Rosemary sees the stranger coming with Ezme watching herself in a different way so she must try to turn away.

“I didn't know you came not with your lover,” Rosemary said.

“Tony there is a job he cannot leave,” Ezme said casually.

He then turned to Emanuel who was standing beside him. “You may not know him yet, but he is one of the most influential businessmen in the country,” said Ezme introducing Emanuel to Rosemary.

“Mr Durstan, introduce my friend and his name is Rosemary. And as I said earlier we prefer to call her Marry,” Ezme told the two.

Only a small nod was given by Marry, causing a question mark in Emanuel's mind. Why is Marry's attitude so cold while with Ezme so friendly.

In the heart of Emanuel wondered what was Marry's attitude because he considered all men the same as men who had hurt and made him in this condition?

“You shouldn't have left the party. Present at the event you can not do every year,” scolded Marry on Ezme.

“I'm sure the chance to meet with the directors and producers is greater if you stay there while here you only meet me,” Rosemary said regretting her friend's actions.

“Heh, why can't I leave the party? I don't need to expect to get close to the person you mentioned earlier,” Ezme said laughing.

“But ...”

“Not there but. Didn't I tell you who this guy was? I'm sure Mr. Durstan can help us,” tell Ezme while chuckling.

Rosemary did not know what to say. He had never heard of a man named Durstan and what his influence was in the film industry.

“As you know, Mr. Durstan is a businessman who has power in the field where we work,” replied Ezme with high confidence.

“You mean?”

There was pain in Rosemary's heart as she realized who Emanuel was. He did not expect to meet the same man as Lev. The main sponsor of a film industry needs a woman as his personal friend.

“Tuan Durstan is a financier who always gives support to film production houses. With his support a filmmaker would not hesitate to act. Right, no, Mister?” ezme.

“Only on films worthy of support,” replied Emanuel.

Under his eyes Emanuel could feel the coldness Rosemary tried to hide when Ezme gave an explanation about her.

What happened to him, did he ever get hurt because of an investor like himself? Who made her a cold woman?

Emanuel has not long met Rosemary but he has been given a cold attitude so there is a very great desire to know who Rosemary really is.

“I know from both Mr. Linoir and Ezme that you are both a fun and hardworking co-worker. Pregnancy does not stop you from doing your job. I salute you very much,” tell me

Emanuel.

“You know, Marry. Before Mr. Durstan came, Mr. Grigory even persuaded Mr. Linoir to have us work for him,” tell Ezme.

“Mr Grigory, who is he?” ask Rosemary slowly.

Why did the name Grigory always cause discomfort in his heart.

“Lev Grigory, a precious stone mining entrepreneur from Russia who came along with his secretary,” tell Ezme/

Ezme forgets the most important information that Lev and Emanuel are 2 men who always compete for everything they want.

A complimentary explanation of Lev made Emanuel's face change but the change was not noticed by Ezme because his attention was on Rosemary's surprised face.

“What's up? What's sick, Marry?”

“No. I only remember my son. She hasn't had any intake since she came out of my womb,” Rosemary replied.

It was impossible for Rosemary to tell Ezme why she was shocked and gave an exaggerated reaction after Ezme mentioned Lev's name.

“Oh, do I need to call a nurse to find out when your son was brought to this room?” ask Ezme quickly.

“No need. I'm sure the nurse will drop him off soon,” tell Rosemary.

Lev was in the same town as him. Luckily he didn't come to the same place. His son had already saved himself from an unwanted encounter by the two of them.

It is painful for Lev to know that he has given birth to a child as a result of the relationship he was forced into.

Rosemary had already begun to know the character and nature of men from like Lev and she would not let Lev take her son.

“Ezme, I think Rosemary is tired after everything she's been through today,” said Emanuel who began to feel Rosemary often took a heavy breath.

“I'm sorry. I'm going home now. Do you mind if I come back tomorrow?” ask Ezme.

“Come for what? As I recall, you don't like small children,” Rosemary replied laughing.

“Entahlah. I seem to have to change my mind and opinion about a child,” replied Ezme laughing.

“Why?”

“I want a child like your son. So handsome that I'm sure he'll be the most attractive guy. You know, I imagine who his father is because his resemblance to you is so slight,” replied

Ezme frankly.

O Lord .. Should Ezme say all his observations very clearly and frankly?

Rosemary does not blame her friends because ever since they decided to make friends, Rosemary likes the nature of Ezme that never covers anything.

“You know, Ezme. I used to hate my son's father so much. But I now regret it precisely why I hate and grudge him so much,” said Rosemary unexpectedly.

“The more hatred and anger overwhelm us, then we will be faced with the source of the hatred,” Rosemary replied as if to herself.

“I don't understand what you're saying. How can I hate a man who has extraordinary good looks that can be passed down to my son,” replied Ezme.

Ezme will probably still speak out that makes Rosemary uncomfortable until Emanuel gives her a warning.

“Alright, Marry, I'll go home first. Take good care of your condition. If you need and need my help, you can call me,” replied Ezme.

Rosemary will answer when the phone on her desk rings.

Unasked, Emanuel took Rosemary's phone and looked at the name on her phone screen. Tiara's.

There was a moment of pain in Emanuel's forehead but he managed to cover it and immediately gave the phone before leaving Rosemary along with Biana.

Who's Tiara? Is Tiara the same as the woman who became Lev's secretary?

I don't know how many more questions Emanuel had in mind when he decided to ask Ezme.

However, Emanuel realizes that his actions could be interpreted differently by a magical woman like Ezme. She may be Rosemary's friend but from some of her attitudes Emanuel thinks that Ezme does not easily keep secrets nor is she a sensitive woman.

“Where do you want me to go?” emanuel asked when they were outside the hospital.

“If you don't mind, can take me to my apartment,” replied Ezme.

“OK. You just tell my driver,” replied Emanuel before he got in the car.

In the car, Emanuel repeatedly glanced at Ezme who was starting to get busy with his phone like he had done before. It looks like he's sending a message.

“Do want to know you are as big as me,” heard Ezme's voice after they were long enough silent.

“You mean?”

“I'm sure you're starting to think why Mary was such a surprise .. no, Marry wasn't such a surprise but she was shaken as soon as I mentioned Lev's name. Do you think he knows her?” ask Ezme.

A laugh came from Emanuel's mouth. It turned out that Ezme was not only a magical woman but she was also a good observer. Could he have done it intentionally?

“I didn't realize it,” replied Emanuel dodged.

“Didn't you say interested in women who choose to have children? I'll support you approach Marry. Of course as long as you don't hurt him.”

“Why? How can you be sure I'm interested in her and won't hurt her?” emanuel laughed.

“Entahlah. I just thought you could protect her,” replied Ezme.

“You don't know me, Miss,” replied Emanuel sharply.

Why would a woman he just knew be able to read herself so easily. Wasn't he known all along as an adventurer? How could Ezme think he could protect a woman who

just given birth?
