Actually, I'm His Wife

Actually, I'm His Wife
Chapter 64 Healthy living patterns (diet)

The last two months, after dawn prayers Ayana regularly walks around the housing complex as advised by Dr Rahma. Of course, before walking, he took the time to drink water as much as two glasses, after returning home then he had breakfast by eating one apple, one boiled egg and milk.

After a morning shower, Ayana will resume with light yoga to balance the hormones for about fifteen minutes. Then Ayana rested until noon. Continue to lunch, with three spoons of white rice, grilled chicken and drink avocado juice.

Initially it was very difficult to eat regularly with a menu that was arranged like that. But she was determined to give her husband a child.

Before Farraz came home from work, Ayana had dinner first because it had to be on time. Dinner was just a piece of whole wheat bread and a glass of milk. And Farraz already knows what his diet has been like for the past two months.

"Mas is home!" Ayana opened the door when she welcomed her husband home.

"Taraaaa, let's bring you some beef chicken for dinner."

Doubtfully Ayana took a plastic bag containing two servings of beef chicken complete with her rice.

"Mas wants to take a shower first, yeah. Honey eat first when you're hungry." He shouted as his steps grew further away from Ayana who was silent near the dining table.

"What should I do?" Ayana was really confused. She did not know how to explain to her husband later when he had to refuse to eat the chicken he bought probably by waiting in line for a long time to get it. It was not hard to refuse him.

Ayana just sits quietly at the dining table staring at two servings of her favorite chicken. Even without her noticing her husband was sitting next to her.

"Honey, how to see. I'm eating." Farraz started eating the chicken.

"Mas has been waiting in line from before magrib and when almost azan isa new can nih geprek chicken sambal ijo."

"Not what's the old thing, baby. The important thing is that we can feel the pleasure of the favorite chicken sambal ijo." Her babbles are so excited about her favorite food.

"Congratulations not eating? What's the matter with the diet?" Guess Farraz.

"Not really mas. It's just, I'm still full."

"It is sure to be full, just by eating a loaf of bread." Farraz's gaze and speech surprised Ayana. He could not understand why Farraz knew that only a loaf of bread was eaten for dinner.

"Ayana Yunita, to me you are my world. Stop eating that weird healthy diet." Stop chewing. Farraz now looked seriously at Ayana's fearful face.

"The child is entrusted with the trust of God. If it is time, it will be loved. If you're not allowed to carry that trust, that's fine."

"Life with you alone makes me happy."

Ayanas tears were dripping as Farraz said that. She did not understand where her husband knew all this. Or maybe Hadijah told me, I don't know Ayana can think well at the moment.

"Sports is important. But comfort and health are much more important."

"Mas knows you take a leisurely walk every morning, then yoga and all your activities the last two months mas tau."

"I'm just trying, man. I did that so I could give you a child's mas." Answer while sobbing.

"I'm not perfect, my mom. The illness that I'm experiencing will make me unable to conceive if it is not addressed immediately. There is no sure cure for this disease."

"The doctor also said that the disease could not be cured. Can only be overcome when the patient is able to maintain a diet and exercise routine." Ayana explained while sobbing.

He hugged the body tightly. Farraz knew how depressed his wife had been since that day. But, he kept waiting for the moment when Ayana would tell him everything.

"I know you went to the clinic that day, baby. I've even heard directly from Dr. Rahma who examined you. I'm sorry I pretended not to know all this time. I was hoping you'd tell me everything, but it turns out you still don't want to say it."

"I'm scared, mas. I'm afraid I'm gonna leave me."

"Hey, baby." Farraz let go of the hug to see his wife's face.

"I'm not leaving you. Trust me, I don't care if I have to live with you for the rest of my life." Staring deep into the eyeballs of Ayana who still continues to drip the clear water.

"The pattern of life dear already healthy kok according, Mas. Honey does not always eat fatty, oily and starchy foods."

"But that's not the problem."

"Then what is it? The doctor just said I don't keep a healthy lifestyle."

"The problem is here." Pointing to Ayana's heart.

"Your heart and mind always wants a child to look perfect in the eyes of people."

"Now, try to dispose of the thought of that thought. Honey, you have to come up with a healthy lifestyle that you're going to show."

"How is it?" The crying of Ayana began to subside.

"Stop thinking about being the perfect woman who should have children."

"From now on, just remember that your husband Farraz Ehsan only needs you Ayana Yunita in his life. Don't ever get sick or cry about things you can't give me."

"Because there is nothing I want more than you, my dear Ayana Yunita." Farraz.

Ayana's tears are back. She was overwhelmed by the romantic words of her husband. His hands quickly curled around the waist of his best husband.

Farraz returned Ayana's embrace while stroking her back and kissing the top of her head repeatedly. Farraz was really hurt when he saw how hurt Ayana was when she found out about the disease that Farraz thought was absurd. He even had berated Rahma doctor for advising Ayana to regulate diet and exercise routine.

He thinks his wife is healthy. About being able and not having children all the power of God, as powerful as human effort if God has not allowed it will not be able to. So Farraz was very concerned about why the doctor suggested his wife try so hard while the doctor himself did not confirm whether his wife could get pregnant with the hard work and effort he did.
