Rosemary was still watching the closed door with millions of feelings.

He never understood the desire and all that a woman named Tiara needed.

For Rosemary, Tiara was like a woman who was never ready to be a mother even when she was no longer young. Would he have preferred to live alone his whole life?

Then, what made her cynical to hear Tiara's explanation? Hadn't he already decided not to interfere with all of Tiara's affairs?

Right now all he has to do is take a college leave of absence as he cannot leave Yuzi at his current age.

Just as Rosemary turned her attention to the window she heard the sound of the door opening but she did not care about anyone who came because she was sure there was nothing she was waiting for.

However, the voice of the man greeting her made Rosemary slowly turn around and look at the dashing and handsome man who yesterday came along with Ezme.

"you? Did you come along with Ezme?" ask Rosemary in wonder.

The man who was as fond of Rosemary introduced her name as Emanuel just looked at her calmly making Rosemary smile cynically.

"I came alone. Do you mind?" emanuel took a chair and sat down next to him.

"I have no right to forbid you to come, but I have the right to refuse to meet with you" Rosemary replied coldly.

Beside him Emanuel looked at Rosemary deeply as if he was trying to look into the heart of the woman sitting leaning back.

"Either why the answer you gave was registered in my brain as soon as I met you,” Emanuel smiled.

“So, why did you come here?”

Emanuel stared at Rosemary, “Has your heartache been ingrained until you equalized all the men who approached?”

"Do you want to confide? Too bad I'm not the right place to listen to your complaints" Rosemary replied coldly.

Emanuel smile. He will not give up on the rigid attitude that comes from Rosemary. Instead he feels challenged to conquer a woman named Marry.

"Rosemary, can't I help you heal the pain in your heart?"

"Are you trying to be a doctor who can treat my heartache?" ask Rosemary directly.

A grin was seen on Emanuel's lips until he immediately replied by saying that he was ready to become the doctor needed by Rosemary.

"Then I have to say congratulations fighting because what you will face is not an ordinary patient but a patient suffering from mental disorders,” Rosemary said.

“Now, I want to be alone and do not need you to get the drug in any type,” the cetus is firm.

The grin was again shown by Emanuel because the sentence he had just heard came out of Rosemary's mouth. Does the woman think she's so easy to get rid of?

Emanuel has taken a considerable risk by enduring embarrassment and suppressing his pride because of a woman who had attracted his attention just at the time the woman had just finished giving birth.

Rosemary is not the only beautiful woman she has ever met, but Emanuel feels that there is something she does not have and tries to attract her attention.

"If you think with words like that you can get rid of me, you're wrong because I happen to be no ordinary doctor, I'll treat your heartache and your soul" Emanuel replied.

The sound of laughter was heard quietly in Emanuel's ear until for a moment he was stunned.

She had only met Rosemary for a day but heard her laughter why she thought Rosemary had never laughed for a long time.

Who is the person who has lost the laughter, can he restore the laughter that is so contagious?

Had he known Rosemary long enough, he would have ventured to offer himself as the man who would have healed her heartache.

However, Emanuel is aware that he cannot act rashly unless he is trying to be his friend for now.

"You are not my guest let alone my friend, so I have no obligation to act politely. Now go, you've made my break interrupted,” cetus Rosemary firmly.

Like a threat, Rosemary tries to press Bell to call the nurse before Emanuel turns to threaten her.

"Do it and you will be mine" whispered Emanuel.

Rosemary stopped her hand and she stared in horror at Emanuel.

Rosemary's gaze and the way she looked at him made Emanuel curse inwardly. He did expect a reaction from Rosemary but not the one shown at the moment.

Oh my God ... What really happened and why did Rosemay look scared? Emanuel could not force so all he could do was give in and leave it alone.

"Never look at me like that. I swear, if you trust me, I'll avenge all the heartache you've ever felt. You got it, Rosemary?"

"Go away, I don't expect you to waste time on me" Rosemary said coldly.

Is Rosemary numb? Or is his brain no longer working? How could he ignore the attention of a man named Emanuel Durstan, did he not know who that man really was?

Standing behind a thick curtain, Ezme listened to all the talk that was going on between Rosemary and Emanuele, the man who came with her yesterday to meet Rosemary.

He did not think at all that Emanuel could give so much attention to Rosemary. Whether he believes he can open Rosemary's heart while with himself alone Rosemary is still a big question mark.

"I will go, but I will definitely get an answer that you cannot tell me" promised Emanuel.

Without waiting for Rosemary's reaction, Emanuel turned around but not until he lifted the curtain he had heard Rosemary's threatening voice.

"Do it and find out about me because by the time you find out the truth you're not the one who deserves to talk to me."

