At Yoriichi and Michikatsu's house.

Airi and Luna had just finished cooking a large amount of food consisting of various types of meat that Spear had obtained from hunting wild beasts with Michikatsu. The Samurai had asked them to make sure they were getting more than normal amounts of food. They love to do this because unlike their past employers, Michikatsu and Yoriichi are very kind to them and rarely even ask for anything from them.

After their rescue, Fel liked their rescuer. It's nice for them both to see Fel and Spear competing for Michikatsu's attention. Not that he really showed romantic interest in anyone. That doesn't mean it's blocking one of them.

"Michikatsu back!" They heard Fel yelling from outside. The two walk out of the kitchen and find Michikatsu putting a young girl with short black hair and black sailor clothes on the sofa. The three girls gathered around their rescuers while waiting for the girl to wake up. "So, how's the story?" Fal asked Michikatsu.

“She is the sister of the girl Akame that my sister fought against a while ago. He is also a member of Jaeger and an imperial assassin.” Michikatsu told the three who were jolted at hearing what they had just learned.

"Why did you bring him here?!" All three asked.

"He'll be a good ally." Michikatsu's remarks held back one of the real reasons. It didn't matter to him if this help left him on the good side of the Night Raid. But he did feel some sort of kinship with the girl. She has a relationship with her sister that is similar to her relationship with Yoriichi. Although the situation was a little different, he did not want the woman to experience what she was doing.

"Ugh" The four of them heard the girl moan as she sat down. Michikatsu signals the three teenagers to stay away from Kurome. Even though he did not have his sword, he knew that he could still be dangerous in a bare-handed fight. "Where am I?" He asked while rubbing his head. As he looked up, he came face to face with the man who had defeated him in battle. A glimpse of how his strongest puppet was defeated before he was captured. "What did you do to me?"

How strange. Everything felt overwhelming, a feeling he had not felt since before he started taking Imperial medicine to strengthen his body. The pain and tension he constantly felt in his body had disappeared. He felt stronger than he had ever felt before, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from his body for the first time ever.

"I'll explain it at lunch." Michikatsu said as he stood up and walked towards him while offering his hand. Kurome looked a bit tense but kept holding that hand. If he had not killed her, then there was no reason for him to bother taking her to the place he considered his home. Both walked to the dining room.

Kurome's eyes widened to see what he saw. A large number of foods ranging from various meats to soups. Michikatsu looked a little amused behind his mask looking at the hungry expression on the teenager's face. If she remembers correctly Leone once told Yoriichi that Akame herself was a big eater. He assumed that his sister was the same as well, so he asked for a party to be prepared. "The food is a lot.." he muttered to himself but was heard by Michikatsu.

"Good work, son." Michikatsu said to the three who were smiling before leaving the two. Michikatsu turned to Kurome, "You can eat as much as you want. If your sister wants to buy something then you must like to eat too." Michikatsu said as he sat on one side of the table. Kurome himself sat before him. In a matter of seconds, Michikatsu watched the girl pick up a large piece of dangerous animal flesh on part of her bone and chew it.

'Yoriichi help me.' Sasuke thought as Kurome tore the food in front of him. 'Where does he keep everything?' He asked as the meat on the table disappeared bit by bit. It was terrifying how he could eat at such speed yet still maintain his calm expression. “I assume you enjoy the food?” Michikatsu simply asks to be ignored.

Seeing she was unable to talk to the dark-eyed teenager while she was eating, Michikatsu decided to sit down and wait until she was done. He assumed that one of the drugs he was taking suppressed his hunger so that when he eliminated it, it returned it at full strength. It only took half an hour before Kurome filled herself and sighed in disdain.

“Now that you're done, I think I should explain what happened to you.” Michikatsu's words caught Kurome's attention. Although good at holding back his emotions, he can see that the killer is being tense which means he does not believe it. "I'm using my technique to completely heal your body of any damage you've suffered over the years. Cleanse your body completely of such damage and repair the damage they have caused over the years." Michikatsu got a nod from the girl.

