Clara was still staring at the back of Alena and Kenzo who no longer looked at her. I don't know why his heart was so was was. There was a deep sense of worry about Alena's departure this time around. He was very scared if anything happened to Alena. If the girl can't recover how? If Alena can't survive how?

Clara's eyes became glassy reminiscing about that.

He slightly gasped as someone patted his shoulder gently.

"Son, come. You want to go home or to the agency?" ask Miss Monica

"I'm going to the agency, Mom. Mommy can go home first" replied Clara

"Alright, be careful" said Ms. Monica. And Clara just nodded.

Mrs Monica and Mr. Wesley went straight back to the main house. As great men they are quite busy and have tasks that cannot be left behind, especially Mr. Wesley who served as a state official.

And now, all that was left in that place were the three of them. Clara with Edward and Reymond. The place was deliberately blocked by Edward, at the request of Mr. Wesley. They don't want any outsiders to know about this. It's not time the public knew about Alena. Moreover, Alena who still needs time to recover her health.

Without Clara realizing it, Reymond and Edward had looked at each other sharply and did not like. Not Reymond, only Edward who looked at Reymond did not like. Reymond was silent with his flat face.

"Clara" call Reymond.

Clara who was still watching her parents leave turned to Reymond. He slightly pecked as Reymond approached his direction. It had been a long time since they had met, the last time when they were handling Lian's case. After that, this was their meeting again.

Edward squinted his eyes at Reymond. It was as if he was observing what this would-be sister-in-law king wanted to do.

"Today is Lian's case trial, I'm going there. Do you want to go?" ask Reymond

But Clara did not have time to answer, Edward immediately answered her words

"There are a lot of jobs in the agency. Miss Clara is pretty busy today" Edward said

Clara slightly gasped, she turned her head towards Edward who was looking intently at Reymond. As he remembered today there were no meetings or business meetings or meeting rooms, why did Edward even say if he was busy???

Ah, Clara arrived so remember what Alena said last time. If Edward is so jealous of Reymond.

Clara smiled inwardly. Like her can be tried and tested about the feelings of these two men. Well, he wants to know if Edward's really jealous of Reymond? and has Reymond been able to let go of her like he said before?

Clara cleared her throat and looked at Reymond. She smiled sweetly looking at this prospective in-law

"I'm not really that busy" said Clara, and she could see Edward reacting and looking at her in annoyance

"What time does the trial start" asked Clara

Reymond smiled and immediately looked at the clock on his wrist.

"Nine o'clock, about an hour away" Reymond replied

"All right, we're leaving now" Clara replied.

"But miss" Edward grabbed Clara's wrist straight away, and it certainly didn't go unnoticed

"What's up, if you want you can come. I want to see how punishment is inflicted on Lian. Do not let him get a punishment that is not in accordance with what he has done" said Clara

"Come on, assistant sir. Just briefly. You won't lose him for as long" said Reymond, who passed right ahead of them.

Clara frowned at Reymond's words, and she looked back at Edward

Edward gasped, and immediately let go of his hand.

"Alright, I will take you there" said Edward who finally can only resign.

Clara smiled faintly and nodded straight away. Ok, not yet what like her he already knows if Edward really does not like Reymond.

Finally that morning Clara and Edward went to the conference hall to see what punishment Lian would get.

Clara leaves with Edward, while Reymond drives his own car.

And almost an hour later, they arrived in front of the building.

The three of them went straight in, and Joice immediately found Reymond coming.

The girl was wearing her maiden clothes, though it looked tomboyish and firm, but pretty cool in Clara's eyes.

"Sir, did Captain Stone leave this morning?" joice asked Reymond. He did not see Clara coming with Edward at all

"Well, Daddy gave it all to you" Reymond replied

"Alright, everything is in accordance with the direction of the captain. Sir can sit there" Joice pointed to a chair that he had already prepared

"I came with them" Reymond turned his body and looked at Clara with Edward

Joice immediately gasped at Clara. She didn't expect that Reymond would take her too. But yes how else, Clara is entitled to all of it

"Sorry lady, I didn't see you. Please sit over there" said Joice who slightly bent her body in front of Clara and pointed to the spot where Reymond was sitting

"Okay, come on Ed" take Clara

Edward just nodded. And they ended up sitting there together. Reymond and Clara sat next to each other, while Joice and Edward sat beside each of them.

