Arini's Request

"Arini's in school?" much

I held the child's face and gently stroked it. Arini smiled at me, it was true what Bella said, Arini her son was cool to be invited to chat.

"Already, Aunt. Arini is still in Kindergarten, but next year Arini is in SD, Auntie!" sahut Arini's.

I smiled at him, then I grabbed his hand which was still stuck in the infusion needle. I held the tiny hand while stroking it gently.

Arini widened her smile. It looks so sweet. Arini's face looks exactly like her mother, Bella. But the shape of his eyes and lips is exactly like EL. A perfect combination for me.

"Tante, where's the dede Faliz and Falissa!"

It sounds really funny when Arini mentions Fariz and Farissa's name. Actually Arini is not slurred anymore but maybe he just mispronounced their names.

"Dede Fariz and Farissa are out with your father. Auntie call you, right?!"

Arini nodded her head. I immediately got up and left Arini in her room. I approached EL who was accompanying Fariz and Farissa who had woken up from their sleep.

It turns out EL wasn't alone in the room. Bella was also there and sitting next to EL. Bella smiled sweetly at me as I approached them. At that time, Bella was holding Fariz while Farissa was in the lap of EL.

"How, Honey?!" ask EL,

EL grabbed my hand and then placed a kiss on the back of my hand. Like that EL, she was always sweet to me even though now I never reply to her.

I saw Bella's reaction sitting next to her. He went awry and looked very awkward to see how EL treated me.

"Arini is a good boy and also very sweet. Oh yeah, Arini would love to meet Fariz and Farissa. Can you help me get them to Arini's room?" say me

EL got up and took Farissa with him. I immediately grabbed Fariz from Bella's lap and followed the EL from behind.

EL opened the door to Arini's room by pushing her with his elbow because both of his hands were holding Farissa's body.

Arini smiled broadly when she saw Fariz and Farissa approaching her. It seemed like he was very happy, he even clapped his hands.

"Look, my dear dede is beautiful and handsome!" EL says while showing Farissa to Arini.

Arini touched Farissa's cheek with her index finger and laughed cheerfully. Me and EL laughed with him.

"Both! Dede Farissa and Dede Fariz. Hopefully later Mama can love Arini dede twins like them huh, Dad!" sahut Arini

Contact me and EL look at each other. Arini's words made us feel uncomfortable. How Bella can give Arini a sister while EL is still with me. Unless Bella remarries another man or... EL returned to him.

After a while in the room, Fariz and Farissa finally fussed. They look so caged in there. Bella came up to me and took Fariz away from me.

He took her out and finally Fariz began to calm down and so did Farissa, EL took her out and cradled her with Bella. I noticed their togetherness.

Now I realize. It looks like I'm the third person not Bella. I should not have been in their lives. Then they can come back together and be a perfect family.

My daydreams were broken when Arini called me. I turned towards him and smiled,

"Yes, Honey?!"

I walked up to him and sat down at my place.

"Tante, later if Arini can go to school. Arini can borrow Daddy, yes! Arini wants to show Arini's father to Arini's friends. You see, Arini's friends always say Arini, if Arini does not have a father" he said

Suddenly my tears came. I can't imagine if it happened to Fariz and Farissa. My heart felt so hard when Arini said that.

"Why did Arini say that? Arini does not need permission to be with Arini's father because Arini's father belongs to Arini one" I replied.

Arini lowered her head, she looked sad. I grabbed her cute face and I looked into her teary eyes.

"Say Mama, Daddy belongs to Auntie Ge! I can't borrow Dad without Aunt's permission" he said sobbing.

God, I was like struck by lightning when I heard what he said. I hugged her tiny body and I kissed the top of her head many times.

Now that I realize, I'm becoming a hindrance to a father-son relationship. I have to do something. I want Arini like any other child, to have a Father who is always there when they need him.

"No, Honey! Start Father EL is Arini's. EL's father will always be there for Arini!" I said, wiping my tears that kept flowing.

Arini smiled with tears still flowing in the corner of her eyes.

"Really, Auntie?! Aunty's going to return Dad to Arini?" ask Arini

"Yes, Honey! Yes!!!"

I nodded quickly. I don't care how broken my heart is for the sake of this little girl's happiness. Arini needs EL more than Fariz and Farissa.

Now my resolve is round. I'll release the EL and return it to Arini. Because Arini has more right to live with her than I do.
