The Rahim the Pay

The Rahim the Pay
An Offer

A man walked into his house in a hurry. He met a woman who had just come out of the room.

"Zico, where are you going?" ask the woman.

The man she called by the name of Zico turned his head and walked over to her.

"I thought you were in the kitchen, honey. I'd like to ask permission for a moment. I have to go for three days. There's important business" said Zico.

The woman nodded. "Go for three days? Why suddenly?" exclaim the woman, call her name Aylin.

Zico held Aylin's right hand, and cupped her left cheek.

"Sorry, sweetheart. I know this must be hard on you. I honestly don't want to leave you either. But I can't leave my job either. I hope you can understand." Zico looked at his wife with a look of hope Aylin was able to understand her.

"But you have to promise, if your work is done, go home quickly. I don't want to be alone, honey."

"Yes, definitely. I will definitely be home once my work is done. I'm leaving, yeah." Zico gave a brief peck on Aylin's forehead before he finally left.

Aylin looked at the back of her husband's departure. The man often went out on work.

Instantly he lowered his head and stroked his flat stomach.

"If only I could give a child to Zico, he would definitely be at home more often than not. But unfortunately, it's been almost three years of marriage, and forever we can't have children. My uterus has a problem that makes me unable to get pregnant. May Zico remain faithful and continue to accept my shortcomings."

Aylin looked back towards the departure of her husband. He hopes Zico leaves really for work, not for anything else.

The car currently driven by Zico goes into a village. He stopped his car in the yard of the house at the end, a house that was quite far from the house of other residents.

Zico got out of the car and opened the sunglasses he was currently wearing. His eyes combed the yard of the house to find the figure he wanted to meet.

The sound of the door being opened by someone. Both of Zico's eyes were fixed on the door of the house in front of him. A woman in clothes far from glamour appeared from behind the door.

Zico walked a few steps and stopped right in front of the woman.

"It turns out you came too" said the woman.

"Then, please come in!" The woman shows her hand allowing Zico to enter.

Zico followed the woman's steps and sat down on a chair made of rattan.

"What do you want to make you drink?" haggle with the lady.

"Anything" replied Zico.

The woman covered her way to the kitchen and returned with a glass of water on the tray. He put it on the table in front of his guests.

"Sorry, just plain water."

"Yes, it's okay" Zico replied.

The woman sits in a long chair, while Zico is in a single seat. There was the sound of a middle-aged woman coughing and it sounded so severe.

"That's ..." Zico pointed towards the source of the sound.

The woman nodded. Call it Naima. His face turned sad.

"My mom has a pretty bad disease, she needs a doctor's help. But unfortunately, I was unable to take him to the hospital. I don't have enough money for that. Therefore, I can do anything as long as my mother can be cured," explained Naima.

"You sure you want to do anything?" tanya Zico made sure and got a nod from Naima.

"But it's pretty heavy. It also concerns your self-worth and survival."

Naima was silent for a moment, trying to digest Zico's words.

"What am I supposed to do?"

Zico sounded a heavy sigh. He looked at the woman in front of him doubtfully. Did Naima agree with the offer she was going to give?
