Aylin's suspicion

After her mother's departure, Naima asks for time to be alone. He needs space to recover his feelings.

Zico knows how Naima feels. The woman also asked to stay in her home temporarily to let go of her longing for her mother. A house full of memories. But Zico warned Naima not to stay there too long. There are neighbors there who are aware of her pregnancy.

While Naima lives there and asks for a space for herself first, Zico returns to the house she shared with Aylin. The woman was happy, had one week her husband was full at home in addition to the office. Usually within a week there are affairs that require the man to stay overnight. No matter what, he doesn't know.

Aylin approached her husband who was sitting on the sofa in the living room. The television was on, but not at all on view. She felt that there was something her husband was thinking about, and it looked very heavy.

"Honey .." call Aylin while sitting on the empty side next to her husband.

Zico is stunned to find Aylin's sudden arrival.

"Hm, yes. What's up?"

Aylin frowned. "I didn't surprise you, but why did you respond like a surprised person once I called."

Zico looked a little nervous. He tried to neutralize his nervousness so that Aylin was not suspicious.

"What's the matter until lately I've seen you daydream?" ask Aylin again, not usually Zico like this.

"Obviously, just an office, baby," Zico replied lying.

"But you don't look like you used to. What is the problem that made you come to this? Aren't you staying for work almost every day? Until your time is up for it."

"Aylin, why are you talking like that?"

"Because I feel like you don't have time for me lately. Where did you actually go? What's for?" exclaimed the woman trying to express what she had been damning.

Zico was speechless at Aylin's heart. He looked at the woman with a deep and guilty look. As long as she decides to stay by Naima's side because of her pregnancy, she rarely has time for Aylin. Aylin had been silent for a long time and did not ask much, but now Aylin was getting suspicious. Maybe he should be careful again.

Zico grabbed Aylin's hand and held it tightly. Their eyes meet.

"Darling, I'm sorry. Lately I have always been busy with work. I'm asking for your understanding, honey. I hope you can understand. And I promise I'll try to make time for you. And one more thing, you have to trust me. Okay?!"

Aylin was silent, he didn't know what else to do. The only way Zico doesn't put his job first is to bring a child home. That way, Zico will definitely spend a lot of time for the family.

"May I have a request?" aylin asked after a moment of silence.

"I want us to adopt a child from an orphanage."

Zico was surprised by Aylin's request. Aylin had asked for it before, but this time of course his reaction was different, because soon he would have children from his own flesh and blood. He must be able to resist Aylin's wishes until the time his son is born.

"Darling"

"I know you're going to reject my request, right?" crop Aylin. "You've always said we don't have to adopt children and still expect us to have children. And it's clear you know what the reality is. The only way we have to adopt a child is because whenever we'll never have one."

"Aylin listen to me first." Zico cupped the two cheeks of the woman. "I get it, I get it and I've never disputed your flaws. But we also have to see what the situation is like. Now I'm busy with work. I haven't had time for that."

"When then? When, Zico? You know as long as you're not home I feel lonely? The house feels empty and quiet. I want a child so I have friends."

"Wait for more months."

Zico's words just now made Aylin instantly speechless. He looked at Zico's face with a full gaze.

"Six months? Why should I wait for him that long? Why?"

Zico took a deep breath. It takes care to explain all of that. Just a little wrong, then Aylin will be suspicious of him.

"The company will be stable for another six months. And I hope you understand and trust me. That'sthat's all. After that, I will have plenty of time for you. And we're going to do a child adoption. How's it?"

Honestly here Aylin still does not really believe in the words of Zico. But the man tried to convince her.

"Are you serious about what you say?"

Zico nodded. "Of course."

Zico's answer should have convinced him, but somehow he still felt doubt.

"Alright, then I'll wait for another six months. Once the company is stable, don't delay the adoption time."

"Yes, I promise." said Zico seriously.
