CHAPTER 28
Darren and Malvin are still standing staring at each other in Shani's room. And a few seconds after his success, Darren turned his back on Malvin. He walked up to Shani who was lying on the right side of the bed.
“Gue will take care of all this. So now you can go. I will take care of Shani,” Darren told Malvin.
Malvin reluctantly replies, and then he leaves the room leaving Darren holding Shani's hand.
The room also turned quiet. Darren looked at Shani's face with a troubled feeling. The man was confused as to what to do.
Darren can't choose between Shani and Zaila, as both of them need him at the moment. But to be honest, Darren actually only wants Shani. But he also could not just throw Zaila away. Then, did Darren have to have 2 wives due to this matter? And what 2 women are willing to be combined?
And then, Shani's consciousness returned. Darren was relieved because Shani was seen opening her eyes slowly. “Darren?” call Shani sounding soft, then Darren hugged her.
“Sorry to me, Shani. I'm sorry. I promise you'll take responsibility for our baby. I will take care of you and always be there for you,” exclaimed Darren making Shani look confused.
“Darren, i-”
“I know everything. I know you're pregnant. I know I've hired you.” Darren interrupted as he continued to tightly hug the woman.
Shani's tears are dripping. He was silent in Darren's arms. Her heart that was cold from yearning for the warmth of the man, it felt now cured already.

Zaila called her husband's number many times. However, not 1 of his calls were answered. Zaila was anxious, and she could not sleep.
It's been 11 pm more, Darren who awaited his wife at home did not also come home. Fiona who had just left the room was about to head to the kitchen for a drink, suddenly found her ex sitting on the sofa of the family room. Zaila's face looked agitated as her hands fiddled with the phone.
“Zai, what else is it?” ask Fiona to approach her son's wife.
“Mama?”
“Kok not sleeping? Darren's in the room, right?”
“Mas Darren hasn't come home yet, Ma. I tried the phone not to pick up. And now the HP is not active,” Zaila told Fiona.
Fiona glanced, then quickly smiled at Zaila. “It's late at night, you have to rest. You're pregnant, you know. Let Mama and Papa try to contact Darren.” Fiona rubbed her mantle's back. “Sana go to your room,” tell her gently.
“Iya, Ma.” Zaila answered, ending with a smile.
Zaila walked away from the sofa and her mother-in-law. Fiona sighed furiously after Zaila's departure. He abandoned his intention to go for a drink and returned to his room.
Fiona begins to wake Wirawan who is fast asleep. “Pa, wake. Papaaa...,” call her wagging her husband's arm.
“What the hell, Ma?” asked Wirawan indifferently still closed his eyes.
“Darren hasn't come home yet. Zaila can't sleep, though. Where the hell is that kid?”
“Hah?” Wirawan who did not 100% hear his wife's babble just put on a confused face.
“Papaaaaa..,” grunts Fiona annoyed.
Wirawan began to wake up from his sleep. He blinked occasionally rubbing his eyes. “Darren why else?” tanyakanya.
Wirawan. “Udah stop nagging. Let me find him.”
And as usual Wirawan rushed to order his men to detect where Darren is now.

And on the other hand before that happened, Darren was still at Shani's house, right in the woman's room. Darren gently rubs Shani's stomach and kisses her occasionally. Shani just silently leaned against the wall she gave a pillow on her back while looking at Darren.
Shani doesn't mean to be brash or even try to take a chance in narrowness. Although the man already has a wife, Darren also has rights over the baby in his stomach. Darren's treatment was Shani regarded as a form of affection from a father to his son, who happened to be the child he still carries in his stomach.
Darren who was also sitting on the bed started smiling looking into Shani's eyes. He rubbed the woman's cheek gently. “You don't get tired, yeah. I promise I will take care of our baby,” she said back rubbing Shani's stomach.
“I'm not demanding your responsibility. It's late, you have to go home. Zaila sure-”
“Zaila must be waiting for me,” between Darren cutting off Shani's words. “I know. But tonight, I want to nemenin you.” Darren turned to look at Shani's stomach which he still held. “I want to take care of you as our baby made tonight.”
“Darren,” call Shani once again with her weak voice impressed pleading.
“Alleta? I don't want you to keep fighting with me. So please, let me sleep here for tonight.”
“But your papa will nyariin you. Do you know he has access? If he knows you're here, not only you're out, but me too.”
Darren was silent for a moment trying to think of something. “Then I'll be so cute Papa.”
“Darren, come on.”
“Shuttt Darren cupped Shani's face telling her to shut up. “This once in a while, I beg you.”

“Mobil Pak Darren is in the apartment parking lot. The apartment room is also locked tightly, it looks like Mr. Darren has slept inside.”
Wirawan looked angry after hearing the confession of his men. What does his son do in the apartment while at home there is his wife who is pregnant? Wirawan really does not understand the mind Darren.
“Have you tried banging on the door?” wirawan asked his men.
“Already, Sir. Even many times, but still no answer.”
Wirawan clicked, then drove his men to leave. It's already midnight almost in the morning, and it'll be free if it forces Darren to come home. Maybe tomorrow when Darren returns home, Wirawan will nag his son.
Thankfully, Darren's plan went well. Recently Darren also has an accomplice without the knowledge of his parents. By utilizing that, easily Darren can fool his papa.
Darren tells his men to take his black sedan away from Shani's yard. He ordered that the luxury car be parked in the parking lot of his apartment. That way Wirawan will think that he is staying in the apartment. After all, Darren's apartment key pins were changed a long time ago when he began to know if his papa knew the password and often tapped into his space. It's not a bad idea.
And tonight with a happy feeling Darren can sleep with Shani. Although the woman actually refused, but she eventually collapsed as well. Shani had fallen asleep very fast, and Darren could not stop looking at her face while rubbing her stomach.
