Chapter 44 - Sudden Assault

“Gudov... Bergen.. Look there..” Aryuna said in a whispering voice, pointing at a glowing white mist just ahead, which Aryuna herself believed to be an astral being.

When Gudov and Bergen turned to the direction Aryuna was looking at, they were now convinced that the mist was an astral being, because clearly they are now watching the fog turn into the soul body of a beautiful woman.

The astral creature nodded its head again, responding that it knew what had happened to the Venerate Pavonas who had disappeared in the border region.

“I understand... It's time you spoke to me... Were they kidnapped? That's what we want to know. Take it easy, we're not going after you,” Tanya Gudov while convincing the astral creature that Gudov and his colleagues will not do anything that can make the astral creature disappear.

“Tekhnika ecczortsista..” Simultaneously, Gudov and Bergen directly launched a light element projection attack towards those mysterious people, but nimblely able to be avoided by them.
