At 12 noon...

Rina was daydreaming on the balcony of her room while staring at the scene in front of their room.

''Did Rifal never eat and drink as long as he was conscious?'' guess Zul.

Aska nodded in agreement with doctor Zul. Because what the handsome doctor said in front of him is true.

''He threw away the food and water he brought for him, '' Aska explained making Doctor Zul goatee.

Rina had fainted, so Nathan's doctor first carried Rina to his room and told Sukma to give eucalyptus oil near Rina's nose.

Seeing Rifal's condition like that, made Rina unable to endure the pain of seeing her son.

Lea and Nando looked at each other.

Lea's position was up on Rifal's bed, so he could face Nathan's doctor.

''Let him get up and know that Valen is not here, '' Nando replied in a soft voice.
