“Hot really!” I said as I sat on the bank of the river while dangling my feet and playing with the water.
“Aya!” a voice called to me.
I looked over and looked for the source of the voice but saw no one.
“Aya!”
The voice sounded again, like the voice of a man. Suddenly I felt someone touch my feet and it shocked me.
“Astagfirullah!” my peek.
It was seen a man swimming while holding my feet.
“Who are you?” my many.
“I'm your friend,”.
“Friends? But the battery never had a friend your age.”
It looks like the man is about 24 years old.
“I often accompany you to swim first,” said.
“Hah? Which name might be yours?” my many.
“You haven't given me a name.”
I laughed and felt confused.
“You are weird. I'm not your parents.”
“But you are my owner.”
Hearing that I felt like I was dejavu and then I remembered the figure in my dream that was very similar to him I quickly raised my legs and stood up.
“Ka-you are not human,” I said.
In the smile knot. “If you want to know you can come with me.”
“Neg. I don't want to die!” I took a few steps back.
“Who will kill you. Trust me then you will know the answer.”
I furrowed my brows and walked forward a few steps then sat back down.
“Focus, close your eyes don't open until I tell you.”
I closed my eyes and ignored all the voices around me. In just a few seconds he told me to open my eyes.
I was surprised that I was already somewhere else, this was not the same as my dream.
“What are we in the river?”
“Ya can be said so.”
“But this is weird. It does not look like in the water this is no different from the mainland.”
I saw a large and magnificent building partly like gold or maybe it was real gold. The shape of the building is like a kingdom that is in the action drama but more magnificent and beautiful.
There were a lot of people standing in front of the entrance, their clothes were a little strange they vaguely looked like humans and crocodiles I had to see several times.
“This is the kingdom of crocodiles?” my many.
He just smiled and let me go deeper. The large and high pillars adorned the place I could not figure out how there could be a place like this under the river.
Until I saw someone sitting on a big, gold-plated chair with a crown and strange but nice clothes, his clothes were shiny.
“Hei who is it?” my many.
“He is Prince Suriyan,”.
Hearing his words I was stunned and could hardly believe my own vision.
The prince was tall with a sturdy body, dressed in sparkling white with a few people standing beside him. He smiled at me I replied, bowing my head a little.
'Do I have to salute like the action drama on TV?' my thinking.
“No need, you say hello is enough” said the man beside me.
“Assalamualaikum,” I said rather doubtful.
“Walaikumsalam. You came to visit here apparently,” said the prince.
“Come,” he said.
I walked slowly closer to her up the stairs and sat in between.
“Close do not hesitate I will not eat you,” he said smiling.
I stood up and approached next to him.
“It looks like you have a lot of questions in your mind. Just order it.”
“Why can there be a place like this under the river and even this does not look like a river but a land,” I asked.
“We have our own nature. You are with your nature we are with our nature. The one here is only your tribe if you come here with your body it will be another,” he said.
“So actually I am under the river?”
“What are your activities like ours?” my connection.
“All the same is just nature and our way of life is different.”
“Why is there so much gold here? Is this real gold?” my many.
“If you want, you can bring it.”
I shook my head.
“Your nature and my nature both have their own wealth but sometimes in your nature there are many ignorant hands that are not responsible for damaging nature for their own sake,” he said.
“I was curious, why could there be such a ritual done abah?” my many.
“It was already our promise with humans and it was absolute from before this island was full of humans. But now that many have forgotten it do not even understand how to do it. Though just come to the person who can do it.”
“Yes I understand. Because this is actually an ancestral tradition. Even my friends don't give a shout about what it's anchoring and how to do it,” I said.
“What kind of promise have you made?”
“You will know it.”
I felt like I had been there long enough, I decided to go home because I was afraid that my grandmother and my brother would look for me. The man drove me back but the difference was that he just drove me to the front of the gate.
“You see the white light at the end there?” askinya.
“Iya I saw.”
“Walk straight towards that light then you can go straight to.”
I walked closer to the white light, the closer it got bigger and wider and made my eyes glare and see nothing. I rubbed my eyes and when I opened my eyes I was sitting on the riverbank.
I looked around me and I was behind the house where I was relaxing. I felt amazed and also a little surprised in just seconds I could return.
I went into the house, but there was something that kept me from thinking. When I walked into the house I saw the wall clock I remember very much after school I immediately sat there and it was right at 16:00 pm. When I got home the long needle just moved in the second line when I was pretty sure I was there long enough.
'Is one minute here, one hour there?' my thinking.
From my experience, I feel more curious about history and what makes the agreement between humans and those under the river. I plan to find him later.
I also still can't believe fully with their words, because it could be just a trick, that's how I think.
I entered the room, because there was still time I decided to do my schoolwork. Because I've been stuck working on it at night because of the disturbance I had last night.
I felt like I wanted to tell my brother to cut down the guava tree in front of my house, because every time I passed it I always imagined a dwarf figure with the old face. But I'm sure you don't want to because the tree always bears fruit without knowing the season.
