The Story of the Young CEO

The Story of the Young CEO
CHAPTER 46 DIALOGUE WITH ENTREPRENEURS. 2

"In the past, Young Master was dating your daughter for liking," the one who spoke was Bayu. "They love each other as long as you know! Not because the Young Master forced or seduced, or for example.... They've been dating since Melinda was in high school."

"I don't want to hear your pointless babble" said Mr. Darmawan snorting cynically. "I want you to show us the evidence that we caused our daughter's death as you've been charged."

"You don't make up talk!" bu Yunita's snort was furious in response to Bayu's words. "Melinda never loved your Young Master. It's because she seduced my daughter, maybe even saved her."

"You have brought the man up between their relationships," Bayu continued, pointing at Miko as if he did not pry into the words of the parents, "making their relationship a mess...."

"Until finally their relationship broke up, precisely Melinda who asked to break up," continued Bayu. "Do you know the real reason why Melinda asked to break up with Young Master?"

There was no meaningful reaction from Miko when she heard Bayu linking himself just now in the matter of Melinda's death. He just snorted cynically, not commenting anything.

"That's because Melinda already realized that actually she does not match Raihan," Bu Yunita's sergeant increasingly angry.

"Your daughter can no longer bear to hear you continue to insult Young Master, blocking their relationship," Bayu said as if answering his own question, without poking Bu Yunita's words, "more concerned with matchmaking. Melinda finally gave up and asked to break up."

Meanwhile, Mr. Mahendra remained silent. It was as if he was still not interested in commenting on all the narrations of the two young men. Though Bayu has alluded to the problem of his son's matchmaking with Melinda.

I don't know what the old man had in mind, what was he planning to do in this situation? Only his two sharp eyes continued to look at Raihan and Bayu in turn.

"Young Boy!" Mr. Darmawan turned to look at Raihan with a cynical spotlight full of disdain. "From that friend of yours who just kept babbling. Are you out of words to talk?"

"What this friend of mine is saying is my speech too" said Raihan still remain calm. "I said it or she's the same."

"Then what is your evidence that we caused Melinda's death?" ask Mr. Darmawan as if repeating his question earlier.

"Try you guys think! You betrothed Melinda to the young man for the sake of business," Raihan said as he glanced at Miko. "But do you care about Melinda's feelings?"

"I don't think so," said Raihan again as if to answer his own question, "you don't care about his feelings, you don't care who he loves more."

"As far as you know, Melinda actually loves someone named Raihan more, which is me," Raihan continued to attack the minds of the two parents, "rather than the arranged marriage you arranged, instead of loving that young man you've been betrothed to."

"Huh! You're too PD-like, Young Man," snorted the cynical Bu Yunita. "Don't tell me my daughter loves you more. He asked to break up with you. What does that mean...? He doesn't love you...."

"In fact my daughter likes to be betrothed to Miko," continued Bu Yunita did not want to lose the attack with Raihan. "They love each other."

Then he turned to look at Miko, continuing to say as if seeking support, "Isn't that so, Miko?"

"Oh, uh.., yes yes yes.., we do love each other," said Miko a bit of a drunkenness. "Lu. Melinda loves me, not you."

The thing that Miko did not want since then finally happened anyway, Bu Yunita involved herself in the conversation. Finally he answered Bu Yunita's question a little irregularly, even impressed the originals.

Fortunately, Mr. Mahendra, his father who had been silent had also spoken up. It clearly helps him explain things.

Even though it was a falsehood. Because she doesn't love Melinda at all.

"It seems you are looking for excuses too much by blaming matchmaking, Young Man," said Mr. Mahendra with a cynical smile. "As if the matchmaking is you consider it a diabolicality."

"Do you consider falsehood a fact?" said Raihan remained calm in his chair while smiling casually.

"What fake?!" rebut Bu Yunita who could not help but speak. "We saw for ourselves that they loved each other. That's fact!"

"That means you think the love between Melinda and Miko is fake?" Mr. Darmawan is increasingly curious about Raihan's mind.

"True," said Raihan sure. "I believe that the love formed between them is a falsehood. What they show before your eyes is false love."

"Mister Miko did not love Melinda at all," Raihan continued, further confirming his statement. "So does the opposite, Melinda doesn't love Mr. Miko at all."

Until here no one refutes Raihan's statement. They were all silent as if at a loss for words to refute.

While Miko could not say anything, because what Raihan said was true.

And because Pak Darmawan and Pak Mahendra's side are still silent, Raihan continued to speak.

"You need to know, I don't blame matchmaking. What I love is that you're trying to make an arranged marriage, which is for business...."

"In addition you put too much pressure on their feelings with your ego," continued Raihan, "without caring about their will, without asking who they really love."

"You guys are too dreamy about the matchmaking theory you made," Raihan still continued because no one commented. "Until you are deceived, your falsehood is a fact."

"Mr Darmawan, Lady Yunita!"Raihan focused on looking at the two old men. "I think all the explanations I've given you are enough to prove that you are the cause of Melinda's death."

"You are Melinda's real killer!" Raihan emphasized his last words.

"You don't just talk, Raihan!" refute Bu Yunita as if just talking because it was wrapped in emotion. "You and your friend that's my daughter's real killer. I'll report your actions to the police!"

Bu Yunita is growing angry as Raihan continues to accuse her and her husband of being the killers of their own daughter.

"Please!" challenge Raihan steadily. "You're going to report to the police on this matter please! But I'll make sure you're the ones who get involved with the police if you dare to report to the police."

"You also threatened us, Young man?" ask Mr. Darmawan in a cold tone.

"Oh no, I'm not threatening" Raihan said casually. "I'm just reminding."

"Pa, we should just leave this damn place," Pinta Bu Yunita finally gave up. "For a long time with this proud and pretentious child, make my high blood rise."

"You are right" said Mr. Darmawan. "The longer you serve that son of a bitch, the worse you say."

Then Mr. Darmawan made small talk to Mr. Mahendra and Miko, after throwing a grunt of annoyance to Raihan and Bayu, then he and his wife left the elegant room.

Without saying goodbye to Raihan as the host. But neither Raihan nor Bayu responded to the lack of their teachings.
