Warlord of the Xili Kingdom

Warlord of the Xili Kingdom
First Night

Horses hit their feet quickly after they rested. Now, not just two horses, but three. Lon Thong's grandfather went home with Zhaoling and Xin'er to the north, then separated from the city.

"See you later, my grandkids! Later, we'll meet next time. Give my regards to your parents!" said Grandfather while waving his hand.

The Third Prince returned a wave of grandfather's hand signalling a yes answer from him. Then, the two continued to travel again to the city of Yongseon to take Xin'er to her home, which is the residence of Minister Yun Perdanana.

At the gate of Josheng Pavilion, they were greeted by Mr. Yun Xiaoyu with his wife and children. Yun Xiaolang, Yun Moheng and Yun Mingna.

Seen, everyone smiled as they welcomed the arrival of the new married couple. They perform welcoming rituals according to prevailing belief customs.

The Third Prince only smiled with satisfaction behind his veil, as he looked at the faces of his current wife's family one by one. Mr. Xiaoyu and Xiaolang look sad over Xin'er's marriage because, they will part with the girl. In fact, they could still meet at any time because the Prime Minister was working within the Kingdom.

Unlike Madam Muning, Moheng, and Mingna. Although the three of them were jealous of Xin'er being a member of the Kingdom, but they were quite satisfied because Xin'er married a disabled and ugly man. In fact, they did not know the authenticity of the Third Prince's face behind his veil, including Xin'er herself.

"Your Majesty. The long journey is quite exhausting for you. Therefore, I advise you and Xin'er to rest in the room. We will prepare the food and bring it there," said Mr. Xiaoyu respectfully.

The prince only nodded as he thanked her, before going towards Xin'er's room. He walked followed by Xin'er in the back who showed her the location of her room with shaky steps.

"Why does he have to stay here, anyway? Can't he just go back to the palace? I'm so tired and want to rest!" xin'er grumbled in heart. His feet stomped out of excessive annoyance.

Without even turning his head, the Prince was sure that Xin'er was currently upset. He kept smiling without even saying a word to even ask about the direction to Xin'er's room, which he already knew.

Zhaoling deliberately turned a direction, for Xin'er to reprimand him for being wrong. And sure enough, Xin'er immediately called out to him as Zhaoling's foot stepped in another direction.

"Hey, wait!" xin'er shouted stopping Zhaoling's steps. Seeing the Prince turn to look at him, Xin'er immediately came to her senses and immediately bowed respectfully. "I-I'm sorry, Your Honor. The direction to my room is here, not there!" said nervous.

There was a sweet smile on Zhaoling's lips that was impossible for Xin'er or anyone else to see. "Oh," only that word came out of his mouth.

Then Xin'er extended a hand forward, to let the Prince walk first. "Please!" said polite.

The sighs sounded weak, but Zhaoling chose to act ordinary. To be honest, she wanted Xin'er to act like a wife to her husband. Not like a servant to an employer. Haish, that's it! Maybe he doesn't understand.

Upon arrival in front of the room, Xin'er immediately opened her door and let the Prince in. However, his eyes caught something that signaled a danger sign.

The square room was filled with various wall hangings, as well as long red cloths that stretched, and tied to each other. Beautifully decorated bed with a sprinkling of flower petals on the mattress, as well as a red curtain cover. This is the bridal room.

Gosh darn. What's to be done?

Ting ... An idea popped up in Xin'er's head at this time. His intelligent brain thinks fast to avoid any bad possibilities that will happen tonight.

Xin'er smiled as she scratched her non-itchy nape. "Prince. You can rest first. I'll be out for a little while to see my father and brother." he said with a slight bow.

Then, his feet stepped towards the door and would close it. But, before his hand touched the door handle, the Prince's cry made him speechless on the spot.

"Did I let you out?" asked the Prince coldly.

Xin'er turned around and was very surprised. Apparently, the Prince was already standing behind him. "Aaa-me ... I ..." I don't know what to answer. Right now he was nervous about it.

The prince withdrew Xin'er's hand while closing the room door again. "Sit down and talk to me! I'm tired of being in the room alone!" the actual request sounded like an order to Xin'er.

Haish, that's it!