And here, Edward really felt stupid because he was cheated. Because she who from the beginning had chosen Lian to be Alena's assistant. But in fact, Lian betrayed them.

Lian bowed and cried, as the judge read out her sentence. Twenty years in prison, and of course it's a pretty heavy sentence even though it doesn't feel like Alena's life is now at stake.

After the trial was over, Lian was immediately brought in to restore her resilience. While walking, Lian's eyes did not stop looking at Edward who was staring at him sharply.

Lian's eyes were so shattered and groaning. But for a stone man like Edward, it felt like he wanted to kill the girl instead. Because of her, her king's happiness becomes threatened again.

Alena is a miracle that comes after a lot of pain, and Edward really hates traitors like Lian.

"Actually I can't bear to, considering how close she is to Alena. He even helped me a lot. But instead he destroyed Alena" Clara murmured as everyone had started to disperse themselves

"I also didn't expect that person to be Lian" Reymond replied anyway

"Hmm, I even wish that person was Rebecca" Clara said

"Rebecca" muttered Edward

"Yes, you know, he deserves to be a traitor. Her annoying and haughty face was so supportive" grumbled Clara, sounding so dislike when discussing Rebecca

"Sometimes, the closest and kindest person is what we have to suspect first, miss" Joice said

The four of them walked outside the building.

"You're right Joice. I really didn't expect. Though I've been investigating well his origins" Edward can be seen sighing

"It's not your fault, she doesn't believe in herself" Clara said

"What matters now is that he has been punished. Although it feels not worth what Alena experienced" said Reymond

"I really hope Alena will recover soon" murmured Clara bowed sadly

"He must be cured" Reymond said, rubbing a glimpse of Clara's shoulder. And of course it made a sharp gaze from Edward and Joice directly draw on Reymond

"Ops..sorry" Reymond immediately laughed at Edward's annoyed face, even the stone man seemed to snort at her

"The wife-to-be is next door but still dares to touch another girl" Edward murmured

Clara looked at him in disbelief

"What's wrong, Clara will be my sister-in-law. We have been friends for a long time" Reymond replied

"Just let Miss Clara" Reymond looks increasingly eager to tease Edward. Although his heart was a little lost to see Edward who was so attentive to Clara. But, she was quite grateful if Clara got a much better man than her.

"Well, since long ago even we often went out together and you never got angry" Clara said

"Now it's different" Edward said

"Different what?" reymond and Clara asked at the same time, and they smiled again together, let alone seeing Edward's annoyed face. Like a satisfaction to them.

"Here it is" replied Edward who immediately turned his back on his face

Joice who felt neglected became sad and uneasy now. He better get out of here. From the heart being hurt again.

"My master's excuse me" said Joice, He wanted to turn his body, but Reymond caught Joice's arm immediately, making the girl turn her head towards him. Joice looked at Reymond, who was still looking at Clara and Edward, but why Reymond was blocking him from leaving

"Clara, are you going to regain your majesty?" ask Reymond

"Yes, otherwise my life would definitely not have been calmly terrorized by them" Clara replied

Reymond smiled and nodded

"If so we're separated here?" ask Reymond

"Hmm, like her, your future wife is impatient" said Clara

"Yes, neither does your lover" Reymond replied

Clara's eyes immediately widened to hear that, even Edward immediately looked at Reymond who was now smiling looking at Clara

Reymond approached Clara and whispered something in her ear

"Blessed, I will also be happy"

After saying that, she immediately went and pulled the arm of Joice who was looking at her in surprise.

And so did Edward.

They were curious, what Reymond whispered in Clara's ear, until Clara now seemed to smile but with slightly watery eyes looking at the departure of Reymond and Joice

"Miss" called Edward, making Clara immediately gasp in shock

"Ah, let's go" asked Clara who immediately embraced Edward's arm. And made the stone man wonder.
