Sea had not responded to Dean's request, his phone ringing. His eyes still locked Dean's eyes, but the ringing demanded attention.
In the end, Sea answered the call, hanging Dean's request.
"Hello...." That was all Dean heard, the rest he only saw Sea's face, pale as cotton with a gaping mouth.
"What's wrong?" dean asked worried. Sea was still staring at the screen of his phone, then squatting the flat object.
"My answer, Sea! What was? Who called you?"
"Mama... Died this afternoon," said Sea slowly, without shakes just short.
Dean's body trembled, he didn't know what to say to Sea. The man's heart was very sad at this moment.
Without saying anything, Sea rose up to his room. Dean followed the man and found out he was picking clothes from his closet.
"Where are you going?" dean asked watching Sea, picking up some clothes and throwing them in the bed. Remembering something, he took his cell phone that he had placed in the living room, passed Dean's body just like that, not long back.
"Sea... Where are you going?"
"you reckon? Back to America. My mother died today. Didn't you just hear what I said?" ketus tanyanya. Go back to preparing for the needs he needed while there.
"Rizal, get me a ticket to New York" Sea said, calling his best friend.
Dean understood that at this moment Sea seemed to ignore him. He was too shocked by this sad news.
Dean decided to get out of Sea's room and rushed to his room, packing. Just bring the potluck back to Sea's room, but the man is gone. Dean searched everywhere in the house, still not finding until Dean looked panicked.
"She must be gone" tweeted Dean with watery eyes. Then rushed out of the apartment chasing Sea.
Thankfully, right in the parking lot, Dean was still able to catch up to the man. "Why did you leave me?" his throat was almost crying, his eyes were already teary.
Sea observed the panic on the girl's face. "You didn't say you wanted to come" he said, observing Dean, who also had a suitcase in his hand.
The taxi driver had seen the two by looking back, waiting for when the two entered the taxi, he had to chase the deposit.
"Sorry, sir, Mom, so don't you ride this?" sambar the taxi driver was impatient.
Sea opened the car door, then let Dean enter first and then followed him. On the way, Sea immediately contacted Rizal, requesting that the man book another ticket for Dean.
"Gue also rejoiced, Bro, for the death of Lo nyokap," said Rizal salute and embrace Sea.
"Thanks. I tipped the company" Sea said before the two boarded the plane.

An atmosphere of grief enveloped the Hasea family. Rudolf was seen crying in front of Uli's navel. Uli actually wanted to be buried in the homeland, but because of his citizenship status, it made it difficult.
The sudden incident made not much preparation, only Hotman who followed to America for the honor and final farewell to his sister, Uli.
The exhausted Dean hugged his father.
"You have to be with your husband, he needs you more now. Entertain him, at this time he is very fragile" said Hotman.
After the funeral, Hotman went home first. He asked to bring Uli's sarong cloth which Tiur would keep as a memento. Perhaps Uli did not have the same blood as Hotman, but still, for the man, Uli was the younger brother he loved the most.
Two days in America, Sea accompanied and comforted his father. During that time anyway, he did not meet Dean who was also as lost as Sea.
He loved Uli. The woman's tenderness made her really feel lost. After all, Uli was Sea's mother, the man who had always been her husband and the man who always took care of her.
A week in America, Sea asked permission to return to his father's homeland. It was also because it was seen, Rudolf's state was calmer, able to accept Uli's departure.
While on the plane, Dean continued to cry, hugging the cloth covered by Uli on her husband, and asking to be given to Dean as a memento. There was one letter written by Uli before he died.
'Mama loves you very much. Mama left her sarong and sling cloth on you, my parumaen (His daughter-in-law) so that later you can use it to cover and hold my granddaughter. Mama knows it should have been you who gave it to her when your child was born, but mama's time is not much else. Mama tipped Sea, take care of him and mama please you are always by his side either in a difficult or happy situation. Hug kiss, Mama.'
Sea had been asking why the girl was crying, but Dean would not answer, instead close his body, entering Sea's arms.
"Have it, don't cry anymore" whispered Sea kissing Dean's head, for he knew the time to do so would no longer exist.
