The Story of the Young CEO

The Story of the Young CEO
CHAPTER 34 TWO SURPRISING LETTERS

Ms. Retno was getting hit by the words of her third son. Sadness increasingly whack his feelings when considering that his son grew up not raised by him.

Regret further thickens his heart where he remembers back when he used to be like ignoring the third child.

Since the age of 5 years Raihan has shown principles of life and character that is different from his father. That's why his father started to ignore him.

"You don't say that, my son," said Ms. Retno amid her grief. "You also remain a mother's child, a mother's biological child, even though you weren't a big mother."

As much as Raihan's heart aches over the treatment of his mother who quite incised wounds in his heart in his childhood, he did not dare to be rude to the woman.

In addition to the act is a truly ungodly iniquity, on the other hand she pityes the woman who is also restrained under the influence of Pak Baskoro, her husband.

"I'm sorry, Mom, I can't linger here for long" said Raihan in a calm tone that seemed awkward with his own mother. "I only have a minute's business with Mr. Baskoro."

Talking is like talking to someone else, not like a child talking to their mother. The same is true when he talks to Mr. Baskoro, the father.

"Here is your home too, my son," said Ms. Retno as if she were crying again, "you must not say that.... You are free to live in this house whenever you want. Please don't leave mom again, Rai...!"

"Mama, don't say anything!" said Pak Baskoro reprimanding sharply despite the tone of voice that is not loud. "The child has no place in this house anymore. So, you don't expect him to stay here again!"

Mom Retno quickly turned to face her husband. Then with a clear face he said full of compassion.

"Our son, Pa. Don't hate him so much. Raihan still has rights in this house. Because this is his home too...."

"Udah, Ma," Fauzan who this time spoke up, "no longer do mama hopein the ungodly child lives with mama. He lives in this house, Ma. That means he's no longer part of this house."

His tone was indeed not snapping or getting angry. Although pronounced with calm but his tone full of painful humiliation.

"What your son said is true, Ma," said Mr. Baskoro in support of Fauzan's remarks, "the boy is no longer part of this house, no longer part of our family. Because he left this house and his family. Why is Mama still maintaining that she's here again?"

"Papa can't say that to Raihan!" refute Bu Retno rather high tone of voice. "He's still part of this family!"

Seeing her mother speaking in such a rather high tone, Shafira started to worry. She was afraid her mother's heart disease would recur. That's why he immediately persuaded Miss Retno to calm down.

"Ma.., don't discuss this issue. We'll talk about it next time. Let Rai talk to papa first. Remember, Ma! If you are provoked by emotions like this, then your disease can recur again."

"But your papa has gone too far, Fira," said Ms. Retno in a slightly raised tone. "Mom can't be quiet anymore when it's like this."

"Mom Retno...."

Ms. Retno immediately turned to face Raihan. Then looking at the third son was fixed.

Only then did he realize that his son had just turned out to be like he thought of someone else. Although Raihan seemed to respect him, but the young man's attitude was like dealing with others.

Just now Bu Retno heard the young man calling her. But his tone and demeanor was like calling someone else respected. Even by calling his name everything.

"You should be more concerned about your health" Raihan said, "rather than arguing about me with your husband."

"I didn't come here because I wanted to demand anything or take anything" he continued. "I came here just to talk to your husband for a while."

"Rai...., what... You don't think I'm your mother anymore?" asked Bu Retno could not help her curiosity over Raihan's attitude. And for that reason he became even more sad.

"Please, Mom! I'm asking for your understanding!" said Raihan pleading as he cupped both of his palms in front of his face and slightly lowered his head.

"Ma, don't talk about Rai's attitude to mama!" said Shafira trying to persuade Miss Retno. "We'll talk later. Let Rai talk to papa first."

"What are you talking about?" ask Miss Retno.

"On the company you gave to Rai" said Shafira frankly.

"Huh! The poor company was again in question," Fauzan snorted cynically. "That company's gonna be given to you, son of a bitch? Why do you have to beg for nothing?"

Raihan was silent to hear Fauzan's words containing the insults, not to criticize him. While Mr. Baskoro seemed to be about to respond to Shafira's words just now. But he just hold it because he sees the condition of his wife who is less fit at this time.

Ms. Retno immediately turned back to face Mr. Baskoro. Then step towards him. His attitude did not pierce Fauzan's grunts at all.

"Is the company already in Raihan's name or is it still papa's name?" asked Bu Retno directly as soon as he arrived in front of Pak Baskoro.

"Now you go inside first," said Mr. Baskoro as if he ignored Ms. Retno's words, "let me and Fauzan talk to the boy first."

"Alright," said Ms. Retno as if she relented. "But I hope papa doesn't burden Raihan on this matter."

