Chapter 37 Mission on a high cliff.

Louis placed all his hunts in front of the guild, the guild leader until made a head bob because he hunted 10 Orcs in one day. Orcs were B rank monsters until they had to pay 200 gold coins for him.

"You're really great, the meat cutters can be overwhelmed if they have to separate the skin, flesh, and bones of a B rank Orc that much" the guild leader lamented.

"I was just lucky to see them gathered" Louis replied.

"Come, let's have some tea in my office," the guild leader invited, Louis nodded.

Within just a week Louis was close to the townspeople, even establishing relationships with all the guild members including the owner.

Arriving at the guild master's den, Louis immediately sat down while waiting for the guild master to make tea.

"What's that?" louis asked pointing at a colored ball inside the glass jar.

"Aah!" the guild master smiled at the glass jar, gave Louis a cup of tea and sat down together.

"It was the essence of a monster that had high awareness. Not many adventurers could hunt such a monster. But there were some lucky ones who got it," replied the guild chairman issuing a photo album, "I took a picture with them as they held the quarry."

"Then why is there no selling of valuables?" 

"Hahahaha, can't. It's the memories of the freaks, they're always in my heart. Look at those weird pictures." The guild master showed the photos one by one.

"Wait!" Louis held the guild master's hand as he saw a photo of Elena holding a horned bear with a woman and a small child on her shoulder.

"They are strange girls. I wonder how they can hunt while carrying their little brother, let alone they want to go to the western empire. It's been almost 2 months since they left to continue their journey" the guild's chairman recalled a funny memory.

Louis immediately stood up from his place then he dashed out of the guild master's study, as the guild master chased after him he had gone off riding a horse.

"Why does he look so rushed?" the inner guild leader.

Louis was beheading the horse at high speed leaving the city towards another city that became the road to the imperial border, he wanted to get as fast as possible to where Elena was.

"Can!" Liana cheered happily after getting the flower they were looking for, they got a C rank mission to pluck the bell flower.

"Let's go home" Liana asked Elena and Leon who were lying on the ground tired.

"What's right, we just hit a high cliff and you said let's go home. We need a break" Elena refused to be taken in by Leon.

Elena deliberately kept herself busy so as not to mind the news in the newspaper. But in the end he invited, he was also exhausted. In contrast to Liana who had refused to join and now even she who enjoyed her mission.

"Come home?" an unfamiliar voice echoed at the top of the cliff, as soon as Elena instantly woke up and monitored the surrounding state.

"Who are you? show yourself!" challenge Elena.

Slowly the mist began to envelop the cliff, and from within the mist came Hydra. A 5-headed snake that was extremely frightening, he was famous not only because his defense was strong. But also because it reached 10 meters in height, somehow an S rank monster seemed to be able to appear here.

"The flower is mine. It's not an ordinary bell flower, so if you want to go home then leave the flower. Hurry up or you'll die here" Hydra threatened to scare Liana.

"No. It was not a flower belonging to anyone, before it was just a wildflower and we plucked it then now it is ours. You don't expect to have that flower" Elena replied.

"You are a presumptuous human being, so don't blame me for being rude." The hydra attacked Elena, Elena managed to dodge. But, Liana along with Leon were pushed to the point of falling off a cliff.

"Call Slyph." Elena calls Slyph, Slyph immediately appears and captures Liana with Leon.

"Don't think of me, hurry!" Elena's orders.

"Don't take your eyes off me." The hydra was back to attack Elena from the side with her tail, Elena was nimble enough to dodge again.

"Miss, I can't. You go with us, he's no match for you. Come on!" get Slyph to get Hydra diverted to them.

"Nobody can get out of here." One of the Hydra heads approached Slyph, he opened his mouth to devour the Slyph.

"Don't touch them." Elena attacked that head with a blade of wind.

The attack only surprised him. However it had no impact at all, he even directly hit Elena with his tail.

Elena fell to the ground. But he instantly got up again as the 4 heads of Hydra did not stop attacking, Elena alone could only dodge.

"Go!" Elena used absolute orders on Slyph, Slyph's body moved itself to go from the cliff area to the city center.

"Call Salamander, Undine, Gnome, and Holy Knights." Elena called them all and fought together.

Even though their current level is still much different. But their attacks began to have an impact, unfortunately the power in Elena was getting thin until the spirits were forced to leave the human world.

"I'm sorry, miss." They were all teary-eyed to see Elena suffering alone.

"It works well, everything." Elena smiled at them until they completely disappeared.

"Haha. A weak human like you should have realized from the start, your strength is nothing compared to mine. I will kill you and use your blood to water the plants on this cliff" Hydra said, drawing closer to her victory.

"Ugh's sick." Elena held onto her chest which was starting to hurt.

Slowly the dark forces within Elena's body started to come out, Elena's eyes turning red. It was not just that Elena's attitude changed completely like being someone else.

"You're no match for me you say? it's true, you're just a little snake under me. Look at this." Elena made a summoning spell circle.

"Call Casey," said Elena made the clouds instantly red with thunderous lightning.

Casey makes food for Yoluta with his face in a very ugly bend, he does not like this trip because for him to go and there is no purpose at all.

"If you cook with that face then you can make the cooking taste so bad, do you want me to get angry and hit you until your face is really ugly" Yoluta threatened, saying, Casey could only sigh.

"The food is all ready." Casey put all his cooking on the dining table one by one.

"Everything is fragrant, it must be delicious" praised Yoluta who was impatient to eat.

"Let's sit down" Yoluta asked Casey.

Just as Casey was about to sit down a ring of summoning magic appeared near them, Casey was surprised because it was a circle to call her. Yoluta who had experienced that knew very well that now Elena was in danger, Casey did not want to enter. However, a chain from inside the circle pulls Casey in and disappears.