Ezme had been friends with Rosemary for more than 6 months but heard Rosemary's poignant voice the first time she heard.

Rosemary never said about the man who had made her pregnant but from her voice it was very clear that the wounds left by the man had traumatized her deeply.

Emanuel did not reply to the warning given by Rosemary and Rosemary saw that Emanuel's shoulder was so stiff as if he was trying to suppress all the emotions that were in his soul.

There was no reply from Emanuel except a heavy breath because the man would never make the request or warning given by Rosemary.

Emanuel's emotions were so dark that they made him walk so fast that he did not notice from different directions and also walked attractive women even though they were not young anymore and they only realized it after being close enough.

"you? Aren't you Mr Emanuel Durstan?" ask Tiara.

Tiara's eyes instantly scanned for Lev's whereabouts but all she saw was the mocking smile she often saw whenever she met Emanuel. Tiara did not understand Emanuel's attitude, did they not know each other and his personal affairs were not for public consumption?

"If you think Lev is with me, you won't find him" replied Emanuel.

After making Tiara uncomfortable with her eyes, Emanuel continued his footsteps.

"What is he doing here and who is he visiting?" ask Tiara slowly.

Tiara who had just seen Yuzi was intending to return to Rosemary's room until she came across a cold, stiff and cynical man who was very different from the one she had met yesterday.

Not wanting to spend any time thinking about the man who disliked her, Tiara began to continue on her journey. He will say goodbye to Rosemary before returning to Lev.

Just as Rosemary opened the door, her phone rang making Tiara rush to receive the phone without realizing a young woman was watching her. The woman who is none other than Ezme.

"Isn't that woman Lev's secretary? And what's he here for, what's the connection to Marry?" think Ezme in the heart.

Busy with his phone Tiara approached Rosemary who chose to close her eyes after the departure of Emanuel who had managed to drain some of her emotions.

"Marry, Mama can't be here much longer. Mom boss is going back to his country. I hope you take care of yourself and keep texting Mama" Tiara said.

Tiara knew Rosemary was just closing her eyes and she was quite satisfied as Rosemary's head nodded.

"Mama go first. By the way, your son is very handsome," praised Tiara before he left.

Still with his eyes closed, Rosemary tried not to think about the sentence spoken by Tiara. But knowing Tiara could judge Yuzi's face, would she think of anything else?

Somehow Rosemary ended up getting carried away with the dream because she closed her eyes, but when she opened her eyes, she saw Ezme sitting next to her, observing her face in a way that made her uneasy.

"What's wrong, why look at me like that?" ask Rosemary.

"I was just thinking, you're beautiful why not just be a movie star instead of a director?"

The answer was unexpected and Rosemary just laughed.

"I don't want to be a news source. It is better to work behind the scenes, giving orders no matter how famous the actress is, at the time when she is in front of the camera, the actress or actor must obey the director," Rosemary replied laughing.

"You don't want your name and face to be known to the world?" search Ezme want to know.

"Then, yes, but now no," replied Rosemary bitterly.

"When do you think you're allowed out of the hospital?" ask Ezme to know.

"If there are no problems it should be this afternoon" Rosemary replied.

"And you're still gonna stay with Biana?" ask Ezme to know.

"really. I was hoping Biana could help me find a nurse who could look after Yuzi during my studies" Rosemary replied.

"Yuzi is handsome and I think he has Eastern European blood, who is he?"

Rosemary laughed and somehow hearing Ezme's question made her amused.

"I don't want to know as much as he never wanted to. So, can Yuzi just be my son without having to remember her father?"

Can Ezme refuse Rosemary's request as the mother of a son who is only a day old? Of course not because as his mother Rosemary is more entitled to decide which is best for him and his child.

Meanwhile in Emanuel's office, a beautiful woman with straight black hair looks impatient waiting for Emanuel.

He did not understand why Emanuel had suddenly told him to come when only last week did they meet.

Previously Sofia thought Emanuel was already in the office because he asked her to hurry, but the one she met, only Amora conveyed an apology because her boss was still on his way.

"Do you know who he's visiting?" sofia asked Lucy.

"I'm sorry, Miss. I never found out who Mr. Durstan was visiting if it was out of work" Lucy replied.

"In other words, she's out to meet someone, is she a woman?"  ask Sofia.

However, the answer Lucy gave was just a head bob.

"I'm sorry because I really don't know, Miss."

It is impossible to force Lucy to talk where her boss goes even if she knows, as long as Emanuel does not allow it, then Lucy's mouth remains locked no matter if her boss' own sister asks for it.

Trying not to waste more time, Sofia calls Emanuel to confirm his whereabouts and his face becomes irritated as Emanuel's phone is off.
