Chloe Pov's

"Goodbye, Chloe. Don't meet a guy like us again,"

I faintly heard familiar voices around me, I could not see their faces because of the dazzling white light that blocked my view to see their faces more clearly.

"Yes, you must have suffered during your stay with us. We've killed a lot of people, too,"

"Who the hell is that guy?! Why try to offer a deal with my mama?!" Chloe rubbed her face so riled that before long a familiar voice denied her.

"If he doesn't offer you a deal with mom, you won't survive, son. Because the doctor said you've been in a coma for too long for almost a year. They almost thought you were dead but the screen still showed you your heartbeat,"

Mama Chloe walked in and put a tray filled with a bowl of porridge and a glass of mineral water on the nightstand. He looked at his son who was also looking back at him.

"So after I wake up, I have to stay with him? It means I'm going to be away from Mama, Dad, and my sisters" Chloe looked down sad, She clutched the bed sheets tightly.

"Yes, thank you. It was fortunate that the contents were still complete," The woman smiled in relief and took the bag from Chloe.

The girl looked back at the map on her phone before leaving in front of the woman and getting out of the bus.

The sound of footsteps and the approaching foreign voice suddenly made Chloe and the man beside her turn their heads. The figure of another man with brown eyes appeared while opening the gate of the house. The brown-blasted man stared in wonder.

"Oh, is this the lady Chloe Watson that that that person was talking about?" The sight of the brown unravelling man turned friendly, He smiled.

"Yes, my name is Chloe Watson. My mom said her home address was here" Chloe said politely.

"Right, we've been waiting for you," Netra aqua turned to look at the man beside Chloe. Still smiling. "I didn't think you guys were coming together. Ezra, you're lucky to meet him on the street,"

The man called 'Ezra' was glaring sharply. "So this is the kid you're waiting for?. Hmh! I just happened to meet him. Don't expect me to take it!"

Ezra screeched before stepping in past Chloe and the brown unraveling man. The brown unraveling man only let out a tired breath.

Chloe's brows frowned at Ezra's back. "Why the hell is he? Just met in a fight. Turns out his handsome face doesn't match his attitude,"

The brown unraveling man then looked at Chloe again smiling. "I'm sorry for his behavior, he's kind of rude, indeed,"

Chloe could only smile, she did not agree because she was still upset by the behavior of the man called Ezra earlier.

"Btw, my name is Felix Edricson. Hope you can adapt here quickly. Chloe Watson," Felix gave a gentle smile that reminded Chloe of something, Something she forgot.

Chloe simply nodded, Somehow a feeling of pleasure filled her heart. His heart was racing as if he could not wait to meet something. He hoped that after living in this dormitory, he could go through various trials calmly. And of course a happy life.