Then he turned to look at Raihan for a moment who was still looking at him. Then he stepped towards the central space followed by Shafira and Marsha who walked flanking on his left right side.

While Jovanka and Berly, his daughter has been inside since. That's because it was told by Fauzan.

"What else do you want to argue about that poor company, son of a bitch?" asked Mr. Baskoro in a cynical tone full of trivialization. "I gave it to you. What else are you asking for?"

"You haven't made 2 statements that I asked for, Mr. Baskoro," said Raihan in a calm tone to be calm and relaxed.

"The company will soon fall" said Mr. Baskoro cynically. "It seems I don't have to bother anymore to make a statement all over."

"Are you afraid that one day my company will succeed, and you can't take it anymore?" raihan said provoked Pak Baskoro's reaction.

"Are you afraid my company will compete with the parent company?" continued Raihan.

"Haha...! Your delusion is too high, Young Man," said Mr. Baskoro responding with disdain. "The company will not succeed."

"Also the company is a poor company," said Fauzan as continued the words of Mr. Baskoro while smiling cynically. "Where can you compete with the parent company? You don't dream!"

Raihan only smiled hearing the response from the father and son. Then he turned to Bayu who was sitting not far from him while gesturing for eyes.

While Bayu, who had only been silent since, saw the eye gesture from Raihan, immediately pulled out 2 envelopes from behind his inner suit.

Then he stood steadily stepping closer towards Pak Baskoro. Then put the 2 envelopes on the side of the table in front of Mr. Baskoro and Fauzan. After that Bayu returned to his seat.

In delivering the 2 envelopes, Bayu did not do anything strange that invites suspicion, nor said a word. His attitude seems ordinary but still polite.

While Mr. Baskoro and Fauzan looked cynically full of arrogance to Bayu and his actions. Then they both looked at the 2 envelopes that were now lying quietly on the side of the table in front of them.

Shortly thereafter, Fauzan took the two envelopes after being told by Mr. Baskoro. But as soon as Fauzan was about to give it to his papa, the old man told him to open the two envelopes and told him to read.

Please note that outside the two envelopes there is no writing anything other than 'Amplop 1' on one envelope, and 'Amplop 2' on the other envelope.

Then without much consideration Fauzan opened the two envelopes.

The first to open is Envelope 1, in order. Then take a letter from it.

And not long ago he read the contents of the letter, he was immediately surprised instead of playing. It was as if he was seeing such a terrifying ghost.

In order to see the great reaction shown by Fauzan after reading the letter in Envelope 1, Mr. Baskoro became curious.

"What's the letter, Zan?" ask Mr. Baskoro quickly.

"Letter of handover statement of ownership of PT. Buana Persada to Raihan, Pa," said Fauzan who was still surprised.

Sontak Pak Baskoro was also surprised to hear the words of his first son. He asked for the letter to read for himself. And not long ago reading the contents, the old man was even more shocked.

Just imagine in the affidavit his name is listed following his signature. Where does not make him surprised is not playing then.

He never made the affidavit, let alone put his signature on it. But in his hand right now was the affidavit, as if he were the one making it.

Really the old man did not think that Raihan could make this fake letter that was exactly like the real thing. He had underestimated his son before.

And more complete the surprise of him and Fauzan about the contents of the letter in Envelope 2 which also turned out to be a statement of termination of PT. MITRA Baskoro Company with PT. Persada Buana.

Both letters are clearly fake. But it could actually be genuine in the eyes of the law because on both statements the signature of Mr. Baskoro was written.

Before long Mr. Baskoro stared sharply full of anger at Raihan while shredding the two statements at once violently.

"You can just rip the two copies off" said Raihan, smiling at his father's actions. "But the original is on me."

"The two affidavits that you have are false" said Mr. Baskoro growling furiously, "because I never made them!"

"Originally or not both statements," said Raihan remained relaxed, "which is obviously already on me. And it's legal in the eyes of the law, Mr. Baskoro. Remember that!"

"Don't try to play around with us, son of a bitch!" fauzan said it was already angry. "You can't fight us!"

"Haha...! Just a little jolt from me you guys have been so tight," said Raihan with a soft laugh. "What if I could do more than that?"

Both Mr. Baskoro and Fauzan immediately fell silent to Raihan's words. While their shock still shut them down.

"I remind you once again, Mr. Baskoro," Raihan said as if threateningly, "don't try to underestimate me!"

"I think this short meeting just got here," Raihan said as he stood up. "If you want to meet me, please come to my office."

Then Raihan stepped away from this room followed by Bayu. They left the two fathers and sons with no regard for their still-silent state.

Yes, they are still silent because they did not expect Raihan to make both statements like real.
