1. Izuna Miyamura?

One of the Hospitals in Tokyo.

In a VIP room, precisely in the medical ward, there was a young man who was lying weak, his body quite thin with his skin paled.

One of them had the same face figure and appearance as the young man, his name was Miyamura Izumi.

Her husband's name is Miyamura Naozumi.

Iori and Naozumi are happily married. In their youth, they were friends who lived close to each other.Iori gave Naozumi a bead ring she made, which became a symbol of their relationship. Before they start dating, she worries she's too childish, while Naozumi has plenty of girlfriends who look much more mature.

Izuna understood what her sister felt because of her personality at school, Izumi gave the impression of being quiet, moody and anti-social. His classmates' perception of him is that he is an otaku with good learning abilities, but a difficult person to approach and maintain a conversation with.

Izumi looks shy and struggles to interact with others when she was a child until Junior High, so she is often ostracized and bullied especially by Tanihara Makio and his friends.

But, he was pondering about it because of Izuna. Izuna herself will protect Izumi from the bad deeds of her classmates even though she is one year below.

However, one day he meets Shindou Kouichi, who at that time is friends with Tanihara Makio. Kouichi treats Izumi much better than his other classmates and the two become good friends, even with Makio's meddling efforts, and they stay in touch despite going to a separate high school.

And this made Izuna even more pleased with her own sister.

Izuna's appearance was not much different from Izumi's. But he doesn't have long hair.

Her hair was of medium length, dark black in color with a fringe long enough to pass through her eyebrows. He had a pointed bangs that almost covered his right eye, with pale white skin and crystal blue eyes.

She was 170 cm tall with a slender body, and no different from Izumi, Izuna also had a Tattoo on her body that looked like Izumi.
