Felix's Request

The smell of coffee was clear when Felix and Chloe entered the cafe, just like yesterday. The cafe is full of customers. Many discounted discount flyers are attached to a mading, in this Cafe.

Felix closed his umbrella and placed it near the order table, a friendly smile he gave to the barista friends who greeted the young man.

He walks towards his study followed by Chloe, letting the girl in. Then they both sat in their own places.

"Let me sit here to watch you guys," Holy sat himself on the table looking at Chloe and Felix.

"Chloe, this is yours" Felix thrust Chloe's order at the owner.

"Thank you,"

The young man only gave a small nod with a faint smile then slowly started eating his share.

Ah, Chloe thought that Felix was a friendly person who must have talked a lot but turned out to be equally quiet like him. Perhaps the young man felt an awkward aura between the two of them.

Chloe Netra looked hungry at the food before her, without much ado Chloe directly picked up the available spoons and forks and ate them voraciously. "I'm serious Chloe, I don't have a brother and I just have a shitty cousin. So Chloe wants to be my foster sister? Chloe, what do you want to be my sister? Can I get you a doll, a motorbike, or Chloe a car? I can buy them all,"

Felix's words are like proposing to women, even though Felix's intentions are not that.

Felix was stunned for a while, Chloe's considerate and simple demeanor left Felix feeling touched. The Aqua Netra looked up at Chloe's black Netra, letting Chloe wipe her hair. The young man's cheeks had a thin hue receiving Chloe's gentle treatment on him.

Then Felix held onto Chloe's hand which rubbed her hair, moving Chloe's hand to the young man's left cheek. Felix closed his eyes briefly permeating the warmth from Chloe's hand.

"I promise to protect Chloe from anyone and anything that would hurt Chloe. So Chloe stay by your sister's side and never leave your sister?"

hearing that Chloe felt her heart racing, just stay by Felix's side and never leave him? Chloe wasn't sure she could promise Felix anything, because someday it would be over. Chloe will also go to her original world. Just thinking about it made Chloe's blue Netra momentarily dim.

"Yes, that's enough. Thank you Chloe, for accepting my offer," Felix smiled softly, though it was actually a bit sad that Chloe did not promise him.

"Either. Why would Felix want me to be Felix's foster sister?"

"Color I like Chloe" Felix said with a smile and an honest word. Innocently saying this to make Chloe feel like fainting.

Chloe and Felix are unaware Alice has noticed the interaction. Alice smiled gently as she propped up her chin with her hands, looking at Chloe and Felix.

"Tomorrow, you have to tell me all about Chloe, my best friend is cool too," Alice thought she was still smiling.
