Chapters 2. Last Farewell

...*** A Thousand Years Later ***...

Two children are seen walking into a temple. The slightly tall brother of his sister, walked towards the statue of the God of Destruction while gathering and offering his prayers.

Rei Sebastian and Zuzu Sebastian. They both lived alone after the death of both parents. May the Lord always protect us, his mind with closed eyes while offering prayers before the statue of the God of Destruction, according to the beliefs of the surrounding population.

After opening his eyes, Rei immediately saw the presence of a temple priest who was walking behind the large golden statue. "Aging!!" he stood up and approached the priest.

"What's wrong?" asked the priest in white robes with a chin filled with a grayish beard.

The priest stared in disdain at Rei who was wearing shabby clothes and was dirty and seedy. Zuzu was also stared at with disgust.

"Master! The servant asks the Lord's humility to accommodate the servant and the sick servant's sister. The servant only asked for food and some herbal medicine," Rei pinta looked up at the haughty priest's face.

The priest also grieved. "Are you shameless?! Where are you in pleading with a saint! At least, change your shabby clothes!" caci the priest with a look on his face as he passed away leaving Rei.

Rei did not want to despair. He then chased after the priest while hugging the old grandfather's hamstrings tightly. "Aging!! Servant please! The servant will do whatever the Lord tells you to do! Sweep, wash, and everything I'll do without complaining!" please Rei, one more time.

Eyes glazed. The look on the boy's grief-stricken face, eagerly expecting the priest's mercy. Rei also suddenly shed tears because he was very hopeful for the old man.

Zuzu immediately ran towards Rei who was cowering in pain. He then fell while hugging the body of the brother with the intention of relieving the pain he felt. "Son, I don't want you to get hurt!" he said while dripping tears that fell soaked Rei's face.

Not satisfied with treating Rei vilely, the priest approached them while grabbing the back collar of Zuzu's shirt and snatching the front collar of Rei's shirt. "Curtain! The girl hid behind the body of her sister. He then cried in fear while hugging Rei's body. "No! don't separate us!!!" said Rei who grinned to the leader of the army.

"Hey little boy! do not go against the king's orders! do you want your King dead?! that girl we will dedicate to be a victim for the healing of the King!" said the leader of the army while dispelling Rei's body.

"Keep your hand away from my sister!" Rei then grabbed the knight's hand.

"Aargh!!!" erang the knight and found his wrist bleeding.

Rei spontaneously bit the knight's finger to protect Zuzu from their touch. One of the other knights grabbed Rei's tiny body and slammed him forward.

"soo!!!" zuzu said as he screamed when he saw his brother's body bounce and hit the store's support pole.

The girl tried to run towards Rei, but the savage knight tried to block her.

"Hey you! Don't go!" he said the knight while holding Zuzu's tiny hand and grasping it tightly.

"No!!! Don't torture Rei! Don't separate me from him!!!" snapped Zuzu while dodging and hitting the savage knight's hand repeatedly.

The knight suddenly carried Zuzu's body and tried to take him away, but the little girl still rebelled while pounding the armor of the savage knight.

Rei who was almost unconscious also tried to rise to help Zuzu from the ambush of the knights. "Zu—zu ..." - Ogre Rei as he extended his hand.

"Shut up! Or I'll kill you right now!" barbaric knight with mutant face.

Zuzu fell silent and widened his eyes towards the sky. Instantly his body was helpless with blood flowing from his mouth indicating that his body was, no longer able to withstand the chronic illness he suffered.

"What a coincidence! We don't have to bother to kill him!" said the ruthless and vicious Knight while grinning at the innocent face of Zuzu.

Rei was crying so much - so after seeing his beloved sister died after being unable to withstand the chronic disease he suffered.

The savage knight and his troops continued to carry Zuzu's body to the palace. "May the King be pleased with my offering. Ahaha!" he concluded with a laugh full of disobedience.

That was the last day of two brothers who loved each other. They are always together through joy and sorrow. After the departure of his parents, Rei was determined to take care of his sister alone.