Xin'er had to sit in front of the Prince, with her face lowered. He did not dare to stare, although the Prince's face was faintly visible due to the black veil obstructed. But, Xin'er felt that something was strange. If the Prince had experienced that terrible incident, why was his hand so delicate? Not only this time, yesterday when they performed the wedding ritual, accidentally their hands touched and the skin was very smooth without any wrinkles at all.

Is it true that he had severe burns? Or is the burn only on his face? If it was like that, it could be ascertained how bad his face was at the moment. Hiiiy, just imagining it, already made Xin'er shudder in horror.

"Why daydream?" the Prince's voice returned his mind that had been able to wander away from nowhere.

"You're a brave girl who's assertive and also chatty. In front of me, you are silent. Are you afraid of me?" ask Zhaoling intentionally.

"N-no! Who's afraid of you? I just ... just .. overheating. Ah, yes. Heat. Hahaha," she laughed blandly as she felt she did not know what to say.

"Then, just take off your clothes!" said Zhaoling lightly.

Xin'er rounded her eyes to hear the man before her. "Huh? Whahuh? Take off my clothes?"

"Didn't you just say it was hot? Yeah, let go." Zhaoling repeated. Then, he approached Xin'er who was still unconscious while whispering in her ear. "After all, I'm your husband. So, even if you're naked, it doesn't matter to me. I'm sincere!" speaking in a seductive voice.

"Hey. You're starting to fuckin' bawdy!" xin'er shouted after coming to his senses.

"Why? I'm your husband." said Zhaoling not to lose.

Xin'er fell silent and did not argue anymore. It is true, this man is her husband. But, he is not ready to be born inwardly if it must be .. ah, that's it!

Seeing Xin'er speechless, Zhaoling would say back. But, the sound of knocking on the door rang out loud, thus averted the eyes of the two.

Tok ... tok ...

"Excuse me, Your Honor. Your food and Miss is ready!" say someone behind the door.

This is Xin'er's chance to dodge the Prince. His feet immediately stepped towards the door to open it. His smile grew increasingly see his personal servant carrying two trays filled with food and drinks for them.

"Come in, Ashu, Yuelie. Put it all on the table, let Your Majesty eat it." Xin'er said letting her two servants in.

Menghshu and Yuelie immediately went in and put the luggage on the table and immediately served it for the Prince to eat.

Seeing that the Prince seemed to be busy with his two servants, Xin'er did not waste the opportunity to escape from the bridal chamber. It is so as not to be discovered. However, what happened next made him even have to be cooped up overnight.

"You want to run away?" the question left him stunned and immediately raised his head.

Zhaoling was already standing on the doorstep and folding his hands together in the chest. From her current aura, Xin'er concluded that her husband was holding back anger. He immediately apologized. However, the Prince did not return his apology and immediately sent the servants out.

Without a sound, the two ate the dishes the waiter prepared for them. The prince smiled as Xin'er did not argue anything anymore. So, after they finished eating, the Prince took Xin'er to rest.

"You-you go first. I-I'm not sleepy yet," his his hiss refused as the Prince told him to sleep.

"You want to argue with me?" asked the Prince coldly. There was a hint of implied threat in his question.

"That's not so, Your Majesty. I-I really haven't been sleepy. Usually I will do something before going to bed" he said quickly even though he was very nervous at first. More precisely, fear.

The prince drew his body closer while whispering. "We can also do something before going to bed. For example ... warm up before starting the core game!"

Xin'er's face turned red. I don't know what's going on. The murmur in his chest made his hair bristle instantly, and his heart raced faster than usual.

The Prince's hand gently rubbed Xin'er's face, then stopped her tiny lips. His face slowly advanced, eroding the distance making Xin'er's heart unsettled. He still wears his veil. But, Xin'er felt extremely frightened.

"It's our first night. Be ready to be my wife!" the Prince whispered in Xin'er's ear with his sensual voice.

Xin'er's body trembled at the words. First night? Yep. This man in front of her was indeed her husband and it was only natural that they spent the first night as a happy married couple. But, whatever the reason Xin'er wasn't ready for this.

"Yes Gods. Can I run away from this place? I'd rather fight on the battlefield than have to go through the first night!" xin'er screams without a sound.
