Chapters. 22. I love you

Mella slowly approaches Gani. He aligns his height with Gani in order to facilitate communication between them.

"Does Gani know that?" asked Mella, pointing to her father's picture.

Gani nodded, keeping an eye on the photo attached to the wall. It looks like Gani is trying to remember something.

"If not wrong, om it once helped Gani's father and mother, when om Dul and his friends forced the father and mother to sell it" said Gani with a slight narrowing of his eyes.

"Have you ever helped Gani's mom and dad?" asked Mella.

"Yes, it was that who saved the mother from friends om Dul. And Gani heard that he had said he would report them to the police." replied Gani.

"Then what else does Gani remember?" asked Mella curiously.

"Nothing, because Gani was taken away by om Dul." replied Gani honestly.

"Well, if Gani doesn't know. That's Mella's brother's father and that's Mella's mother and sister's sister."

"If Gani remembers something, can tell her with sister. But if Gani wants to rest, Gani can rest so that Gani can grow healthy" said Mella.

Gani nodded, then he stepped while yawning towards his room. While Mella steps out together with Jun.

Both of them sat on a bench in the courtyard. Enjoy the atmosphere and coolness of the night air under the moonlight.

"Jun, thank you for all the time you've given me all this time" Mella said sincerely.

Intentions want to make Mella faint with a bottle that she has filled with drugs, which if yawned then people around her can faint because of breathing air from the drug.

With ease Jun, considering Dul's body on the porch pole of the house, then he took some valuables and Mella's wallet.

After everything was ready, Jun put the items behind Dul's clothes. After that he asked Mella to call the security guard.

With the reason there is a thief in his house who happens to be currently fainting because he managed to hit the thief.

When the officers came, Gani happened to wake up because of the noise coming from outside. He came out to see it.

"Miss, these are your belongings, and we'll take them as evidence and thieves to the police station" the security guard said.

"Wait !." shouted Gani.

Then Gani ran and approached his uncle who had now been handcuffed to both hands.

"Om, tell me where my mom and dad are?" asked Gani while looking at Dul's face.

"Both of your parents are dead and gone to hell." replied Dul nonchalantly.

"Om lying! father and mother cannot die, Om lies!." cried Gani.

But Dul laughed out loud, seeing Gani who was crying hysterically because of the words from Dul.

"Don't tell lies, tell Gani the truth. Poor she was too small to be separated from her parents" Mella said.

"The two of you are children of the same fate, both orphans" said Dul without the slightest guilt.

"Om lying!" said Gani as he walked back with tears.

After that he turned around and ran towards the room. He didn't want to hear anything from his uncle's mouth.

He could not believe what he had just heard. He could not believe that right now, he had become an orphan.

Gani was crying in her room. While Mella takes care of the report of the theft committed by Dul. In order for Dul to be processed immediately by the police.

"Mella, life is so cruel isn't it ?. Asala, you know that Gani's parents are the cause of the events your family is going through."

"But you helped the son of the man who caused your family's destruction. Hahahaha!." said Dul before he was put in jail.

Mella just smiled, she tried to think about what Dul had just said. But he tried to ignore Dul's words.

After taking care of all the things about the theft done by Dul, Mella immediately returned to her house.

Upon arriving home, he searches for Gani. It appears Gani fell asleep with tears still wetting her cheeks.

Gently Mella confirmed Gani's position, wiping her tears after which enveloped Gani's body.

After confirming Gani's condition, Mella came out and she immediately went out of her room.

He threw his body in the living room chair, making Jun's thigh a pillow while looking at the photo he posted recently.

"Jun, what exactly happened ? why did Dul say that Gani's parents were the cause of my family's destruction?" asked Mella.

"Maybe the conflict between father and General Pranoto has something to do with Gani's parents. And didn't Gani say that he had seen my father save his mother from General Pranoto's men" Jun said.

Gently Jun stroked Mella's face gently, lovingly Jun sang a song to Mella.

He wanted the girl to fall asleep quickly and immediately pick up her beautiful dreams. He wanted the girl who had his heart to rest in peace and forget for a moment what happened.

"I love you my Arjuna" Mella said with a smile.

Then he started closing his eyes. But Jun who heard what Mella said was not willing if the idol had not repeated what he had just said to her.
