Chapter 21 I don't need anyone's help.

The next day all of the Crescent Academic disciples along with the teachers finally left the Imperial Academic and returned to their academics, the families of the disciples were forced to let their children go.

After that day all went well, Elena started the training just as usual as well as the others. After that time passed quickly until it did not feel like 4 years had passed.

The disciple release ceremony was very lively, Carlos came specifically to pick up Elena. He came with Qinthia and Aaron.

A year ago when Qinthia finished training, Aaron also resigned as a teacher in academia. He wanted to be at work with Qinthia.

"Was the engagement ceremony going well?" elena asked Aaron and Qinthia.

"No. It was so bad, I almost canceled my intention to get engaged back then. Lucky mom came on time," replied Qinthia recalling the bad day.

"Is seducing your own fiance a sin?" asked Aaron who managed to get a pinch from Qinthia making Aaron grimace in pain, "That's sick. Uh! I just remembered. I'm sorry that she's going to be late, and Elena can't ask permission because she has to prepare for the test to go up."

"No problem, I understand. My brother and father are here. That's enough for me" Qinthia replied smiling at Aaron.

The event was started with a dance party for an hour after that the main event was just started, the pronunciation of faithful promises until the wedding day and exchange rings.

But before the exchange of rings in Malvia came to make a commotion, he immediately advanced forward and took Aaron's hand.

"What are you doing?" qinthia asked Malvia.

"I should have asked that. Just because you're a high-class noble doesn't mean you can snatch my future fiancee. You should be ashamed that the one who had to stand next to Aaron was me" Malvia replied, giving Qinthia a jolt.

"Stay away from you." Aaron pushed Malvia until the woman fell to the floor, "Are you out of your mind? I didn't know you from the beginning. But you always approach me like a shadow, what's your problem with me?"

Do you remember the reason you went into academia as a teacher? that's because the Marchioness Abraham wants us to be close, actually our mother has already planned our engagement. But, that seductress woman." Malvia pointed to Qinthia, "He has ruined everything. He's trying to tease you."

Qinthia was suddenly dizzy, she almost fell down if only her mother did not question her.

"Is that true, Marquess Abraham?" ask Lydia to Austin. But Austin was silent, for he himself knew nothing.

"You Abrahamic family have gone too far. I allowed my daughter to start this relationship with Aaron, because I knew Abraham's family had a good reputation. It turned out that it was all just a cover, the fact is that you guys were so low that you dared to insult my daughter" Lydia snapped.

"It's not Aaron's family's fault, it's all your daughter's fault that teaser. Liliana walked in and then she approached Malvia and slapped her face, Malvia immediately fell down while holding her cheek.

"Your mother has been held in an imperial prison on charges of fraud against the Abrahamic family, and you will be detained for defaming our family. The evidence is in court" Liliana said. Not long after the court knights entered, they tied Malvia's hands and dragged him out of the hall of Arsena's residence.

Afterwards Liliana pulls Aaron face to face with Qinthia and Lydia. Liliana held Aaron's head and both bowed, saying, "We're sorry."

Seeing that Austin and Carlos were also bowing from their place, they had made a fuss so they were not ashamed if they had to bow because of that.

Qinthia took off her embrace from Lydia. He approached Liliana and even led Liliana to stand up straight, "Stop this, mother. It's not your fault so don't embarrass me by apologizing. I don't know if Malvia's mother committed fraud to Malvia either."

"Thia's right. You guys are not wrong, I'm sorry for insulting you too. I don't know what happened until I got out of control. I'm sorry." Lydia bowed for a few moments then she stood back up.

"Can this show continue?" ask Qinthia to all the guests. They all nodded, and finally the show was back at the start until the end of the event no longer a hindrance.

Hearing that story Elena laughed out loud, she did not expect her brother to be cornered because a woman was insane. Aaron shut Elena's mouth because he couldn't hold back his embarrassment.

"Miss Elena," called Louis to make Elena stop laughing and looked at him, "Can we talk?"

Elena looked at her two brothers for approval, Carlos and Aaron nodding to let Elena approach Louis.

"What's wrong?" ask Elena to Louis.

"Even to the end you don't see me and always shy away from me. Can't you let me stand next to you? Duchess Ransom will not be silent once you arrive in the capital, she and her son have many ways to tie you up again. Is it until then that you still don't want to use me?"

"I don't know what makes you want to be so close to me. But I don't need anyone's help, I can handle my own problems. After all I don't want to have a passing relationship from a friend with anyone, let alone that of a crown prince. So don't come near me anymore, we don't have any relationship" Elena said.

Elena then returned to the others and they went together towards Abraham's family horse carriage, Louis could only stare at Elena's back until it disappeared from his sight.
