Neli spewed out a mouthful of blood. No one there was watching. Ali had asked Heru's doctor not to let anyone into the room for several hours.
After a while, he felt the burden of the poison decrease and saw Neli looking calmer despite being a little pale.
After the poison withdrawal process was completed, Ali ended his meditation and released his hand from Neli's body. He saw with relief that his sister looked better. Neli slowly opened her eyes and smiled at Ali.
A faint silhouette was then clearly seen, "Ali," Neli said weakly. "Where have you been, stupid brother!" Neli smiled, shedding tears. How much she misses her sister.
Ali smiled and clasped Neli's hand with warmth. "I won't leave you again, Neli. Brother's promise."
Ali immediately grabbed his sister.
In a weakened state on a hospital bed, Neli felt warmth and serenity as he hugged Ali so tightly. After four long years, an unexpressed longing for her missing brother was finally swept away in their arms.
Neli closed her eyes, letting warm tears flow down her pale cheeks. Ali patted his back gently, giving him the support he so needed. The sound of Neli's heart beating slowly in the chest, Ali heard that.
Not how long.
The door of the room opens. It had been an hour that those outside the room wondered what Ali was doing. When he saw Neli siuman, his mother immediately embraced his frail body.
"Don't do that again! No!" Her mother was crying so much.
Ali tried to calm down, "mom, that I won't let go again. Enough, this is the last one. Is that right Neli?" Ali patted Neli's shoulder slowly. They smiled, sign agreed.
Doctor Heru who was in the room was still as shocked as the nurse, their expressions were the same. Seeing Neli who was previously in a weak state, they were astonished by such a rapid change.
"Doctor Heru, I don't believe that Neli can recover this fast" said the nurse who accompanied the doctor.
Heru's doctor carefully observed Neli. He checked the medical records and the results of the last test that showed a serious condition. "This is amazing" he murmured. "I'll have to do further checks to make sure what happened."
Doctor Heru talks to Neli, asking about the changes he is experiencing. Neli explained that Ali's arrival and her mother's close embrace gave her a new spirit, and she felt a strength and warmth that restored the body.
Doctor Heru nodded with understanding although that was not exactly what he wanted to know. He already knew that miracles can sometimes happen when there is strong emotional support. He checks Neli's physical condition and finds that signs of recovery do exist. Her body showed a better response to the treatment.
"In the medical world, we can't always explain all the phenomena" Dr. Heru said carefully. "But no matter what happens, the most important thing is that Neli is conscious. This is very good news."
Heru's doctor plans a series of additional tests to ensure that Neli's condition is completely stable. Although still shocked by this rapid recovery, he also felt happy to see his patients getting better.
"In situations like this, the role of family support is very important" Dr. Heru said while writing some instructions. "Ali, please make sure Neli keeps a good diet and rest. Keep him positive and excited. That'll help his recovery."
Ali nodded responsibly. He knew how important a role he had to play in Neli's recovery process. He promised to always be by his sister's side, giving her full support and creating an environment that supported her recovery.
"Son Ali, what exactly did you do to your sister?" Whisper doctor Heru.
Doctor Heru gives the nurse final instructions and congratulates Neli on his speedy recovery. He left the room with a mixed feeling of astonishment and excitement.
Although he was aware and there was no poison left in Neli's body, but Neli's recovery journey was still long, Neli's physical condition had not returned to normal. His body is still fragile. But with family support and proper care, she has greater hopes for a better future.
Three days later Neli was confirmed to have recovered, and allowed to go home.
Ali rushed to the hospital after Neli was given permission to go home. When he got there, he saw two of his friends, Maya and Reza, standing by the administration desk.
"Original!" Maya exclaimed in surprise. "We didn't expect to see you here. What are you doing here?"
Ali replied with a smile, "Hi, Maya, Reza. I'm here to pay the administration fee for my sister, she'll be home today."
Reza looked on skeptically. "But, Ali, do you know how much the administration costs at this hospital? Isn't that very expensive? I hope you have enough money to pay for it." He grabbed Maya's arm.
Ali was annoyed by the skeptical views of his friend. However, he remained calm and replied firmly, "I'm aware the cost is huge, but I've arranged everything and have enough money to pay. No need to worry."
Maya sees Ali's bravery, which from her clothes alone reflects people's inadequacy. "Government help!" He said with a proud smile.
Ali nodded in understanding. "No need, Maya. I understand your worries. But I'm ready to handle this."
Reza pretended to give Ali support. "Of course, Ali. We know you are the one in charge. But aren't you still unemployed?"
Ali smiled at his friends. "Thank you, Maya, Reza. I can handle it myself!"
Ali then takes the queue number and waits for his turn to make the payment. Meanwhile, Maya and Reza remain not far from him.
"Look at it, he would definitely beg. This must be interesting." Maya.
When it was Ali's turn, he approached the administration officer with confidence.
"All the costs are paid, Mr. Ali." The officer was friendly.
Ali looked confused, as did the two friends.
“Who paid it off?” Ask Ali.
“Doctor Heru has taken care of everything.”
Maya says, “lucky also Ali. Good thing someone paid for it, otherwise, I know what else will happen.”
Ali thanked him, and received proof of repayment. Afterwards Ali walked casually and greeted his two friends who were still asking who was helping Ali. What's he got to do with the number one doctor at this hospital.
