower. Nothing in this garden, I'm not the Evertonian Rose. I am so ugly and mediocre, no matter how I try to raise my status. Why didn't I just refuse Rey? Had I not been online that day, I would never have met him."

"Rey? Uhh, i...." Joy looked up, embarrassed, and then looked down again. Her husband that day looked very dashing as well as very sweet charming. Rey in any color always fits, white-gold, red, black, she really shines. But Joy felt inferior.

"I don't deserve to be here. These roses are better suited for you. Your father's right."

Rey sat down next to Joy. "The Sunflowers complain again. Look, you're not a rose. But, take a look. Who blooms with his majesty facing the sun every morning? Who if the harvest time comes will produce many seeds, which are not only highly nutritious but can also produce many new Sunflowers? Who when so many gather, giving a unique view refreshes the eyes under the blue sky? Sunflowers are no less special. It's a big bloom shining, so sturdy and strong, even if it's not bright red." Rey lifted Joy's chin.

"Bunga Mataharikah, ugly duckling? Doesn't matter. After marrying me, you are a Goose, no longer a Duck. For only I know all about you, I see your inner self. The world doesn't need to know, just your husband knows all your bitterness and sweetness. Let's face the world together. I'm next to you, and we can face anything."

Rey's....

"You are the most beautiful. Let's get that."
