Chapter 22 Hate or Jealous

With happy steps, Nurul walked towards Farraz's room.

"Eahmm.haha." He cleared his throat and checked the smell of his breath.

"Lake in!" Farraz from the inside.

With a smile, Nurul opened the door of the room and immediately stepped towards Farraz's desk.

"What's up, Nurul?" Ask Farraz kindly.

"I want to give you this hard drive." Poking the hard drive at Farraz.

He took over the hard drive from Nurul's hands.

"Pak Handi left it to me. He asked me to give this hard drive to Mr. Farraz." Nurul answered somewhat.

His hands were clinging to each other and there was a cold sweat on his forehead. He did not believe he would talk directly this close to Farraz, the man he had been dreaming of since he first worked for the company.

"Sir Handi entrusts this to you?" Ask Farraz.

"This is Ayana's hard drive. Why is it with Mr. Handi?" Staring seriously at Nurul's blushing face.

"Pak Handi said Ayana's mom is home. Ayana's mother has important business that requires her to go home early. So, before going home, mbak Ayana left the hard drive to Mr. Handi to give to Mr. Farraz." Said explained.

Farraz nodded in understanding. Then, he gave the code for Nurul to come out of his room.

"Okay, Mr. Farraz. Happy activities back." Nurul said, then he walked away from Farraz's room.

After Nurul disappeared from his sight, Farraz immediately called the surveillance section of the cctv monitor.

"Please send me the cctv footage from my room to the lobby. The recording time was the last hour.'' Said it over the phone.

"Is he okay?" His word.

Farraz looks worried. This is not the first time I've been worried about Ayana. Even from the first time Ayana worked with him, she was already worried about Ayana. But, he never understood on what basis he was worried about Ayana. Because he is always busy to reject Ayana who already has a special place in his heart, just for the reason that he wants to marry and love a girl who is still virgin and maximum of her age. He does not love or marry a woman older than him. Moreover, Ayana has two things that are impossible to get her heart. Namely, Ayana is much older than him and Ayana has also been married before.

Thus, whenever he was worried or jealous of Ayana, he took it out by scolding Ayana. And that also makes Ayana think to stop working every day.

Soon Farraz played the tape. It started when Ayana ran out of her room. Ayana looks wet and walks with a limp, because her shoe leg is broken.

"Oh God's. What have I done to Ayana." Regretting his actions.

As the video continues, Ayana picks up the bag on her desk and runs to the elevator. While in the Ayana Elevator just standing still, his gaze also looked blank.

"Why isn't she crying? Why does he never once show his fragility, even when he's alone." Said Farraz staring worriedly at Ayana's face through her phone screen.

Then, when he got out of the elevator, Ayana even stepped confidently, even though he was walking limp and wet clothes, until it dripped on the floor following his direction.

"Is he really hurt?" Farraz asked to guess.

"If he's hurt, why isn't he crying? Aren't women going to cry when they feel the world is unfair to them? Why didn't she cry at all!" Curiously annoyed.

Farraz looked like he was cursing a character in a movie or drama that he was watching.

"Why always Handi. Why is he always smiling at Sandy!" Farraz's scream ended up smashing his fist into the table.

Fortunately no one saw it. Because before watching the cctv footage, Farras pressed the dark mode glass button. No one could see what he was doing in his room.

Irma paced back and forth waiting for news from Hadijah who did not call her.

"Would I just go straight there, huh?" Plan to meet Ayana.

"Mama why? Papa noticed from earlier talking to himself, pacing back and forth is not careless." Ehsan asked who was already sitting on the sofa.

"That's a lot, Pa. It seems Farraz is venting his regret on Ayana, because the Princess met him at the office. The princess also wears Farraz's hugs all over." His speech.

Irma also sat down beside her husband. "So, he said Ayana had gone home. But, Hadijah said, Ayana came home soaked and without shoes." He told her about Ayana's situation.
