Chapter 10 - One at a time
“I'm sure some of you must know about the heirloom we are looking for... To make you open my mouth by having to threaten you now.” Said Venerate Tengal named Galshu.
The man then took the sword belonging to his subordinates, then came near one of the citizens who were nearby, then put the sword.
“Good... Do you know where the thing we're looking for is?” Galshu asked one of the men.
“What are you talking about sir? I don't understand what you mean by that.” Of course the threatened citizen then doesn't know what the man is questioning.
Hearing the answer, Galshu smiled, but the man immediately shook his sword, until one of the residents he asked died.
It was immediately that the citizens who were held captive became hysterical and frightened, seeing the Tenerate of the Tengal country cruelly, and for no apparent reason killing innocent citizens.
“Heh, you idiot.. You think I feel good to hear an answer like that.” Galshu said.
The man then approached the next citizen, and asked about the existence of the gold statue sought by Tengal troops, but the citizen who was asked still only gave an answer that did not know anything about it.
Without a second thought, Galshu immediately killed one of the residents because he got an answer that was not in accordance with what he wanted.
The Venerate Tengal continued to approach the captive citizens, and continued to kill one by one as a result of giving the same answer as the two previous residents.

On the other hand, it appears that Venerate Tengal named Salkhishu along with his subordinates arrived in front of a sacred place, where Yermo lived as the person in charge of the place.
The reason the Tenerate Tengal came to the place was because Salkhishu detected the presence of the golden statue they were looking for.
“Let me go inside by myself. You all stand guard outside,” Salkhishu said, ordered his subordinates to stay outside because he felt the pressure of the power of the upper level Venerate inside the building.
While the Tengal warriors remained on guard on the outside, Salkhishu slowly entered the holy place while not forgetting to bring up a staff, it is a weapon that is able to make its strength increase from the actual level of its power.

While inside the building, Salkhishu saw a man who was none other than Yermo sitting on a long chair, behind him, facing an altar in front.
“I did not expect that in this city has a Venerate, even a saint.” Salkhishu said casually speaking, but still be careful because the man in front of him does have a fairly much stronger ability compared to him.
“By the way...Why are you still in this place sir...Behold, the citizens who are in this city, now they are one by one being finished off by our troops? Do you still remain silent, continue to worship your god damn it until all the people of Pavonas are finished off?” Salkhishu continued, asking Yermo, who was closing his eyes, to pray for something to be worshipped by him.
Shortly after Salkhishu's question was completed, Yermo opened his eyes. The man stood up from his seat, then turned his head towards Salkhishu who was standing in front of the entrance of the building.
“Therefore I remain here to pray for the people who died as a result of your actions, in order to get a decent place there…” Yermo said by showing a thin smile expression to the man from the Tengal country.
“What do you mean? May you pray that your people who die silly are finished off by our soldiers... But, a child who will become Pavonas' precious treasure...Heh, what can he do?” Reply Salkhishu, apparently not believing Yermo's last statement.
“You will soon know the ability of this domed child..” Response Yermo.
Yermo immediately moved, making Salkhishu surprised to realize that the man was now behind him.

“Such quick... Rarely do exterminators have this kind of speed,” said Salkhishu in heart, surprised by Yermo's above-average speed from the Venerate in general.

Salkhishu swiftly turned back, then stood by the movement that Yermo would make next.
But before long, Yermo slowly walked towards the door to get out of the building, regardless of Salkhishu who was ready to face him.
Although Yermo was now walking back to him, Salkhishu still did not want to attack the man, because the possibility with the opening made by the man was a trap if Salkhishu forced to attack him.
Suddenly Yermo stopped his steps, then looked at Salkhishu who was behind him.
“Oh well... This holy place you came to actually has many traps... If you are not careful, then you will receive the trap,” said Yermo, then it instantly disappeared from before the Venerate of the Tengal country.
Hearing this, Salkhishu was surprised, and quickly looked around the room in the building to find a trap said by Yermo.
“Sial...” Just thought, Salkhishu suddenly saw a projection diagram that was lit, right on the floor where the footing was.
The man quickly jumped up, but a blue projection of the fire element emerged from the projection diagram, sending Salkhishu crashing upward, through the ceiling of the building.
“Ukh...” The man instantly fell outside the building, hitting the surface quite hard.
Despite receiving a trap from Yermo, Salkhishu was still able to survive because he had previously blocked the projection of the blue fire element by using the energy projection power emanating from his stick weapon.
However, Salkhishu was suddenly surprised to see the Tengal warrior who came with him, and was told by him to wait outside, it turned out that everything was now unconscious, as a result of the possibility of being defeated by Yermo sat out of the building.

Back to Galshu who still continues to slaughter the residents one by one, where now one of the residents who get a turn to be questioned by the Tenerate Tengal, is none other than the father of Gudov himself.
Seeing that his father was about to be finished off by Galshu because of course not knowing about the golden statue that was the problem, Gudov quickly stood up, stopping what Galshu was going to do.