"You and I look a lot like Kurome." Michikatsu said as he removed his mask for her. This was the first time he had done it after such a long time in front of someone he did not know but he had to be more convincing and wearing a mask did not make him look trustworthy. Kurome blushed a little when she could finally see what she looked like. Like him, he had long black hair and black eyes. "I'm Michikatsu. Now that you know this, I will kill you if you betray me or Taiyo." Kurome is very surprised by the appearance that is very similar to Yoriichi only Yoriichi's hair is slightly wavy compared to Michikatsu.

"could it be you.., Yoriichi's twin brother?" Kurome asked got a nod from Michikatsu. "that means Taiyo is." Kurome said before being cut by Michikatsu.

"yes, he is Yoriichi" Michikatsu said, making Kurome's eyes wink."As I said, I hid a truth from my sister, I have never told her, if she finds out she might kill me" Michikatsu said.

"you betrayed her." Kurome replied.

Michikatsu glared at him releasing his killing intent. Kurome gasped for breath as feelings of fear flooded over her. "Never say that again. I'm doing this for both of us." Michikatsu said coldly before returning to a neutral tone. "Just like your brother." Michikatsu added.

“My brother betrayed me. He left me alone in the Empire and joined the enemy.” Kurome was honest. Michikatsu looked at him curiously. From the way he spoke it seemed like he hated Akame because he left her when he left then joined another faction.

"You know." Michikatsu said as he closed his eyes. “I hate my sister so much. I dedicated my entire life to training to kill him, to the point where I hated him so much because he was so talented. I want him dead in my hands. I still want him.love him." Michikatsu opened his eyes. Kurome was fascinated by Michikatsu's eyes "My right eye is called the Eye of the Moon because the middle part of the blue crescent is encircling it, I got it when a force rose within me" Michikatsu said

He usually did not tell anyone about this sort of thing and he did not reveal this to his enemies either, but for the sake of making Kurome believe him, he needed to show his trust back. He needs to show her that he won't take advantage of or hurt her. And now that those medicines were removed from his body, he no longer needed to rely on the empire. And if he betrays them, he can kill him.

"Why are you telling me all this?" Kurome asked the same question as she asked herself half the time she spoke. Despite not knowing the man personally, he could understand why the man said they were similar and that made him think a little. Every day since his sister defected, he thought about how he would kill her so that they would not be separated again.

“Because you want to kill your sister just like I want to kill my sister before you.” Michikatsu put a sword wrapped in cloth. "I'll tell you this now. Killing him won't change anything for you. You'll remain alone with just an undead doll replacing someone who loves you so much." Michikatsu said as he opened the cloth and looked at Kurome's sword. “Not only that, I have your sword and I can easily destroy it.” Michikatsu said as he squeezed the knife between his fingers.

Kurome's eyes widened as he saw a small crack appear on his sword. "Don't!" Kurome yells. His sword was one of the few things that connected him with his sister and that was what made him useful to the empire. It also keeps its friends in it. Without it he would be useless and alone again.

"Hn?" Sasuke said as he gripped the blade where he broke it before releasing it to show that the crack had been repaired. Sasuke sheathed his sword before staring at Kurome, "You know, I could have killed you earlier. My Humanoid Dragon surpasses anything you can expect to defeat even with less than half its strength. But I guess I want to give you the same thing - the chance Yoriichi gave someone" Michikatsu said before wrapping his sword.

“What opportunity?” Kurome asked.

Join us and I will let you live and meet your sister to resolve your differences in a less deadly way. Or try to escape to the empire, which WILL end with your death.” Michikatsu offered the teenager a slight narrowing of his eyes but still nodded. "Follow me, I'll show you the room you're staying in." Michikatsu said leading the Empire's assassins past his house "This will be your room, how long your room will remain, it's up to you. There is food in the fridge in the kitchen if you feel hungry. And if you think about killing anyone..." Michikatsu paused for a moment before looking towards him with his fully active fur brick "...I'll make you suffer before I end your life."
