After exiting the shopping center, Zico invites Naima to lunch first at a nearby restaurant. Then they went home and Zico decided to spend the night in the house he bought for Naima.
"Aylin is okay?" naima asked after they got home in the dining chair, while Naima herself arranged the ingredients in the refrigerator.
"I've permission."
"Work reasons?"
"Yes, what else is there."
Naima stopped her activities for a moment.
"Aylin wouldn't have suspected it if you had reasoned so often?"
"Aylin always believed in me."
"really?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Even if you lie to her?"
Zico silently heard the words Naima had spoken to him. And Naima didn't realize that she said that.
"Sorry, sorry. I didn't mean to-"
"It's okay. You don't have to apologize, you didn't make any mistakes" Zico said.
"But-"
"Before I knew you, I had never lied to Aylin like this. Even a little lie I never did" Zico said.
This made Naima feel guilty.
"Do I have a bad influence on you?"
Zico. "No. Not at all. It is precisely I who drag you into the bad." he said.
"No, it's just a deal" Naima said.
For a while their pair of eyes met each other, until Naima realized if she had to finish her activity arranging the ingredients that had been purchased at the Supermarket.
The next five minutes, Naima and Zico were already in the room. After arranging the cooking ingredients and changing clothes, Naima laid her body on the bed on the empty side of Zico. The man filled the bed first.
Naima put a roll in the middle between them as a barrier. This made Zico feel astonished.
"I'm just trying to keep my distance" Naima replied honestly.
Zico then got up and sat on the back of the bed. He looked at Naima's face until she looked awkward.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" naima exclaimed while avoiding Zico's gaze.
"Did I hear it wrong? You're keeping your distance from me?" repeat Zico and get a nod from Naima.
"Yes. Wh why? Didn't I tell you before that I didn't want one side to be hurt by this relationship." Naima tried to remind Zico.
"But you hugged me in public. To be the center of attention of many."
Naima rolled her eyes trying to remember what Zico had just said.
"That's because I'm in a state of fear and panic. Please don't get carried away because of that."
"Huh?" Zico almost laughed at Naima's final words. "I'm carried away?"
Naima nodded.
I want Zico to say that he only loves Aylin. No one was able to replace the figure of Aylin in his heart. However, she was soon aware that Naima was pregnant with her child. Such a sentence would only hurt Naima even if the woman had no feelings for her. After all, he does not want to make Naima to stress and think of something that makes her pregnancy disturbed.
"Don't talk about that again. It's better now that you're asleep, get enough rest. It's not good for pregnant women."
Naima nodded obediently. "Yes." Yeah."
Without changing her supine sleeping position, Naima closed her eyes. Until the woman finally fell asleep.
Zico looked at Naima's face for a while before her attention was seized by the notification of the incoming message into her phone.
As soon as he reached the phone he put on the nightstand, on the lock screen displayed his wife's name there. He immediately opened the chat that had just been sent by Aylin.
My Aylin:
Good night, honey. Didn't you miss your dinner? If you're not busy, please call me, yes.
The two corners of Zico's lips lifted helped a small smile. He looked towards Naima and it seemed like he was already slumbering. Slowly he got out of bed, intending to move into the living room for a while to contact his beloved wife.
Once the door is back closed. Naima's eyes slowly opened. He stared at the door and Zico went. Actually, he didn't really sleep.
