Chapter 18 - The power that is sought

The mother of the teenager then fell silent because she did not know what to answer after hearing the question from her son.

The purpose of the World Venerate was to disguise his death so that the Venerates, both from Pavonas and from other countries, did not target the power that was within him.

The World Venerate also explained that he could not survive any longer, but before he died, the man wanted to give his strength on the condition that the recipient must be a child under five years old.

The World Venerate aims to give its power so that other Venerates will not target it, because when he dies, the power will be directly channeled to his descendants.

Feeling that it was the best thing, Kydanys and her husband were forced to give Gudov so that the World Venerate could channel its power to the child.

After successfully granting his powers to Gudov, within a few days the World Venerate was unable to survive. Gudov and his parents then moved to other areas and lived as ordinary citizens, until they met Yermo who immediately felt the heavenly restraint force, which was within Gudov.

“Through that day the mother and father lived to be ordinary people.It is fortunate that we met Mr. Yermo, a Venerate who had the same goal of hiding the owner of the power of the World Venerate,” says Kydanys.

Gudov was silent to hear the story of his mother. The teenager did not expect that all this time he would actually be the target of many Venerate because it has great power in him.

“But, because I already know it. Teach me to be a strong Venerate so that later I can protect myself.. I beg sir Yermo...” Gudov said, pleading with Yermo.

“Are you sure Gudov? The more you become strong and appear in the world of the Venerate, then you can no longer hide your true self which is the possessor of the power of the heavenly restraints, and you have to accept the fact that your power is very much targeted by the Venerate who are in the country around Pavonas,” Yermo said, explaining to Gudov the consequences that will be accepted by the teenager later.
