Unemployed Son-in-law's Rights: The Book of the Dragon Killer

Unemployed Son-in-law's Rights: The Book of the Dragon Killer
Debt Collection Team

Ali and Dicky enter the workspace of the vast and modern finance division. The room is equipped with neat and perfectly organized tables, computers, and necessary equipment. The walls are decorated with financial charts, and stock charts.

The atmosphere in the room felt strange in Ali's eyes. There are members of the financial team who are busy fiddling with computers at their desks, some are chatting not about work, discussing about financial statements, and some are checking financial records. Some of them seem to stay in touch despite seeing their manager coming.

"Seeze everything!" Dicky's screams broke the crowd. "Include yourself!" His orders invited Ali.

Ali was still busy sweeping through every corner of the space, noticing some financial charts taped to the wall.

"Ali" said Dicky, but Ali still did not hear his voice. "Original!"

The black-haired man looked back.

"Call me Ali. I will help you from today. If anyone wants to ask, or needs my help, of course about work. I'm ready to help you." His words were calm, full of authority.

"Who are you? You're just a new kid here." Dicky is infuriated by Ali's increasingly haughty behavior.

Some people began to sneer at Ali, "the child has just acted up. I don't want to work with him!"

Predictably, they just follow Dicky so they look good in his eyes. Basic licker!

Ali stood up casually, not taking their words into account. Seeing that, Dicky grew furious.

Dicky flapped his hands behind his body. "Now, please sit wherever you like. I remind you. In this division, I'm the boss, you're the worker I'm ready to tell you anything."

Some were satisfied when Ali received his first reprimand. Very quickly, it could possibly be included in the company's record books. As the fastest gets a reprimand.

"Rio!" Call Dicky.

"Yes, Dicky's manager." Said obediently.

"You taught this arrogant man. If you make a mistake, tell me. I'll kick it right away."

Ali smiled, greeting Rio who was far away at the end of the room. "Just calm down manager Dicky. I'm not gonna make a mistake that's gonna hurt the company. I'll be very useful to boost the finances of this near-bankrupt company."

The manager was really furious, until some veins on his forehead were visible. "Ali, I have to be honest with you. I'm not happy with your behavior from now on. You said you would contribute a lot. Then I'll help you!"

Once again the manager called Rio.

"I leave him to you. You two immediately bill the debt that has accumulated the last two years!"

Rio was surprised instead of playing. "Back of debt, manager? But I have no experience in that. I've only been here a few months."

"Enough! I will say to all of you, I hate dissidents who do not do the work I am given! If the two of you can't finish it, please leave the company!" She squinted her eyes, Lali turned around.

After leaving the finance division furiously, Dicky returned to his manager's room. His face looked tense and frustrated as he walked into the room.

Everyone was aware of Dicky's anger, not daring to speak, just staring at Ali intently.

"What's my fault?" Ask Ali indifferently.

Ali started to get closer to the empty table that was beside Rio.

"Just calm down, I can handle it. Where's the data!"

Everyone who heard was stunned by Ali, they thought Ali had a pretty thick face, and did not know himself.

Brakes.

A stack of papers thicker than the five dictionaries was on his desk.

"You can handle it, right? I don't want to overtime, you finish it!" Rio.

Ali smiled in response to this. Not wasting much time, he immediately began to analyze.

Ali sat at his desk seriously, clutching a pile of documents containing unpaid debt data. He stared intently at every piece of paper that was in front of him. His eyes focused on the important details recorded in it.

Ali read carefully the debt data, noting the amount of debt, the last date collected, and the reasons listed have not been paid. He folded his forehead when he saw some of the same reasons appear repeatedly. In the silence of the room, he began to understand the problems faced by the borrowers.

They consider this company to be nothing more than a clown that they can play with. Ali loves this game!

“Hey, Rio! We are one team. Later in the day I will come to Arata's workshop. They owe a lot. One billion they've been arrears for a year!”

“I know. But if you want to go there, you better go alone. I stay here.”

Hearing that answer, Ali could conclude that Rio was a coward who only dared to play in his house.

“You know Rio? Although there are reports that our collectors are always battered when we get from charging, we cannot back down. Remember that! Our work is at stake.”

Rio rose apitam, his face as red as a tomato. “You caused all this! I shouldn't be on a team with you!” he gasped after saying it.

Ali was surprised by Rio's reaction. That makes them the center of attention of the entire division.

“Rio, sit next to me. Leave a cocky guy like Ali.” Say one of them.

Dicky returned to the finance division room after hearing the commotion going on there. The moment he arrived, the atmosphere of the room became quiet and serene due to his existence as a financial manager.

The employees, who were previously furious at Ali, now look at Dicky with hope and trust. Their facial expressions seemed to hint for Dicky to take decisive action. They all know that only Dicky can handle the problem properly.

“I give you both one week! No word too late! If no one has paid yet, you two will bear the consequences!”

“I've told you a few times. I'll finish this.” Ali was really sure he could sort this out. Without being asked though he will still run it, because the money of this company is his family's money, which also includes the money.

Dicky smiled intently, “if you can't handle it, it'll end up much worse than being expelled. You must be sued by the company for being very detrimental. I make sure of it!”

“Ya, yes, yes, up.” Said Ali coldly.

Shortly after that, the clock indicates a time of rest. Ali felt impatient to go to Arata's workshop, the place he wanted to visit. In his mind, he imagined being able to ask for debt peacefully. Ali was lazy enough to deal with the weak.

“I offer you one more time,” Ali pat Rio on the shoulder. “if you don't come, it means you're eating a blind paycheck! I don't like that!”

“Serah!” Rio's replied leaving the table.
