Is this a dream? What did Zion do to get Lev to touch Rosemary again?

All the struggles of Rosemary and Astri are meaningless but Zion is convinced that what she did was for Rosemary's sake.

“Did I tell you to think? Accept me and do your job well!” lev's orders are angry.
