18. Adisti's Arrival

Two days have passed, today the seven-monthly event Bryan's wife will be held at the man's parents' house. Everything was arranged by Mama Lusi. Everyone was amazed at the grandeur of this event. Though this is just a Thanksgiving event that should be more solemn to pray for the mother and her future baby, but this looks like a party.

There are some people who like it, but there are also those who sneer because they should not do an event like this for thanksgiving. However, the neighbors also could not interfere too much in their affairs. Sahna was so happy to see the event made by her in-laws because it was exactly what she had wanted all along.

All guests are enjoying the event. Until suddenly the atmosphere was silent because the arrival of a woman followed by her assistant and also one of her employees, making everyone who was there speechless. Who else if not Adisti. He accidentally came along with Nadia and Reno, one of his employees at the boutique, who worked as a freight forwarder.

The whole family was no less surprised, especially Bryan himself. They did not expect that the woman would come at an event like this. No one had told me at all before. There might have been someone who had deliberately told the woman secretly.

"Sa–sayang, are you here? When did you arrive? What are you doing here?" bryan asked nervously.

I'll also take what should be mine and one more, I've packed up your things at home, Bang. I've also sent her here, it's outside as well as your wife's belongings in the house in the complex area. "I'm Bryan, sir. What's up, huh?" bryan approached the man.

"I just wanted to deliver this letter to you. Yesterday I drove you to your house, but your wife said that you're not staying there anymore and gave me the address that's here."

Bryan stared at Adisti sharply, surely what the man meant was the wife, but it seemed that the woman was reluctant to interfere and pretended not to know. Is it possible that Adisti knew the contents of the envelope, the attitude of the wife is indeed unpredictable, it is frightening.
